I told the rep exactly that and his response with an aggressive tone in a manner was "you can just take your keys back" so I agreed waited another 5 mins for them to return in my car which totaled to a 20 min joyride and I left.

"Autobahn Service Center" of Plano, Texas (hands down) is the BEST auto shop I have ever used!!! I own a 1997 BMW Z3 Roadster (convertible) 5 Speed that I have completely restored. Autobahn has replaced my clutch & flywheel; new Struts & Shocks; Battery; (2) serpentine hoses in the engine compartment; a couple of exterior lights that needed replacing; Oil & Oil Filter Changes & more.
