Amazing pet store that has high quality curated foods and pet care items. I come here to get a special fresh frozen diet for one of my pets, goat milk and occasionally raw food locally farmed as a treat for my dogs. They have high quality bowls and other feeding equipment and chews and toys. This place is like Disneyland for pet owners. They also carry Essence food which is a bit hard to find. So grateful for this place as there is no other pet store like it in Los Angeles County. read more

When looking for certain collars for my puppies I was shown which collar was for which type of training and dog. Very informative. Although they didn't have the collar I needed in stock, I was told I would be updated on the delivery. True to their word. I had one call to let me know the item was still on backorder. I come here for one or two items that are priced as they should be but they have some boxes of bone broth that are double in price of any other pet store for the exact same brand so be cautious and check prices. They do have high quality foods that don't contain legumes and they carry raw. If you need something specific this is a go to place but know what you can and cannot get anywhere else. So pleased we finally found this place! We had to travel to Santa Clarita to get the specialty dog food that we purchase (Acana). Well, this "pet care" store is head and shoulders above anything we have ever found!! These folks are pleasant, know absolutely everything about their product lines, and are sooooooo helpful! Just love this place! I recently got my puppy fixed and didn't want to use " the cone of shame" for to long so I went to see if they had something homeopathic to use. And they did! Very friendly and helpful! I went to pick up necessities for our newly adopted dog. Ginger, the official cat greeter, allowed me to pet her on the front counter and warmly welcomed me into her store. I was having trouble finding the hooves for doggie chews, they were out. The owner took my name and number to call me when they come in. Then she helped me find the correct size collar and matching leash. Lupine collar and leashes have a lifetime warranty. I was checked out in a matter of minutes. Top of the line kibble like Orijen and Acana, as well as a HUGE selection of raw food as well. They also have an amazing aisle of supplement for pets; probiotics, vitamins, protein... to many to list. They also have a deal where after 10 bags of Orijen or Acana you get the next one free and they even keep copies of your receipts on file in your own folder. I have heard others i know complain that the prices were too high but I do not mind because i would rather support a local business than a corporation.
