I ordered delivery from here, which took roughly 30 minutes - judging from previous reviews, it's likely because the popcorn chicken takes longer to prepare. I can't speak for the seating or ambiance if you choose to dine in. Starting with the chicken katsu bento, the breading of the katsu is light, thinly layered and maintains a delightful, crunchy texture that doesn't get soft or mushy. The chicken also retains its moistness and doesn't dry out. The salad adds a fresh, yet sweet profile due to the dressing. The egg is more of a jammy texture which I enjoyed. Also, the rice is cooked perfectly and is much needed for the balance of the bento. The California roll is classic and great! The roll itself is wrapped nicely and doesn't fall apart when you pick it up. The ratio of filling to rice is also even which I appreciate. The popcorn chicken is crispy and served in bite-sized pieces. Bonus points for filling the container to the brim! It's coated in spices with the batter and pairs well with the sauces provided. First time ordering from this place via Grubhub. It's hard to find a place that can accommodate a keto diet, so I was happy to give it a go. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh, and everything seemed made well enough. It wasn't a lot of food, so would probably be a better deal for people who actually get rice, toppings, and sauces in the poke bowls, because I found it pricey for my order (3 scoops fish, salad, avocado add-on). Especially $2 for one tablespoon of avocado. The spam musubi and chicken were for my son, who liked the musubi but not the chicken (although I thought the chicken was good). California roll. Dragon roll. And Lion King. They were ALL very delicious. The lion king roll was kinda stuck to the foil at the bottom so every time we grabbed one, it kinda fell apart. Ordering your poke bowl is easy: just check off the boxes on the paper at the front of the register and they proceed to prepare your bowl. There was only 1 customer in front of us and our wait was about 20 minutes for our food. Next time, I think we will just order online and pick up instead of waiting so long in the restaurant. Service felt a little slow for take-out, but all was forgiven when I started eating my signature poke bowl. Holy moly, this might be the best poke bowl I've had. Not the best poke per se - the fish was decent, and seemed fresh, but not amazing. The bowl itself is a very tasty mix though: corn, avocado, crab salad, edamame, brown rice, not too much sauce and no weird mayo (too many places do this default sriracha mayo thing, and too much of it), crispy bits, bean curd, a little red onion, a little thinly sliced jalapeño. I came here to grab togo on a Friday Night and it was pretty busy with lots of togo orders. I got the warrior tray and tuna and salmon sashimi. The warrior tray was mediocre as the fried and baked rolls were cold but for the price, it is decent. I would not recommend getting the sashimi as the fish texture was very odd. Salmon was dense with a tough jello texture. Tuna sashimi was mushy and did not taste fresh. We ended up throwing away the sashimi. The only thing I would recommend in this platter is the california roll. Ambiance is dim. It's linked to another restaurant so you see workers coming in and out of both sides through a door. read more

Usually order here once in a while, but ordered online for delivery and grubhub called to say they gave it to the wrong person. They offered to make another order and have it delievered only to be called 5 minutes later saying the kitchen closes at 8:30pm and they can't take anymore orders. I called to ask for takeout of the same order and was told the same thing. It says they close at 9pm. If you're kitchen closes at 8:30pm wouldn't you have to close at 8:30pm?
