My company was originally located in California and Udi and the ICS team handled all of our IT needs both on site and via remote connection. Several years ago we relocated to Washington State and we continued to use ICS for all of our IT needs - their detailed knowledge of our systems an ability to handle almost any situation remotely allowed us to stay with them. We recently expanded our operations to Vancouver, BC Canada and this past week Udi and his team remotely did a complete migration of 7 workstations and 2 servers. The switch was done with minimal disruption and for less money than other onsite vendors quoted. Once again they did and outstanding job, going above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right. They were able to do the install, improve our previous set-up and configuration and deliver to us a much better end product. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

ICS is one of the best companies that have ever helped me fix my computer. I have a custom build pc and I called Udi to see what was wrong with it. He guided me one step at a time in the easiest way to understand, and fixed my computer in a couple of minutes. He was very helpful and patient with me and I highly recommend giving him a call if you have any computer problems. Not only was he very patient with me, but also continued to help me with other problems on my computer as well. I've tried other companies such as Geek Squad to help me, but they were not willing to because it was custom built. Udi was very generous and knowledgeable on all the parts of the computer, and I am very thankful for his help. read more

I brought my 2010 windows 7 dell desktop to ICS computer repair shop to upgrade my old hard drive into SSD. Udi installation is a breeze he clone my old hard drive copy it to the new SSD drive, he completed it in less than 3 hours. All my application software and files everything in my old hard drive is all transferred in the new drive. Before leaving in his shop he let me operate my computer to be sure everything is in order and of course, i immediately notice the difference in speed is like a brand new computer. I can recommend ICS computer repair shop to anyone as honest and reputable computer shop... read more

I called multiple IT companies in Los Angeles for help with a time and data sensitive project which involved duplicating a very large email account for litigation purposes. I am glad I decided to choose ICS. To be honest, the reason why I chose this company is because Udi is a great listener and was quick to come up with a process for accomplishing the job, which he explained to me within our first phonecall. Udi and his team were highly professional, so fast, and very communicative during the entire process. I highly recommend ICS for any of your IT needs. I really appreciate your work- thanks! read more

ICS, International Computer Support, provides outstanding professional computer services at very affordable pricing. Udi Menashe & his team had rescued my 8 year old Sony Vaio from virus in the past, but now this old faithful needed to be retired...just not able to handle today's upgraded technology. Udi found a great new HP laptop and downloaded files and upgraded programs from the Vaio. The Hp performs perfectly! But, the bonus was Udi cleaning & upgrading the old Vaio at no charge to be a great little vacation "road" computer. Thanks Team ICS...you are the Best...!!! read more

Udi Menashe, owner of ICS, Inc, has worked with my husband, daughter and myself for many years. Udi and both employees have given us outstanding service and have the highest integrity of any business owner with whom I've dealt in many years. I read an extremely bad review given to ICS, Inc which included one of his employees. I never met the individual who wrote the review and am suggesting the person may have severe psychiatric problems and his review should be trashed. read more

WOW! WOW!! WOW!!!!!!!!! Udi is fantastic. Kind, patient and determined to solve your computer problem. I had called other places and they all said I needed to bring the computer in before they could tell me what was wrong and would probably cost $150. But UDI just asked me one question and the problem was fixed on the phone. No charge. Who does that!!!! UDI is my new tech guy and I'll refer everyone I know to him. THANKS Udi. YOU'RE THE BEST. Simply amazing. read more

Udi seems to be able to do anything. I lost my Microsoft Outlook password on my laptop so I connected him to my desktop and he was able to find the password on it. Went back to my laptop and now I could log in. I was on the verge of having to call Microsoft and ask them for my password when he came up with this method that worked. Nothing surprises me with Udi. I can't imagine a better computer techie. Prices are a little high but it's definitely worth it! read more

Took my wife's laptop in because harddrive failed. Luis quickly gave me a estimate of what might needed to be done. First option was reasonable, second option was over my budget. Udi then came in to suggest replacing the old harddrive with a better slightly used harddrive. I asked him if I should just buy a chrome book and he suggested replacing the drive. I'm glad he convinced us because we are very happy with the results. Thank you Udi and Luis. read more

Udi at ICS is something which one rarely finds these days - a man who is not only brilliant at what he does, but one who also has total integrity and honesty. He undertook a difficult repair of my computer for a very nominal fee, and during the repair he replaced a part without charging me. I trust him to do the job perfectly and professionally. I'm so glad that he was recommended to me. I'm having him repair my wife's iMac next! read more
