First of all, the people who worked here was so nice and had a cute little cafe. I'm from out of town and wanted to try their sushi. It is VERY fresh. The wait time was about 15 minutes after ordering. the amazing roll- is AMAZING. I practically inhaled it. The philadelphia roll was totally normal , you can get this roll anywhere with reasonable price. The mango roll was interesting but not delicious like I expected it, and my least favorite of the three. Very worth the price in my opinion!

The food selection and quality was amazing. We tried the tofu lo mein and got a lot more tofu in it than we get in other restaurants and also one of the açaí bowls for a super healthy dessert. It's a small shop and we got takeout but we will definitely be dining there again.

The food was good and the staff were very friendly. It took quite a while (about 25 minutes) to get our food, but once it arrived we enjoyed everything. I was expecting better considering all the five-star reviews. The friendly staff helped make the experience good, but it did take a long time to get our food. There were only two people working, so I don't know if they were short-staffed or if this is the usual. I was surprised how long it took to get our food. I had the chicken teriyaki bento box with the California roll option. The portions were pretty generous, and everything was good. Not amazing, but good. The chicken teriyaki had a pretty good flavor, the sauce for the dumplings was really good, and the California roll was fresh and good. My wife had the Philly Roll and she enjoyed that. Their menu is pretty extensive and a little eclectic. It feels like they have a little bit of everything, which is great in that I'm sure pretty much anyone could find something that appealed to them. I don't know that I would seek this place out in the future, but if I was in the mood for sushi I might stop by again. I'd just try to stop in during a quieter time, not around the lunch rush for example, in hopes of getting my order faster.

This used to be my favorite Açaí bowl place . That has changed today. These bowls are not inexpensive, so I expect quality in items that are supposed to be made fresh by nature. The bowl had the açaí premade, poured in a plastic container and frozen. It was totally frozen to the bowl and the color was a dull lifeless color like a human tongue. They layer of granola on top was way to much, and at least half of the fruit on top was clearly out of a can or something. It was not fresh. The boba had brown stuff all over the inside of the cup. And the poke bowl salmon was tiny bit and didn't taste right. The bowl just didn't look or taste anything like it used too. Way too much mayo based sauce all over it. The two bowls are actually inedible, especially the açaí bowl and is the first açaí bowl I will ever throw in the trash after trying three bites. $40 worth of food straight in the trash! I should have checked it before I left, but I've never had any issue until now. We will not be back as it is very clear this was not just a bad day but a complete change in business and quality.

Even with all the research, our restaurant experiences on this 4-day Nashville vacation was pretty sad. We ended up visiting Ice Point Cafe on our way home based on a quick search for boba teas that's on our way. Lucky for us, it turned out to be a highlight of the trip in terms of food! Super friendly staff and reasonably priced for what you get (apparently hard to come by around here!) with a nice variety. We got a couple of drinks, a couple of make your own bowls, a bilgogi bento box, and some spring rolls. Everything was made fresh and overall very tasty! We would definitely come by again next time we are in the area and would definitely recommend it!

We haven't been to this place in month and decided to order lunch. We got their Bulgogi Bento, Tuna & Avocado Rolls, Crab Rangoon and a Passion Fruit Bubble (Boba) tea. Seriously this place does not disappoint and I really feel the food even got better. The portions are generous, and plenty to share. The Bulgogi was great and the meat pieces were huge. Their gyoza is so good and pan fried perfectly, also love the sauce that comes with it. The Crab Rangoon were big and delicious. The rolls had a generous sized fresh tuna in them and was delicious. I asked that the tea be lightly sweetened and it was perfect. We ordered To Go and everything was ready on time. This place does not disappoint and just gets better.

