I relayed my anxiety about leaving him there for a few hours and she assured me she will do the best she can and if anything goes wrong to give me a call right away. Thankfully, that wasn't necessary and within 2 hours he was ready for pick up. His haircut came out great and he seemed so happy and confident coming out so I know he was treated well! I called back 3 hours later and they tell me that he won't be ready for another 2 hours.... His appointment was at 8AM & they call me at 1PM to tell me that he's ready. 5 HOUR APPOINTMENT. When I go to pick up Madi doesn't say a word to me and had someone else hand me my dog. Then they charged me an extra $10 "handling fee" because they needed an extra person to hold him while on the table. He's a pretty small dog and if she had started him at 8AM (when his appt was) before any other dogs came in it wouldn't have taken so long. I will never go back to this groomers now.
