I've been going here for over a year and a half now and I can't recommend better. It's best to book an appointment and not to just walk-in. They are a smaller shop and they don't aim to just get you in and out the door quickly. They have impeccable attention to detail and do quality work (which means it takes a bit longer), all at an affordable price! I normally get gel builder nails done by Summer and my nails last a good 3 weeks at least, but everyone there is great. The salon itself is clean, parking is plentiful, highly recommend!

I think I found my new nail spot. This place is really clean, and you can tell that the tech is not rushing their work so I suggest making an appointment to get your nails done. I noticed their gel x is different than other places and it really makes it look like your own nails. They have a lot of nail polish selections. They always double check with you to make sure the shape and color are to your liking.

Recently came to a new store named I Nails in the city of Fullerton in Orange County. They have been open for about six months and I would consider it still pretty new. I found this place through Yelp and I gave them a phone call to schedule an appointment. I had two people working on me, one was for my pedicure, and the other for my manicure. Summer and Tina were great and I love how my nails and color turned out. For sure I will be coming back.

BEST nail place I've ever been to! these are my gel x nails exactly 1 month after and they're not scuffed, chipped, broken, or even lifted. even after beach days, concerts, picnics and 2 dogs chewing my fingers constantly! Did a walk-in because I was visiting and luckily, they were able to get me in because they normally only take appointments, or at least, I assume so. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, paid attention to details, and I didn't feel like my experience was rushed unlike some other nail salons. I would definitely visit again if I'm back in town. read more

This nail salon was recommended to me by my good friend. They don't have many staffs, so it's better to make an appointment. They are professional, attentive, and patient with every customer. I showed them a pic of what I wanted, and they executed it perfectly. I opted for hard gel for an additional $5, as my friend said it would make my natural nails stronger and the color long-lasting. I decided to try the hard gel, and I'm amazed that it's been over a month now and my nails haven't chipped at all! read more

This is my first visit to this nail salon. They are all very friendly. Because my nails were very thin and soft, they recommended me to use Hard gel, but it cost me an extra $5. In fact, I didn't like the feeling of being marketed, but that day I decided to give it a try, because I had changed several nail salons and did it many times, but I couldn't keep it up. I heard of Hard gel for the first time, so I decided to give it a try. I've had my nails cut twice in more than a month. Love that you can call or text to schedule an appointment. It's straight forward and easy. I requested a regular pedi but ended up going with the gel because their sparkly selections were so cute! They offer polishes I don't normally see at other places (milky colors, sparkles, cat eye, some textured polishes). She really took her time and was careful with my toes. I've never had such a clean and detailed pedi. Ended up paying $40 + tip and it was worth every penny. read more

I found this place on Yelp and loved the pictures people posted. It looked clean and welcoming. And when I walked in it was exactly that. Everything was neat and organized. The shop was very clean and modern. Amazing!! I am so sad I did not catch their names but I called right before they were open to see if they could squeeze me in for today for a regular nail polish manicure because I waited last minute before my trip to do my stuff. They said to stop by now and they can do it. When I got there I looked at their menu and realized how inexpensive their services are compared to other shops and wanted to know if they can do a gel manicure instead. She did and so she worked on my nails. She was so detailed and did not rush through me at all even though I was a walk in. She took her time on my cuticles which is always a bonus since we're all scared of getting cut but she was so careful and precise my cuticles look a million times better! $30 for a gel manicure, not bad! I tried this place because i've been looking for a new place to get my nails done & i saw this one on yelp. They took almost 2.5 hours for a fill and would charge by the dollar per one design on each nail. It was upsetting that they could not get to my pedicure, I just ended up canceling it. The place is a bit understaffed & small. The workers were really nice and accommodating though. Also my nails have not stayed on past 3 days. read more

Omg! This place was amazing and so was the experience! I went to get my nails done for my birthday and both of the girls were so kind and friendly! Tina was the nail artist who did my nails and she was absolutely wonderful! She continued to ask me if I liked the way she was doing my nails and she is a perfectionist which I adore! They are small but super friendly and professional. They were also very gentle on my cuticles and nails. Not rough like many of the place out there. Wow! This place is a GEM. The salon just had their grand opening and I was around so I decided to go in and get a full set gel manicure. The store is super sleek and cute! They have so many color and design options to choose from. I am indecisive so I showed them a picture I found on Instagram and they did not disappoint! They gave me exactly what I wanted I don't live close but I am going to come back for more designs moving forward. The girls who work there are very friendly and it was such a relaxing environment. I came here last minute, I called and asked if they accepted walk ins? Surely I was seen in the next 5min. My nail tech was Tina, Tina took very good care of my nails she was very gentle and very kindhearted! I picked out a color that I thought was cute and she went and gave me a sample and I'd didn't look cute on my toes the expression she saw on my face brought me the sample booklet and offer me a new color, I ended up choosing a color that looked so much better that Tina picked out and I'm in love with the end results!! The salon is sooooo cute and very organized! If I can give 10 stars I would ! Every thing in the salon looks new and clean and the way they handle there used tools is a win win for me. Went to get my nails done with my daughter and husband last week. I got full set of gel x, my daughter got a fill of gel x and my husband got a pedicure. My daughter and I both also got pedicures. Mine and my daughters nails fell off. They were more like press on nails that flicked off. Both of our pedicures paint chipped off only after 2 days. We spent over $200 for everything. Needed my nails done in a pinch and found this place on yelp. I called the night before and was able to get an appointment for a gel-x manicure the next day. Summer did my manicure, and she did an amazing job! She was very attentive, kind, and accommodating. I showed her nail inspo from Instagram, and she nailed the chrome design. Didn't feel rushed at all like some other nail salons can be. One week in and no lifting or chipping on the manicure. The prices are really reasonable and the salon is clean and pleasant. I don't mind paying more if I know what to expect. What bothered me was the lack of transparency after I asked about pricing multiple times and was given misleading information. I'll still come back because I really like Rose and Cindy, and they've always done a great job. But I don't like the lack of transparency.

It looked like it had been there for days and was infested with 100s of gnats flying around. I let the workers know, but they seemed completely unbothered. That should have been red flag #1. When it was time to be seated, I was placed in a chair that the previous client had just left. It hadn't been wiped down and was still covered in leftover leg/foot scrub all over the seat. I had to ask them to clean it before I could sit. Once seated, I really took in the condition of the salon and was shocked. The floors were extremely dirty -- old cuticles everywhere, nail clippings, dust, and trash -- like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. The final straw was seeing three cockroach carcasses near our seats: under the tables and by the entry chair (which we noticed as we were trying to leave). I couldn't believe how unsanitary this place was. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We will absolutely not be coming back.

So relaxing and my cuticles are thanking me. I did not opt for gel on my feet because my pedicure polish usually lasts a good long time. The atmosphere is really nice here as well. Instead, the finished nails were incredibly thick, uneven, bumpy, and had visible air bubbles. The French tips were inconsistent in shape and width, making the overall look sloppy and outdated rather than clean and refined. My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.

The lady who did my gel mani had limited English, but her meticulous attention to detail spoke volumes. She took her time, ensuring every aspect was perfect, and consistently checked in to make sure I was happy with my nails after shaping and polishing.
