I just love the service at this. Feed store. They are polite and will go beyond the norm to take care of their customers.

This place has the ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service I have experienced!!!. The guy behind the counter was so rude and dismissive. I brought in a Uhaul and Luckily we take pictures of EVERYTHING. First he tried to say we brought it in with less gas than it had: Wrong, we showed him the picture we took showing that we actually brought it back we MORE gasoline than what it had. Then since he couldn't get us there he tried to blame us for an old rusted hole that was on the back fender. REALLY!?!? Anyone with any kind of common sense would see that the damage on that truck isn't even months old, it's years old. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! All they are going to try to do is rip you off one way or another read more

Friendly staff that have lots of information on products that help animals with medical issues. Also they have good prices on large bags of dog food. read more

As many of the other reviews state, the employees of this store are as rude as you can imagine. I was told "don't shop here, tell your friends, go ahead an put it in the paper I don't care." All I wanted was a 1 day refund on a UHaul that was terribly dirty when I picked it up. The counter man was the most rude and disrespectful of any employee I have ever run into. This place is a good spot to get all your animal needs. Prices are pretty decent! I've been a customer for about 10 + years! Always buy my chickens food, goats food and horse food here and they love it! Nice little family owned business! I've called minutes before they close due to me getting out of work late and they have been kind enough to wait for me to get my animals feed! read more

This is a pretty decent store. You can buy medication for your pets that would cost probably 3-5x's as much at the vet. They also have a U-Haul rental right here on site. They are a locally owned small business that has been part of our community for many, many years. I am happy to help keep them around for many more years to come. read more

There hay is garbage. Often falling apart goats wouldn't eat this crap. Van dam farms is right down the road in Littlerock they own the fields and grow the hay and offer discounts on Tuesday and Saturday. They are Rude and as noted in other reviews. Ever since they bought this place it's down down the tubes. Stay away. read more

I was just checking for their phone # because today is Easter and the hours of business will be different. We have been doing business with them for 17+ years. Never have we had a problem with them being rude. If anything they are friendly. Products are of good quality and they are always open. And changing ownership its been the same people forever. read more

A few years ago I was giving them ALL my business. I have a horse boarding facility and was buying ALLOT of hay and feed there. I even bought saddles from them. However they are some of the most rude people I have ever encountered. I had complained that they didn't follow my request of delivering my hay in the same load~ instead they delivered in 2 different loads to the same place to my boarder and not to me and charged me for 2 deliveries on the same day. He followed me out to my car yelling at me and cursing at me. I almost had to call the police. I never went back and they lost about $1000 worth of business a month. Beware. Just move to the area, I notice that this place was the closes store so I stop to buy horse and dog food. WOW, their prices are way over price, I mean just about 30% more, compare to what I buy the same items on other stores.... Their staff is definitely not customer service friendly or knows much about what the products they sell. When I express my observations I got this big attitude when I try to show the receipt from other competitors for the same items. I don't recommend or will go back to this place, I rather drive someplace else that to deal with some smartass with a big attitude. Store is great never had a issue with there horse feed they even load it on Your truck for free!! Customer service is great always get aknowledged as soon as you get there and asked if you need help. As far as there pricing of course its going to get marked up a little since its a mom and pop shop. But like i said there great!!! read more

These guys are the best! Family owned and operated for years. I support local business and appreciate their fast and friendly service to me, each and every time. The delivery guys put things in my shed in a nice fashion making it easy for me, because they have animals too. Hay is a natural product and they buy direct from growers, if there ever was a time that a bail had to be returned or exchanged, they did it with a smile and shared my concerns. They treat us very well and always have. They carry high quality dog foods, the best of bagged horse feeds, good selection of medications and supplements, and if you don't see it, ask! They can get it in! They have canned and dry milks for nursing babies all the way to bird and squirrel treats. As a foster mom for wildlife, this has literally been a lifesaver.
