I was brought my Iphone 13 here because my phone screen was glitching and not working and was told they can fix the lcd. I was asked to pay 242$ & was not advised that the parts here are not even original first of all. Second of all they do not even let you know there is no refunds before purchasing. The phone was returned worse that how It was & now My screen goes black & freezes. I keep taking the phone back & inidians refuse to fix the phone and refund me. And no the phone was no dropped or damaged since the repair . A complete waste of money & time. If I could give a lower rating I would. I've gotten my screen fixed here several times (service has always been ok) but this time around it was TERRIBLE! The first screen they gave me made all the white color on my phone look yellow. So they changed it for me. I waited another 30 min. The second screen seemed fine. When the transaction was complete the girl at the register told me to bring it back if I had ANY issues. Once I got home the screen started to glitch and go black. So I took it back to get changed and they told me they couldn't help me. That it must be an issue with my phone but my phone was fine! It just ha a cracked screen!! They didn't give me a new screen. It stopped working after the warranty was over which is about 30 days I think but I can't remember exactly because I lost the receipt. And in the end he broke and messed up the corner of my screen. So I went back to tell him he broke my screen but before they fix a phone they make you sign a paper which states in the fine print that, any damage done during repair is not their fault even though it is. If I could give it 0 starts I would. PLEASE READ. If you go to any cell repair place in this mall you will get scammed out of your money. For starters I went to ICell to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed for a cracked screen and back. They charged me 500$ which was fair but for that price I expected good quality. They said it would take 40-60min which was okay so I decided to stay at the mall and wait with my mom. I see the same lady take my my phone to cellat and I get up close and this guys fixing my phone and I asked to see it and it indeed was. So if I'm paying ICell why is Cellat fixing my phone. ANYWAYS at this point I'm getting suspicious and very much irritated. It's about and hour and half goes by then 2 hours and then it was "fixed". I kid you not I restarted my phone because it was glitching right after and It was a black screen but the phone was on. I pressed the sides and sos was going off then my mom called me and it was ringing so the phone was on but it wasn't turning on. I immediately go back and tell them wtf and they "fix" it. The lady sells me this glass screen protector and told me it couldn't crack if it fell that it was really good quality. About legit 3 days pass by my phone falls at work into tile floor AND NOT ONLY THE GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR BREAKS BUT MY PHONE DOES AS WELL LINES ARE GOING THROUGH MY SCREEN ANF THWRES BLACK INK LEAKING AND IM NOT ABLE TO USE IT ANYMORE.I go to the Apple Store because I'm pissed off at this point they replaced my phone screen with a shitty glass and now I have to get it fixed again. I've never left a review ever, but today is the day. i left my ipod at this place and it was an Ipod 7 the newest one apple has but this guy proceded to tell me an ipod 7 does not exist i said okay and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes and that they were gonna give me a call. 1 hour 30 minutes go by and i never got a call so i go back and he said they dont have the part and that it has to be ordered. So I took my IPhone 7 Plus to these guys to replace the screen and possibly fix my home button, the guy takes my phone into the back room out of sight to open it up to see if he can fix it. When he came back he said that he can replace the screen for $90 but I would need to sign a waiver just Incase it does not turn back on. I didn't want to pay them $90 with no guarantees that I won't have a brick when they are done so I left. The next day I took it to someone else which offered a free 24-48 hour examination to see if my problems could be fixed. When I dropped it off to that place they showed me that my screws were gone which means that this guy at ICELL stole the screws which apparently are a very expensive part on the iPhone 7 Plus and get stolen a lot by these shady type of places that offer repair services and over priced cell phone covers in the mall. The new repair lady replaced the screws, replaced the defective screen, fixed my home button and installed a glass protective screen cover for less than What ICELL quoted me with no guarantee it would be fixed. I brought my iPhone to have the LCD fixed and when I got home n charged my phone I noticed that there was still something wrong so I called and Arlene was very nice n told me to bring it back in. When I got to the store she took my phone n said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. If it was possible to give a negative 5 star rating, I would. Here goes...Okay here goes. I no longer have a means to contact anyone because my iPhone is history. As some of you know I took my iPhone in a couple months ago to have my screen repaired after it had minor cracks. It was fixed at #StonewoodMall, at a store called #I-Cell. A few weeks or maybe a month or so later, I was visiting a Best Buy in Naples, one day and I took a photo of a police altercation after they asked me to stay in my vehicle as they had guns drawn on the suspects. I quickly took a CYA photo because I was technically