When being seated the waiter walked to several different dirty tables before ultimately seating us in his section. He seemed friendly and all was ok. We placed our order and the food came out quickly with no mistakes. When we were brought silverware my husbands were dirty so he requested a clean set and proceeded to talk about how the water is nasty and then talked about the tap water containing birth control pills. I'm pregnant and I don't want to hear that while I'm trying to enjoy a meal with my husband. All I was wanting was a nice stack of pancakes with some strawberry syrup. It was a big craving for me. I ordered from them take out. The lady who took my order over the phone was extremely rude, management was no help. The food was said to take an hour maybe an hour and a half. I have no problem waiting because I am a patient person but when I arrived I was told the order had been ready for 45 min and was now cold. They acted like it was my fault the food was cold. Then when I mentioned that they told me it would take an hour or longer, I was told "tough, we have been busy today". Being busy is no excuse to be rude and unprofessional. Second time I've been there for a to go order. The first time, the order was wrong. I gave them another chance. I called in the order at 10:00. I got there at 10:10 and there was one customer in there, so it was slow, to say the least. I waited there until it was ready at 10:45. While waiting, a couple walked in and were seated and waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged, and finally walked out. I heard the staff cussing at each other in the kitchen. The manager, Amir, walked up with my receipt with no explanation of why it took so long, so I asked him and he looked at his watch and took my credit card and walked away. This was poor from get go. Waitress was really slow even though there were only about 3-4 booths occupied. My dinner ( actually ordered a breakfast) came and my pancakes were not even got enough to melt the butter, even though butter was soft. I finally for attention of waitress and forest told her I only received one egg, should have been two. She then said they were fried on top of each other. She then told me she would get me two more and disappeared before I could say anything else. By the time I got there eggs I had given up. I understand the coronavirus has impacted these restaurants but the service my sister and I just received was terrible for no reason. The waiter/manager Mabon at 12AM had an uninviting attitude from the start. After ordering it took over 35 minutes for them to make French toast and eggs. Where do they do that at? And Mabon did not attempt to check on us. This was with 3 tables full in there. The food itself did not save it. The eggs were runny when asked for scrambled and the turkey bacon was literally not cooked. Oh yeah the French toast was play doh with butter. After stating the issues to our waiter I insisted on a comp. He came back with a 50% comp for a 0% effort on service and food. So yea please do better Mabon. The hostess was very overwhelmed and it effected her attitude and service. One waitress came and told us and another family they could not wait inside due to "Covid guidelines" the man argued that we are 100% open and as they were arguing back and forth we got up and went outside. We called and seated in the back room where no one else was, I assume because we weren't wearing masks. The room was freezing and we were not allowed to move. The waitress was either new or just rude, she barely spoke and was not very friendly, we watched a man at another table's interaction with her as well, she walked up to the table and said nothing, he had to say hello etc. They were out of several items including hot chocolate, they do not have regular menus like most restaurants have gone back to. My family and I went to eat there this morning and it was by far the worst service I ever received at an ihop. Fist of all we waited for OVER an HOUR while there was MANY tables opened. We noticed there was no one being sat so When we asked about our table the hostess said it was being cleaned; 20 minutes passed with the hostess talking to each other not minding us there waiting and watching them talk AND NO OTHER CUSTOMERS COMING IN. When we asked again about the table they hadn't even noticed the table had been cleaned many moments prior they proceeded to sit us down. We asked for the manager and SHE NEVER CAME. So that goes to show you why that business is running the way it is. We arrived around 2am , I was happy at first . No customers, so I thought wow , are food should come fast. The waiter showed us to our table, as we were giving him our drink orders , he said that the soda machine is out of order, so we ordered tea and water. 