New sandwich shop with interesting dessert items Will give it a try As far as the sandwich goes , it's ok the seasoning in the chicken is good , i like my bread to be crunchier that gives a freshly baked sense. The sides are good portion It's worth to give a chance to the locally owned store

I got egg coffee and the egg cream was really good. Didn't wait long for the drink. Really good quality and taste. Nice staff!

Seems like this place had replaced Boba Binge? Wondering if it's managed by the same family because the menu looked the same. One bright spot was that the mung bean milk tea is finally available for once. It's not as good as 7leaves but it definitely scratched the itch for me. One casualty was their Vietnamese egg coffee - overall flavor seem to took a hit. Not sure if I'll make a trip to boba binge in uptown next time around or stick with this one... We shall see.

    Strawberry oolong tea

I walked by, realized that the old Boba Binge is closed and that Jolly Cafe has opened in its place, and decided to give them a try. I ordered a strawberry oolong tea, less sweet, no ice. It was $5.50 base price before tax, tip, and I think they also added a little extra charge, maybe for modifying the ice and sweetness. I wish they would put signage up showing what the options are for sweetness and ice levels and also for it to be more transparent whether you would get charged extra for modifications, since you would not catch any extra charge unless you caught it by looking at the little screen at the right time. They skipped my order, I noticed several people who ordered after me got theirs first, then finally the worker who had first taken my order asked me if I was waiting for something since it must've looked odd that I was sitting there for so long in the store... It was ultimately 17 mins later when I finally got the drink as a result, so I took a star off for this (the shop wasn't busy). They also don't fill the drink to the top when you have no ice. The drink was surprisingly sweet, but I loved the strong fruity flavor, so they must've used a lot of strawberry (maybe preserves or something else that had more concentrated flavor). They do have a little computer screen kiosk in the shop for ordering but it is out of order, so right now you have to order by talking to the cashier.

I walked in not realizing this was no longer Boba Binge until after I had ordered and was rummaging around in my wallet for my BB gift card. Their menu is very similar to Boba Binge. I ordered their egg coffee and it was essentially the same. I like their small pebble ice and the slightly larger cups that they use. -1 star because I saw on my receipt they charged .21 cents for a customization fee. I asked for less ice and less sugar on my drink.

Mango coco breeze (left); banana cream matcha (right)

My parents and I love this cafe! We found this after eating dumplings at Ming's Tasty for a sweet treat. Their drinks are yummy! We had: - Banana cream matcha - Mango coco breeze - Egg viet coffee I highly recommend their viet coffee and their mango coco breeze. My favorite is the coffee-- it's really good (coming from a Viet person!!) I am a matcha snob so I thought their matcha was just ok. I was really impressed by how helpful Anh, the cashier, was in recommending us drinks from different categories (coffee, fruit teas, matcha). He is very kind and wants to be helpful. Support a small business and get yummy treats here!! :)

Good was good, quick service, but staff did not know what was in the special combo sandwich. The shop is small, clean and cute, has seats available to dine in.

Staff and coffee shop are really nice, but this coco coffee is literally a cup full of slushy ice with sweet coconut syrup in it and absolutely no coffee or nothing else. Very disappointing. This is the cup with nothing but slushie ice. Where's the coffee?

    milo cocoa lava

The drink is very good and unique, I love the crunchy ice and milo powder. The staff are very nice and welcoming, good service. The vibe of the coffee shop is very chill and music is calming. Really recommend

The interior makes one feel that you are in a high end cafe with its beautiful decor. Some many items to choose from, the person taking my order was very helpful in explaining the different kinds of drinks and pastries. Ordered the Ginger Honey Jobani as a hot drink, Biscoff Milkcake, Honeycomb, and a Beef Fatayer. There were several kinds of milkcakes which would have the texture like a tres leches cake. The Honeycomb had pockets of cream cheese and was drizzles with honey. The Meat Fatayer is like an empanada. The food and drink were very tasty. Highly recommend to stop by Sanaa Cafe and experience it. Their website shows more cafe openings in the future!

Suggested great recommendations. they had told me this is not the first sana'a cafe -- there are 10 other locations around the bay. this cafe, in particular, is great for work or even to sit down and sip some coffee. it is spacious -- with great amount of sunlight. when you go at golden hour -- its perfection. although the cafe is great, my chai wasn't so much. it lacked in flavor and wasn't iced the way I would prefer it to be. but I'd still definitely give this place a try again -- maybe a coffee this time around, haha.

I loved the ambiance, it felt we was in another country. The place was packed I have no idea where everyone parked haha. Very hard to find parking. The Adeni Chai I had was wonderful and I would get again. The lemon pastries I had were good & I would possibly get again. Both cheese pastries & meat pocket I didnt care for so much. I undetstand they are an acquired taste but me being Middle Eastern we have our own versions and I think that's why I didn't like as much. I would definitely go back and try more sweet pastries. They had a large selection I couldn't try them all haha. I would love to try more tea and coffee options as well. Go and try out several different pastries and discover what you like. It's cheaper than buying an airplane ticket to try another countries culture and delights. They also have outside seating which is especially nice on a beautiful day. Pro tip: take an Uber if you can. Parking is hard to get.

We went mainly for drinks and tried a latte, tiramisu latte, and a Spanish latte. The tiramisu latte and Spanish latte were both really good and definitely my favorites. Smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. You can tell the coffee quality is solid. We also tried the matcha drinks in vanilla and strawberry. I liked the strawberry matcha more. It comes unsweetened, so I asked for it to be sweetened and it was great after that. The vanilla matcha was fine too, just not my top pick. They're also dropping a new Ramadan drink soon, a date latte, which sounds really good and I'll probably come back just to try that. Overall, great drinks and a nice place to hang out.
