If I could give this place zero stars I would. they don't even fix your phone all they do is super glue your screen back together. They did that to my boyfriends phone and when we went to complain he said it wasn't their fault it was my boyfriends own fault on why it lifted. They're rude as fuck. We went to apple and that's where they told us that all iCell did was superglue the screen back to the phone. So when I told the guy from iCell that he went on to tell me that people from Apple don't know anything. That's BS. Their sign says #1 customer satisfaction well obviously not cuz I'm not satisfied at all. One of the guys there too is sarcastic as fuck. He also said that another store that fixes phones make their employees write bad Yelp reviews so they look bad. But I highly doubt they their store is just ass. & the guys that work there are rude as fuck. Biggest scammers ever. Please do not fix your phone here!!! All the times I was at the store there was unhappy customers complaining to the workers. One incident where they even called security because this man had been there 8 times already and they couldn't fix his phone. Came here to get a battery replacement for my iPhone. Went home and the phone would not charge so we went back and they said the battery they replaced it with was not working so they put a new one. Went home once again and the phone wasn't working. Third time back and now they were saying the charging port was the problem so they changed it. I demanded they test out the phone to see it worked before I went home, and it would not charge and now my lock button was not working. I went in with one problem and now I had two. I told them to give me my phone back that I no longer wanted them messing with my phone. They apologized, which does nothing for you, because they will not give you your money back. My husband an I came twice this month to replace the screen of my husbands iPhone 5, the first time we were please with their service the second was the total opposite, the replace the screen and as soon as we got home a purple line appear on the screen. We took it back to the store since the receipt states that we had 30 of warranty to replace or fix the problem and they said that we would have to pay for a new screen again, they offered to give us a discounted price which was the same amount we had paid before, this was the "manager". We went across the store where they also fix screen and said that the part might of been defective and the should of offer to check it or restart the LCD screen as this store would of done for free. DONT GO HERE TO FIX IPHONE I got screwed so bad and don't want what happened to me to happen to anybody else. It was also my fault for not checking with Apple first. I went here to fix my screen thought it was good cause they said it will be done in 15 min. I thought it looked great but ran into some problems later. Went to the Apple Store and the employee there explained everything that was wrong with my phone. He explained that they didn't put the assistive touch screen, superglued the screen which sucks later cause if it drops it will pop out and it was not placed correctly. I was in shock I didn't know any of that I was so clueless. I blame myself for not checking Apple first. Everybody go to apple first it's way better even if you have to wait a couple days to get your iPhone fixed. Don't be me and go here. It will be the worst mistake you'll ever make. Forgot to mention the constant glitchy that happens when you get it fixed from here, SO ANNOYING!!!!!! This place is a joke horrible service went in for a shattered screen they kept my phone for a month,you know something is wrong when they hive you a free case. I must of been back and forth about 10 time always next week they would say, they don't even call you to update I go in and the tall dark skinny guy acts like he don't know you after the 100th time of going back because my phone now doesn't work again today after all this time I have to go back again because the screen is popping out so my screen gets dark omg really now what another $60 I should of just bought a new phone never ever again. Two weeks ago i had to take my s5 to go get fixed, and we saw this store as a nearby option. We asked them for the price and how long it would take. It seemed like a great deal at first. A couple days after I got my phone i noticed the screen was detaching from the body. It didnt seem like a big deal until i started moving it back into place with a little force. The screen would flicker and sometimes even go as far as to turn off the phone, so i stopped and just put tape. About a week later it would still sometimes turn off in my pocket but turn back on until today... I was in class when I noticed the screen wasnt turning on so as always i jst held down the power button but it wasn't working. I will try to go back today but looking at other reviews I dont think they will fix it or at least give us our money back. read more

This place is the worst! We went there because my mother lives close by and wanted to pay to get my daughters screen fixed... We live 30 miles away but I decided to go along with my mom while visiting her to get the screen fixed here. We pay for the replacement and immediately her phone started having problems, it would shut down inputs own, the screen would go in and off .. So the very next day we go back and they replace it ... Then the issue started again and now shutting down completely, so we decided to drive there again and on the way there we crack the screen... We tell them what happened and they said "sorry can't help you the screen is cracked" are you freaking kidding!!! And while we are at the store there were 3 other people complaining about the same thing!!! This place is a joke! 100 dollars down the drain, I don't recommend this place to anyone . I went as far as calling the owner and have gotten no response ..They will mess your phone up!! Check all functions before you leave the place, you camera, messages etc... Terrible service! brought in my iPhone 6 it was in perfect working conditions! the guy that took it in went through all the functions to make sure everything was working he even wrote it on the invoice "everything works" he made me pay before the services were completed at the moment i thought why pay before? isn't it usually after? i didn't say anything and i paid $180 plus tax! he goes out back he comes back out 20/25 minutes later says it will be another 10 mins, 10 minutes pass, 20 minutes pass, 30 mins and finally at 35 minutes later he comes back out brings my phone and says im sorry but im having a hard time with your phone the screen doesn't want to turn on the screen we provided is defective it was the last one but tomorrow we can have one for you. so the problem was that I needed my phone up and running ASAP I ask for a refund so I can go else where and he says im sorry but its store policy we don't give refunds, im so upset because I needed my screen fixed at the moment and now I had to wait until the next day! after he saw I was upset he asked me to put back the broken screen so I could be able to use my screen until it got replaced with a working one. so I agreed! he comes back out and gives me my phone makes a note that the lcd was defective so that I had to come back the next day. I walked out of the store was walking to my car when I decide to look at my phone I pressed the home button, lock button and my screen wouldn't turn on! WHAT THE HELL! so I went back to the store and I told the girl to call the guy out and she says sorry he left! so I told her my phone screen isn't working, my phone was working perfectly fine when I brought it in and I pointed his notes on my invoice saying that everthuing worked. she said there was nothing she could do, she even said my battery died! funny thing my battery lasts forever! AND 80% wasn't gonna die in an hour! so she quickly offered me a refund when I told her my phone was not working! I told her NO I wanted to see what was going to happen to my phone so she called her manager and had me wait another 30 minutes until she arrived. when she got there instead of acknowledging the problem she went straight to the back took the girl and took a good while to come out. when she did come out she didn't even ask the problem she just tried handling the refund right away! so I told her I want to know whats going to happen with my phone and she says was it working when you came in and I said yes and she told me im sorry but I wasn't here when it happened so I cant do anything. im like really? she was like yes I can open it and see what he did to it I said yeah! go ahead. 30 minutes later she comes out and says it doesn't work. OK yeah I knew that! and she says the only thing I can do is give you a refund. I can't do anything else about it. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she LAUGHED! she said sorry im the only one that can help you. so I tell her again I really want to get in touch with your supervisor I need to know whats gonna happen with my phone and she said hes not gonna do anything about it. we can't do anything SO OK! she kept laugning and smiling with a smirk she couldn't wipe off her face! so I asked her if she thought this was funny she immediately got serious and said no, I told her put urself in my place if someone messes up ur phone and you keep saying sorry I can't do anything wouldn't you be upset ? if i can't get you in touch w ur supervisor u think u wouldn't be upset? she just said sorry , can't do anything so NOW IM PHONELESS! HAVE TO REPLACE MY PHONE since ICELL didn't want to be responsible for hiring people who don't know what the hell they're doing! eventhough I did get a refund I lost all my phone stored DATA THANKS ICELL! YOU SUCK! starting by all the KID EMPLOYEES that you hire! maybe instead of ripping people off you should provide proper training to your employees who handle $700 cellphones!