5 minutes pass by and I see him talking with another worker, but not even working on getting our drinks. We also asked if they had a dinner menu, because the menu given to us were all breakfast foods. Went here today with my mother and 4 month old son. This is my second time at this location (a few weeks after it opened) and the first time was rough, so I wasn't expecting much of an experience. We were able to be seated right away on a Saturday morning at 10:00am, so that was great and when my mom preferred a corner table they allowed us to move no problem. Our waiter was Alfonso and he was great! He brought our drinks quickly, repeated back our orders, and was very friendly. I was able to ask other servers (one was Val) around us for things like hot sauce and ketchup while he was waiting on others and everyone was super responsive. Our food took probably 30-40 minutes to come out, and I wasn't planning on giving a 5 star review because of that, until they gave us 10% off our bill because of how long it took. We didn't complain, didn't ask for it, just pleasantly surprised they took it off for us. Other restaurants can take that long and don't give a discount. The food was hot and yummy! My mom asked for crispy bacon and got it, no mushrooms on her omelette and not a mushroom in sight! I see a lot of awful reviews, and maybe we just caught them on a really great day- but I was pleasantly surprised and super pleased with our visit. read more

I feel every human needs to visit an IHOP, This one in particular. I LOVE breakfast food and this establishment has become my Go To for after church meals and late night pancake binging. On this night I Came in around 10:30pm and was immediately taken to a booth by my server, Chae, and she got my drink in less than a minute! After browsing the menu for awhile I decided to get the 2x2x2 with their endless pancake promotion. My food came out really quickly and the presentation of the plate looked just like the Picture. My server was consistent with the refills and got me any condiment I desired for my meal. Overall the store looked well managed and clean. The manager is not attentive to the customers, was hiding in the back of the kitchen, not noticing that several tables were not being helped. We sat for more than 10 minutes before having to get up to ask for help. Food from the kitchen was made but the workers were not taking it to the tables. Went her on October 6th 2020 and when entering the building no one was at the front . The cook from the bake can to seat us . When we wanted to order she was like rushing us and not writing down our order when she finally brought it out she looked like she wasn't even wearing gloves I could see the grease from the food on her fingers . We waited 30 min for a waiter to come check on us then an additional 15 min to go look for the waiter again because they had disappeared into the back . We then cashed out and left . This location does not even deserve one star. I wish we had read the reviews before visiting because the bad ones are 100% accurate. There is no way most, if not all, of the reviews with 5 stars are legitimate. Also the supposed photos they have posted on those reviews couldn't have been taken at that restaurant because the tables don't look anything like that. Those are promo photos. We came in for a leisurely dinner with our kids and it is one of the worst experiences we've had in a restaurant in a long time. There were only 3 tables, including ours, occupied in the entire restaurant. There was a table occupied when we came in, and then another one was occupied about 20 minutes after we arrived. After 30 minutes of waiting, the kids meals were finally brought out...for all three tables. None of the adult entrees were brought at all. If we had to wait for 30 minutes then the table that was there before us had to wait that much longer. About 5 minutes later the meals for the tables before and after us were brought out. After another 10 minutes when we still hadn't received anything, and our kids were almost done with theirs, I finally flagged the waitress down after 3 attempts. I complained that the table after us had been served and we still hadn't received refill on our drinks. The waitress tried to tell me that the other table only had pancakes. Well, that's funny, we had pancakes in ours too and hadn't received them. I also asked why they would split our ticket like that and bring some and not all of the plates at once? No answer. She told me she would check on ours. When she did not return with an update, I got up and asked for the check. And guess what? All of a sudden our meals were ready! Imagine that. It had been now been over an hour, my kids were finished eating and my patience was completely gone - and I didn't believe her otherwise she would have plates in her hands. I told the waitress we would just settle up and leave. She brought the check but they had charged for the kids meals even though kids eat free. I was only anticipating being charged for drinks. She told me the computer wouldn't let her not charge since there were no other entrees. I told her I didn't care, it was not our fault we didn't receive our meals and that the whole point of us eating out was to enjoy a meal WITH our kids. She got pissy and crumbled up the receipt in front of us and stormed off. Stay away. If their employees are this bad when the restaurant has been open for less than a year, it will only get worse. Wish I had read the reviews of this place before going. We waited 7 minutes before someone asked us what we wanted to drink. No problem. They took our order and then we waited 40 minutes before we overheard a nearby table asking the waitress what was taking so long for them to bring her soup and that it had been an hour. Uh oh! Finally our waitress came to our table apologizing for the wait saying they had only one cook. I asked if it would be more than 10 more minutes and she said "oh yes! Longer than that!" We left.
