Mango Créme

Love the drink offerings here! The people at the register are always very helpful and will answer any questions you have. I've enjoyed a lot of their drinks in the past like the Grape Elixir, Mango Creme, and Lychee Shake. The drinks are very refreshing and flavorful, and the texture of the boba is just right. The drink come out pretty fast too. There are a few tables inside and outside the store, and I haven't had much of a problem with street parking.

The kids loved their drinks including me. Love how she helped out with what can be adjusted to better taste of my liking. Popcorn chicken was good nice and crispy! Love the tofu cause it's soft tofu and the batter is my faaav. But could be more seasoned. But def want to try more of their fruit teas!

one of my favorite boba places!! i LOVE their mango coco! it's not super sweet and it comes with little jelly which makes the drink taste soooo good. their popcorn chicken is also really tasty. perfect crispness and flavor. service - i always order online and pickup is always easy ambiance - super cute small shop. parking is always hard to find though

The boss made me something off the menu! FRESH orange tea!!! Super refreshing!!! Alot of pulp tho!

Everything here is a HIT. The popcorn chicken is literally the best in town--crispy, flavorful, and addicting. The tofu and salt-and-pepper fish are absolute MUST-tries too. Now let's talk drinks... OUTSTANDING. I've tried almost the entire menu and there's not a single miss. If you're into fruity drinks, don't skip the Strawberry Potion, Overly Peach, or Passionfruit--super refreshing and packed with flavor. Milk tea lovers, you're in for a treat. The Matcha Latte, Black Milk Tea, and Oolong are all top-tier. Pro tip: order their SupTeaLab signature milk tea as plain tea and add sweet cream. TRUST ME--it'll knock your socks off 10/10 would come back again and again. Highly recommend!

Mango Creme Smoothie

It was quick and efficient, you order on kiosks. There was a good amount of people ordering. Big group in front of us but I still got my drink in a timely manner. As for the mango creme smoothie, it was delicious! Felt like their menu was a bit small compared to other places but many good options. The creme mixed with the smoothie made the overall drink perfectly creamy and fruity. I got less sweet and I was satisfied.

"Damn that's good" was the first thing I said as soon as I took a sip of the mango coco drink - immediately hooked!! I didn't expect to really fall in love with Suptea lab as I came across this boba spot near my spot looking to fill a late night popcorn craving. The popcorn chicken was, to my surprise one of the best I've tried in Oakland It's seasoned with salt and pepper which is exactly the type of popcorn chicken I look for! Definitely has been a spot I've been revisiting constantly.

Their milk tea with the tea blend was good. I tried the jasmine later on and thought that one had the best flavor. A bit more floral, but not too strong. The boba itself could be better. I think it was a bit mushier for my liking. The workers were patient and helpful. Nice interior. The Excited to come back and try different teas!

Snacks menu - The menu from Suptea Lab displays a variety of snack items such as fried chicken wings, calamari, spring rolls, and pot stickers, with prices ranging from $3.99 to $8.99. It also includes savory waffles, tofu, crab wonton, and fried chicken steak, with accompanying images and item codes. The menu is printed on a light-colored background with bold headings and small images of each dish.

Been wanting to try Suptea since they're the newest boba kid in the Grand block. They really don't have much competition. The closest boba spots are either Downtown or in Piedmont! Came by to get some bento fried chicken thighs for a quick dinner. They nearly forgot my order, so I had to wait an extra 15 mins, but it's ok. They have lots of seating inside so you can dine in or enjoy some convo with your friends in their shop. They also allowed me to bring my dog in while I waited. The bento is pretty filling. I liked the flavors of the chicken thighs, kind of reminds me of katsu but not as crispy. A little heavy on the sauces which made it a little too salty. But I liked that there were like two steamed broccoli and perfectly cooked white rice. Their ube drink looked pretty good and caffeine-free, it was alright though. Flavor tasted powdered and their honey boba is more translucent and lighter in texture than real tapioca pearls. I liked that they played Cantonese music overhead. Their menu is super easy to read too. Would def like to try their tea drinks, and if you're in a pinch for some affordable bento takeout come to Suptea.

I ordered the Suptealab milk tea expecting some kind of classic house milk tea. What I got looked and tasted just like milk. I asked a worker to clarify that they hadn't forgotten to put in the tea and she told me if I wanted it stronger, I should have ordered light ice. I showed her the drink and explained that I did in fact order light ice. She still insists that there's tea in it, it's just VERY light tea. took it home to my boyfriend and asked him to try it without hinting at anything and he immediately said "this just tastes like milk" The worker said to try a different milk tea next time, but there won't be a next time. I'm definitely not going back. If you are planning on coming here, definitely get something else.

from left/back: boba thai tea, grape potion, salt & pepper tofu, passion.

