Pretty standard IHOP if you ask me. The reviews here say it was the worst ever but we didn't experience any of that. We walked right in on Sunday morning (during Church hours) and got a table easily for six of us. Service was fast and good. Food was exactly how we expected it to be. My pancakes were crispy and delicious. Eggs were cooked correctly. My kids loved their crepes and waffles. We ended up taking home a few leftovers so that was nice. Coffee was better than what I got at the hotel nearby. As far as the inside goes, it's setup, decorated, and feels exactly like every other IHOP, maybe a little bit dirtier than some in fancier locations, but it wasn't disgusting or anything. read more

My son & I went to ihop to catch up! Our food was okay. My sons eggs tasted like rubber & the waffles was hard it looked overcooked but on the bright side my jolly pancakes were delicious!! Our waitress took our order quickly! On the downside of this visit we were sitting almost at a view of the kitchen where the ladies wait for the food to come out for the customers!! A lot of the workers was just piled there gossiping about another coworker which is never a good thing that you want your customers to hear or see!! Highly disappointed and most definitely unsatisfied. I wouldn't give them a penny if I had to and if I could I would give 0 stars. I walked in with my REGISTERED service dog and put in my name and everything and wait 15 minutes then they call us to be seated and then tell me that my service dog can't be there. AFTER I WAITED. The same lady who put us down for the wait. I explained she's a service dog and what she does and "what action she performs" as the lady asked. And then the lady says "we don't support that and laws don't cover her". As I have her card in my had says she's protected and that she is needed. Every time I go in this place I have to stand at the counter for a good 5- 10 mins before anyone will acknowledge I'm there. Delivery is even worse. They use DoorDash for their deliveries and I would highly recommend that if you dare to get delivery, order through the door dash app. If there is a mess up, which there always is, you have no recourse with DoorDash because you didn't order directly through them. That being said, I just paid $50 for cold crappy food, $3.50 of that was for an orange juice I never received (for the 3rd time). Well I have finally learned my lesson about this place and will never order again or step foot in those doors. The only reason I would even leave one star is because the fact the door dasher didn't use a hot bag and couldn't even make it up the steps of my porch, isn't the fault of IHOP. read more

I'm writing this more so that hopefully the management checks in and does something to fix the problem. The problem isn't the staff, who are friendly and working hard...something easily seen. Here was my problem, it seemed to be the staffing. Last night, I made an online order 2 hours in advance, since I was planning on picking up after work. I arrived promptly at 7:30. There was a line of people wanting to make orders or be seated. Unfortunately it seemed there was 1 cook, 1 waitress, and 1 shift lead...a total of three people. The restaurant was busy, and the staff was obviously overworked. Even though I ordered so early, I walked in and waited 10 minutes just to be seen. It was another 15 minutes before I got the food I had ordered 2 hours prior. It is my strongest opinion that the owners need to HIRE MORE PEOPLE. The food was as good as was expected (we have never had complaints about this place before) and the people working were amazing under very stressed conditions. They just need some help. read more

My family and i use ihop as one of the go to breakfast places. Usually they are ok. But today we sat for over an hour from the time we put our order in to when we got our food. MY food looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for about 20 min, and they didnt even get the tight order out to my mom. So an hour of waiting for the WRONG order. And my dad ordered the sirloin tips and eggs and said that it tasted weird. I understand being understaffed. But i had a little one (5) with me and he kept saying when tables around us would get their food and how long was our food going to be. But it took about 10 minutes before a waitress took our drink order, another 10 minutes for simple glasses of water to arrive and then 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Don't try to use the Yelp waitlist for this restaurant. The waitlist said we'd be seated within 15 minutes of our arrival and when we arrived we were told it would be 1.5 hrs for 2 people even though we had joined the waitlist and were told 15 minutes. They said the times aren't accurate on the yelp waitlist. We haven't ever had this trouble using yelp waitlists with any other restaurant. Don't waste your time. read more

Possibly the worst Ihop I've been to. Was seated promptly, server took our order. Food came out rather quickly, too quickly. My wife got the Danish crapes with raspberries, very little filling and extremely sweet. I ordered the country omlette, was cold and nothing like the menu description as it was ALL potato, no cheese and SIX small cubes of ham (yes, I was able to count the ham). I can't say anything extremely bad about this IHOP. Even though they DID forget about my order of (if I remember right) a steak melt, TWICE. We were seated fairly quick. I got my drink in decent order along with the rest of my family. And then we all placed our order. This is when I waited. And waited. Was reassured at least once they would get mine ready. It was another 15 minutes or so before I in fact did get my meal. I was on the verge of asking to see a manager after my meal, despite it being good, because it wasn't like the place was exactly slammed. They acted proactively, and my meal was free because of the fact I was almost forgotten for 15+ minutes. The service to the rest of our party went a lot better, and so I'm going to give them a 3/5. We went there for dinner just now, January 5 , my husband got his usual ,country fried steak and I ordered the turkey and dressing with gravy. First of all , the dressing was like mush,the gravy was thin as water and the color of tea, I tried to eat it as best l could ,until l felt something in my mouth and immediately knew it was a hair. I sure wish I had checked Yelp before visiting IHOP today! Let me start by saying that there were many waitresses working there and they were working hard and the food was good. However, had I not been so hungry, I would have left. First of all, we got a seat next to the kitchen area and granted, there are many things we don't see in restaurants and I'm certainly aware of that, but when you are close enough to see what's happening behind the scenes....ewwwww.....I'm not a mask debater, but one waitress in particular was not wearing a mask and she was sweating profusely and wiping her sweat with her bare hands and picking up plates and clean glasses taking them straight to the customers. Some of the food was very good, but bacon was greasy and not cooked well. They were busy, but service was not good. Main complaint is manager was abrasive and condescending and insulting. It's your standard IHOP. Nothing special, but the food is consistent which is good. Although, and this is just me, I wish everything didn't taste the same. It seems like no matter what plate order all the plates with eggs taste the same, and all the pancake plates taste the same, with the exception of a few flavor differences of the toppings.
