The chef, Romy, makes everything fresh and there is a great selection of gluten-free baked goods as well. The service is friendly and attentive, just right. Pastry is good. But it's totally criminal to sell a $6 "cold brew" that's the color of iced tea and is brewed with what tastes to be cheap hazelnut flavored coffee beans. An utterly uncomplimentary pairing for the pastries I just purchased. read more

Been back many times since my last review and I just wanted to give a shout out to my favorite croissant. The chocolate almond croissant is absolute perfection! Everything is fantastic! We ordered the avocado toast, the beet salad and the cauliflower soup. My grandson had the French breakfast and I've never seen him enjoy his food like he enjoyed the baguette, butter and jam. First things first, stepping in was a very welcoming surprise! I was greeted and guided through what was being offered - lots of pastries and drinks! Alfredo was one of the best employees there, he was very kind to take time to show me all of the different teas they offered as well as going into depth of each flavor profile! This coffee shop has great ambience. unfortunately, my experience was rather disappointing. As a coffee enthusiast, I was looking forward to trying their cappuccino, but I was let down when I noticed that they lack a proper cappuccino machine. Instead, they have an automated machine where you push a button to select your drink. The result was far from the authentic cappuccino experience I expected. The disappointment didn't end there. The croissants, which I assumed would be fresh and warm, were served cold and lacked the flakiness you would anticipate. Call me a convert! Everything on the table was gorgeous and delicious! The pistachio eclairs were phenomenal! Also, the chocolate croissants were sooo delicious! They have a good vegan selection. I got chocolate croissant and it was ok. It was not as flaky but I understand because it's vegan. It's just the dough is a bit on the sweet side. I prefer not sweet dough since the chocolate already sweet. I also get napoleon, the custard was way too sweet, with chocolate on the top was just too much sweet for me. This Bakery/Wine Bar is amazing! It is 100% vegan friendly! Chef Romy who is from France and his beautiful wife are so talented and kind! I went there for the first time to take a French Macaron class with three friends. What a blast we had! It was a three hour class and I can honestly say I know how to make them! It was totally hands on! And we each went home with a box of our finished macarons! They are just getting started so there's more classes to come! I highly recommend doing one of them! The decor is stunning! So tastefully done! The pastries are off the chart beautiful and delicious! There's also a shop area that you can buy cheese, crackers, cookies and of course macarons and other goodies for a fabulous picnic. The bakery also makes all kinds of coffee and tea drinks! The wine bar has small bite plates that sound delicious! There's also a private tasting room in the wine bar that is out of this world gorgeous!