Grape Potion: 0% additional sweet, regular ice. Delish, refreshing, the kyoho grape juice and "grape" jelly add plenty of sweetness so it's actually quite sweet without added sweetness. really hit the spot after an afternoon full of errands and me running out of juice. funny thing is i shared a sip with someone who had never had kyoho and she didn't think it was grape but some other exotic fruit. A and I have eaten fresh kyoho many times before and thought it tasted just like. shared the salt and pepper tofu, light spice - thin, perfectly crispy coating, super hot and so so soft inside. Be careful of the first bites because it comes freshly fried. appreciate that they use real fruit and make drinks to order so we can specify sweetness and ice levels. wish they had reusable (not disposable) cups for in-store use. we only interacted with staff at counter but the guy was nice. and the restroom was clean and well stocked (pet peeve: anyplace that serves drinks, especially tea/coffee, and doesn't have a restroom!)

Suptea Lab opened where Brite Cleaners once was. Decor basically a posted menu & pics of drinks. Order at counter or at kiosk next to wall. Bites/sips came about 10 minutes later. Just a few tables inside... Offerings: fruity/milky drinks, (themes of fruit, coconut, mango), food menu: snacks Sips: matcha latte (6) no sugar, less ice -shook it a few times re instructions. Ceremonial latte bland as no sugar added. Tasted powdery. -had subtle velvet feel. Overall better than others. Bites: popcorn chicken (7.99) mala spicy -small tender morsels thigh meat crunchy on outside, moist inside. -evenly coated with yum mala kick, flava enhanced with prescence of basil leaves. --may be "the best popcorn chicken in town"/bay area. Generous serving, reasonable price. 4ish stars. Artificial lighting decreased quality of food photo... the food section is worth exploring. The drinks maybe not. August promo: BOGO fruity drinks...

Freshly Passion Tea - A large, transparent plastic cup contains freshly made passion fruit tea with a bright yellow-orange color and black tapioca pearls settled at the bottom. The cup is placed on a light-colored wooden table, with a window and part of a person’s arm visible in the background. The setting appears to be inside a tea shop or cafe.

Suptea Lab Mango Osmanthus Freshly Passion Service was a little slow, but drinks were on point! Half sweetness & ice on the Mango Osmanthus & Freshly Passion (w/Osmanthus Jelly) were just right. Tea is nice & refreshing & fruits were fresh! The passion fruit seeds were nice & tart, but not overly so. Jelly wasn't processed tasting and added good texture. Will be back!

Mango Osmanthus Tea (good, but too sweet even with less sweet chosen).
AJ S.

Hit or miss in my experience. I've had amazing tea flavor and experience, and other times very lackluster. Even with less ice and less sweet it was still packed with half a cup of ice and too sweet for me, which is too bad since the tea flavor was good/strong last time. The snacks are quite pricy, I'll have to try them next time. There is some seating in here, so you can hangout to eat and have your tea. Service is fine, drinks don't take long to come out.

My drinks were good, but took too long. The chicken was weird and I couldn't eat it. They use a really thick batter that is so off putting.

I was hesitant to order ground beef nachos but it was great tasting & well made. I got full but couldn't stop eating them. I ordered a drink and nachos. The drink came out promptly and was simple but well constructed. Service was good and with care. It's mostly high top seating with seating at the bar as well, & maybe 1-2 half circles with comfy pillows. Parking is tough, plan to either circle or park a few blocks away. The vibe is great, and the food definitely delivers on flavor. We tried quite a bit--the first Friday taco, chicken sandwiches, Mexican hot dog, and asada tacos--and everything was honestly amazing. It was so good that we came back the next day before leaving town just to have it again. Service was about an 8/10. The only reason I didn't rate it higher was due to one moment that didn't sit right with me. I watched a waitress bring out fries to a guest, the guest started eating them, and then she came back to say it was a mistake and took them away after he was already halfway through. That just didn't feel very service-oriented. In a situation like that, it would have been better to acknowledge the mistake and let the guest keep the fries on the house. Taking back half-eaten food felt like poor judgment. That said, the overall experience was still very positive. Great atmosphere, great flavors, and definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out if you're in the area.

Quality/Quantity - You have been on my list to visit since you opened. I drink your beers in most (if not all) the local Korean Restaurants in the Bay. And at some non Korean restaurants. Today I enjoyed your Chuseok Porter, well a few of them... This by far was my favorite of all the beers I drank and tasted here. Also tasted the following: Dokkaebi IPA - Light and refreshing. Lemongrass Witbier - I can almost taste the lemongrass, another light and refreshing beer. K-Beer - Again, another light and refreshing beer. My daughter had the Calamansi & Tea Lager - This actually had more flavor then all the beers I drank except my porter. Lastly, my daughter noticed the Hazy IPA, Hazy Seoul. But I could not/did not want to drink any more. I guess I might have to rush over again before they close. For our snacks we got: KFC, Korean Fried Chicken - Not as authentic as I would have preferred. Gimmari - Wow, a home run. It helped that I have never had this before! My daughter says we will go to K-Town next time we are in LA and she will introduce me to Korean "street food." Looking forward to it. Atmosphere - Small local brewery. They also own the "kitchen" and storage area next door, see pictures. Metered street parking, but not a problem on a Sunday. And free meter parking on a Sunday.