Wow! My sister recommended this to us. This is truly a hidden gem. Google maps doesn't accurately show location- it's behind the Chophouse in the strip of stores. Awesome, awesome food. Enough for 2 meals- high quality ingredients, which is super important to me. Tuna & salmon or veggie bowls plus much more. Great prices! When we are in town, this will be one of the must visits! read more

This place is awesome! The food is amazing and the portions are generous. It is impressive that they have such a huge menu and manage to make everything so consistently good. My go-to is the bulgogi bento box but everything else I have tried has been wonderful and the whole family enjoys it. On top of this, the owner is a wonderful and engaging person that should be supported! A few tables inside, but mostly a take-out joint. This is by far the best place I have had in Franklin as far as Poke Bowls. They have just added a pulled pork to the menu that I got to sample as well! I will for sure make this a regular place to visit for lunch since I work one exit down! I went with the Create Your Own bowl everything was fresh and the portion size was great! Phenomenal food! Both taste and presentation is spot on. Literally everything is impressive and you can tell they really care about it. We've ordered several things and were happy with it all. I would recommend Lone Ranger poke bowl, crab rangoon (best we've ever had), seaweed salad, TNT sushi roll, and acai bowls (Coocoo for coco is my fav for dessert). I'm sitting here at this cute place,Ice Point Cafelistening to Chinese pop music while enjoying a well-executed shoyu salmon poke bowl in FRANKLIN of all places. A native of this fast-changing town, there's a sadness of sorts from all the progress. But this. This makes me happy! The "good part" about the change is that we are getting more of the great/healthy food options such as poke. And not all poke is done right, but this Ice Point Cafe has done it, and with good vibes all around. Pleasantly surprised when I happened to find this place while trying to quench my bubble tea craving. Personally, I love fruit teas and I loved their mango green tea with popping boba (via recommendation from the owner)! It's refreshing and delicious! Come try the place out. Y'all. I have dreams about this place. When they reopened after COVID, my husband and I were there the next day. We love the poke bowls, bento boxes, and acai bowls. Everything excellent. The place inside is pristinely clean. Joe and his staff are awesome. Joe makes his own rice wine vinegar for his rice and it is the best white rice that I've ever had. He also makes his own Chinese pickles for poke bowls that are fabulous. If you haven't tried it yet, GO! You will not be disappointed. read more

Such a rip off. They charge extra for tuna ($2) and salmon ($1) in a small poke bowl that is supposed to come with 2 scoops of protein. Ridiculous! So you end up paying $16 or more for a small bowl. I will not be back here. read more

Whoa. This is the closest poke bowl we have found since our trip to Hawaii. So delicious and fresh! We loved the Aloha Love bowl (succulent pork-based) and the Summer Breeze Bowl (salmon-based). I was shopping nearby and saw Ice Point's sign, so I did a quick Google search to see what they were about. As soon as I saw they served bubble tea, I knew I had to check it out! I popped in and immediately appreciated the cute, cool vibe they have going on. I ordered a vanilla bubble tea, which is a surprisingly uncommon find. I really enjoyed it! It was sweet-but-not-too-sweet with a nice tea flavor. I'm a huge sucker for açaí bowls, too, so I'm very much looking forward to coming back for those! Service was quick and friendly. It's not traditional if you're comparing it to Vietnamese shaking beef, but it was really well done. The noodles had a nice crisp to them, and the meat was tender and flavorful. Between the atmosphere, service, and solid food, Wild Ginger is a great spot for dinner, and I'd definitely come back to try more dishes.

If you thought chic fil a had great service than you have obviously not came here yet! Had an issue with a 3rd party delivery company getting me the drink but they didn't let that stop me from getting my order. Took it upon themselves to let me know that they will be delivering the order to my place personally and was here in record time. What place will deliver to you on the fly, just to make sure that the order was filled. Wish I had money to tip the driver at ice point but no cash but they forsure have my business and all referrals. Thanks again! Best service and drinks :) read more

This cafe just opened up in Franklin in the same parking lot as Planet Fitness. The customer service here is phenomenal. It's welcoming and friendly staff create a pleasant experience. They sell a variety of different items from Bubble Tea to Ice cream and even Poke Bowls. I tried the Lychee Bubble Tea with strawberry popping bubbles and it was so delicious and refreshing. It's definitely worth the price. If you're around Hwy 96 stop by and check it out. read more