working while being detained. I took it quickly and then set my phone in the pocket of my door, as is my want when I am driving. Mind you my doors are full of stuff so it barely fits just under the lip of the pocket. When I finally took it out, it was cracked with some glass missing and has been getting worse as I had no money to fix it. Yesterday, Gene and I went to Stanwood again. We went back in to that shop, I-cell. They agreed to fix the screen again and would knock off $10 because it broke so easily. I specifically asked this guy behind the counter about the safety of my data. He said there would not be an issue even after I explained I had precious photos etc. on it which had no backup. Gene asked about my battery since I now run apps for work on my phone as well as using the mapping program it was using up the life of the battery pretty quickly. I agreed to a replacement after I was assured again that there was no way my data would be lost. We walked around the mall while we waited. They said it would take an hour. We were gone over two. We walked back in and they brought my phone out in pieces claiming it had been jailbroken, (which it has not been) and then told me the phone was in Restore Mode. I know what restore mode looks like and what it does. On the screen you get a picture of a cable plugging into iTunes and lose everything since your last back up. Since that ploy didn't work with me they tried to tell me that the original battery comes with a signature and it detected the new battery which forced it into Restore mode. I explained that he should have known that before hand since this was the type of business he ran and I was assured my data would be intact before any work was done on it. The guy took it back and said he needed some time to get it back together to come back in a couple hours. I said it was unacceptable, I wasn't leaving my phone there, I'd wait. I waited about 20 minutes then asked some snooty little chick who came from somewhere and took over handling customers and answering the phone. By now Gene was pissed and asked her how much longer. She said 3 minutes. We waited 15 more than had to leave to pick up my car from the second repair shop of the day as they were about to close and I needed my keys. SO I had to leave. Came back phone still not ready. The guy comes out with it still in pieces. Says he still needs time to get all the screws back in. Enter mall security, because the smoke was almost visible coming out of Gene's ears. They the Downey P.D. show up. They are trying to calm him down. My son walks by and sees the cops and Gene's head sticking up. He walks in. Then the owner shows up and they still need more time because he has his iPhone specialist coming in. Meantime he shows me my iPhone will not power on. The apple logo shows for a second (again proving the phone is not jailbroken, but it shuts off immediately. He gives me a loaner phone, an old 4 he has laying around and tells me he'll call when it's ready. His expert was on his way from his other location. So, I went and had lunch. He calls and asked me to come back to the shop. I do and they still have nothing and he wants to keep my phone overnight so they have all the time they need to run these programs on my phone. I reluctantly agree. Today, 3pm, still no call. Gene goes by to see what is happening. The guy hands him my phone which still will not turn on. Not even to the Apple logo. But when he plugged it in his computer saw it, just not my data. Gene refused to leave because I also know a dead iPhone will still show a dead battery with a change logo, telling you to plug it in. I told Gene have the owner leave it charge for 15 minutes. If it still did not turn on, he fried my phone. Guess what, no dice. While Gene was waiting, two other disgruntled customers came in with complaints. He tried to blame them on Gene, who knew none of them. He finally wrote on the receipt that he would replace my phone with the same one in a sealed box sometime this week. So, the loaner is still in my possession. I have nothing because I don't want him to have anymore of my personal info then he already has. If you need me, call the phone. I will not recognize any numbers for now or anyone added since my last back up, even if this guy keeps his promise to replace my phone. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AND DON'T GO TO HIS STORE FOR ANYTHING read more

Please stay away from this place! They are crooks. We took my husband's new iPhone to fix the screen. $75.00 and 45 min. later the phone would not turn on. Then they fixed it again and this time my husband noticed they had taken his center button for the home screen and replaced it for an older one and it was loose. Then they took it and 25 min. later we left and my husband was pretty upset. Then when he tried making a phone call he realized that his audio was too low along with the screen coming off. We took it to a professional repair shop with good ratings. They told him one of his audio buttons was missing and they re-glued the screen. He loves his phone again and we only paid $25.00. Terrible!!! Came here for a broken screen .on an iPhone 6 Plus (Screen was working) . They said it would be $70 . Come back in 30 min, came back and my phone wasn't working with the new screen. They took it back and told me to give them 15 more minutes . Waited around again and finally the guy came out and said they couldn't fix because it was a major issue . That I had to go to the Apple Store. My Touch ID button worked fine before they opened it and now it's doesn't work!! So they refunded me my money and wasted an hour of my time .
