I was introduced to this place by one of my friends who loves their food. Because I was not craving boba I ended up ordering basil chicken and let me tell you that was some really good basil chicken. I ordered the chicken to be extra spicy and I did not regret that decision. The chicken had great flavor, tasted very juicy, and was crispy. You can taste that the chicken appears to be very fresh. I would definitely recommend coming to this place for the basil chicken however I cannot speak to their tea quality. I will say the place does get packed and it may be difficult to find a place to sit later at night or just during busy times. This is probably the best Boba place on Park Street. Personally T4 is too watered down for me and Quickly (at the end of Park) is way too icy. I-Tea is just right. Just like any other boba places these days, you are able to customize the amount of sugar and ice you want in your drink. There are plenty of flavors and a great amount of food choices. I love their popcorn chicken because they make it spicy! And their Gyudon is not bad. The down sides to i-Tea is that it's always crowded and the line is usually long, especially at peak times. Very extensive menu and a lot of drinks sounded good. I was in line having a hard time deciding what to get however, they limit it down for you: they didn't have one of their most popular items on their menu, mango sago, which made me really disappointed and pissed other customers off. They also don't make some of the drinks that they display on their walls which I don't get. Their aiyu was really soft and weird and didn't taste good. Accidentally stumbled upon this new boba place because I was shopping across the street at Walgreens. It was the first week of opening and it was pretty busy. The layout of the building is narrow so I had to squeeze in between tables, chairs and other customers. I like their menu items and ordered a panda milk tea and taro milk tea. Located on Park street, in same plaza as Walgreens. Plenty of parking on the back. Came here both times and it was great experience. Their happy hour is from 8P.M to 10P.M and it's super packed during those hours. The line is long but you don't have to wait much because they have a lot of staffs working there. The drinks come out fast. i-Tea is a tad expensive compared to T4 but their quality is great. During happy hour, their drinks are $3 and snacks are $3.50. I forgot what drink we had the first time but the second time I got taro milk tea with grass jelly. However today, we have an issue with the owner which is kinda ruined it all. We order 2 cups of teas. We order with the employees, the store is busy and i know she trying her best to accommodate with our orders and because it is busy so i know she might have heard it wrong. When we received our orders my wife saw it was wrong so we ask if they could correct our order ( we had that done in the past and my wife also work at a tea store so she knows it's understandable to fix customer order when we did wrong). When the owner heard it, she stepped over and told us that once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to exchange it. I was pretty sure that the cashier never confirmed the order with us but since it has been a long day. I dont want to make it a big deal. Worst customer service in all of the itea locations I've been in! The lady/manager needs to learn how to smile and be happy with the business she's getting. Most of the itea locations are busy, if you're understaffed and feel tired with amount of orders you're getting, I recommend to hire more people. She's rude and her face looks like she's mad that there's people in her store. I asked to be charged for 10 cents for a bag since I ordered 4 drinks and 3 snacks and didn't have a bag with me but if you can't fit the food that customers order and they asked for another bag, I find it petty and cheap to ask them to give you another 10 cents when they spent close to $50 for their order of bobas and snacks. I'm a boba addict, I can't deny it. This particular location also has food. I've only had the popcorn chicken, which is pretty good, can't go wrong with fried chicken! The drinks are similar in taste and quality to the other locations. Another key difference is that they take credit cards, open late(r), AND there is happy hour everyday (8-10pm). $1 off drinks!! My cousin told me this place is always packed. But that just means they have bomb ass drinks! I found a takeout menu by the door and decided to grab one as I was making my way to the back of the line. They did have a menu at the front (some seasonal ones that aren't on the take out menu), but I didn't bring my glasses with me and I wasn't about to ask my cousin to read everything on the menu. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu, since there were sooooo many delicious sounding drinks on the menu! I wanted to try the Hokkaido Milk Tea or the Okinawa Milk Tea but decided to go with the Guava Fruit Tea with bobba and lychee. That one was alright. I don't think I'll order it again.
