Save your valuable time if you're looking to hire them! Would've loved to get some work done w/ them since they have such positive reviews, but instead my time was wasted. I called first and got a voicemail that said for fastest quote/consultation, I should fill out the form on their website. So I did, with details as requested on the form. Then I got an email response that they're not taking on any new projects because they're booked through Nov. If you're not taking new clients, that should be clearly stated on the voicemail, and preferably also on website/Yelp descriptions. read more

We recently used Isaac and his wonderful crew to redo our main bathroom and to lay tile throughout out home. this involved jack hammering the concrete in the bathroom to install a new stand-alone sink in place of our outdated garden tub. Also involved was a new toilet, new cabinet countertops, new electrical for our lighted mirrors over each vanity area, and replacing all lighting in the bathroom. Isaac was very courteous, most professional, and gave us several valuable suggestions that we took and are delighted. We reached out to Isaac initially when we were preparing to put our home on the market. We were looking for a full service company to help us with a variety of repairs, and after reading several good reviews, we emailed for an estimate. Isaac responded immediately and offered to come take a look a couple days later. We had had problems with communication with several other vendors, so this was already a great improvement. He showed up on time and we had a written quote within a week for fence repairs, deck repair and painting, cabinet painting and hardware installation, and a few other small painting/patching jobs. We got 3 other estimates (none of which could do all of the different things I Renovate was able to do) and I Renovate's price was by far the best. The deck and fence work started immediately and were completed in a timely manner and turned out great. Isaac made an effort to stay in communication with us to check in and make sure we were on the same page about the interior work we were waiting to do after we moved out. During and after we moved out, we discovered several other minor repairs that needed to be addressed. Isaac worked with us to accommodate the extra work at a very fair price and stayed until everything we added was completed. He and his team were friendly and professional, and their work was quality. Here's where I Renovate really went above and beyond. While painting cabinets in the kitchen they discovered the water line that connected to the refrigerator was leaking. This has nothing to do with the work they were doing, but instead of just letting us know, Isaac went to Home Depot to try and replace the cap and fix the leak to save us the trouble of having to call a plumber. In the end the line had to be replaced, and we did have a plumber out, but we so appreciated Isaac's efforts to save us time and money. Not to mention, how much damage the leak could have caused had they not noticed it! Isaac's team replaced and painted the dry wall that had to me removed by the plumber, and at the end of the day you couldn't tell there had ever been a problem. I would recommend I Renovate to anyone. They know how to communicate with customers and don't cut corners. They are skilled in a lot of different areas, which eliminates the need to have multiple vendors (which is a huge headache). Isaac fixed some minor water damage in my master bathroom that involved replacing some tiles, swapping out a baseboard/door frame, and patching a hole in the ceiling. I had initially wanted him to hang my TV and ended up having him help hang my TV, hang a very heavy, very old mirror and take out shelving in my closet. We need a ton of work done to a little old house we have been in for a while. It's time. How do we know it's time? One of the vanities just pulled right out of the wall. Isaac came out to give us an estimate on replacing the bathroom vanities. He showed up in a mask and was a total professional. We had just backed away from a contractor who didn't want to explain the work to me because "you girls usually only care about the color." Yeah, we experienced nothing of the sort with Isaac. Isaac repaired the drywall, replaced the vanity cabinet, installed new shower hardware, and re-tiled the floor. I found Isaac and his team through reviews on Yelp and glad we went with him. We initially contacted him to get our house painted (4 bedrooms, kitchen, living, and family room). Isaac was very easy to work with and very accommodating of our needs. He and his team are very professional and kept the project on schedule and got everything completed a day before our planned move-in. In addition to the painting we also got the kitchen cabinets re-finished. We were also considering demolishing a coat closet and bringing that space in to the kitchen pantry to give us a larger pantry. Isaac and his team did an excellent job of refinishing the walls and retiling the expanded area. By now, we were so happy with his work we approached him to have our surround system wiring done. Fortunately, he was aware of all the technical aspects from suggesting the wire gauge to the speaker placement and installing an overhead projector. He ran the wires through crown molding and by cutting notches through dry-wall where necessary. The final project was a 7 foot long custom mantelpiece that we wanted built to house our overhead projector screen. Overall we are extremely happy that we decided to have it all done by Isaac. I would highly recommend him. The biggest compliment we got was from our neighbors when we moved in - they commended him on his timeliness and being there everyday on the job without fail. Not able to review due to problems..with committing to a time..first it was I'll be there at a certain time.., then re schedule..time after time..and for being a service provider..hard to deal with someone who wants to confirm..changing of times..daily..when someone is going to provide a service., either you confirm..to a certain time..or don't commit to it.. Too many obstacles..then tries to blame the customer..while customers are the ones that pay the bill..there are instances when the customer is held hostage to the service. ..Service satisfaction is not their committment for what they supposedly do.. at times..customers will not be at a place..but provided that the time frame allows for problems..related to service..You have to service the customer.. I would not call this service again.. too many obstacles..then got blamed...sad to be in the service business..
