Rebecca was extremely responsive, helpful, and understanding when setting up the appointment (on a short timeline!). Brian was very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable (he has a GC background). I tagged along while he did the inspections and he really helped educate me a lot on how homes are built, what things I should worry about, and which to ignore (cosmetic or easy fixes). They provided referrals for reputable companies to get the work done we needed and the whole process was very painless. They are competitively priced and I already sent a referral their way! I'd recommend Brian & Rebecca at Eagle Property Inspections to anyone looking to buy a home. You won't be disappointed!

Worst inspection I have ever participated in. We had to spend hundreds of dollars to get a licensed…read moreplumber and licensed electrician to dispute the inaccurate claims. The inspector also nearly caused damage to my house in two instances. The first was in trying to remove the electric panel cover that "was not designed to be removed, but merely hinge" (quote from a licensed electrician). The second was filling a tub in a bathroom under construction with posted plans and status that had not been properly sealed. If Colorado had a licensing body for home inspection, I would have lodged a formal complaint. The inspectors actions could easily of jeopardized the sale. He also made a recommendation to violate federal safety laws to remove a safety item from the garage door opener. Of the 72 findings, 25 where inaccurate, 4 I can not find documentation to prove or disprove, and 4 were for a the bathroom undergoing construction. He also raised concerns about a potential major structural issue with the house that was woefully inaccurate. The emotional damage, stress, and financial burden of this company's terrible inspection is simply unacceptable, and an experience I would not wish on anyone. On top of that their companies response is to gaslight me by claiming the findings are differences of opinions and that I am just an upset seller vs someone with legitimate grievance. It continues to showcase how unprofessional they are. I highly recommend going with a different inspection company.

The inspector completed the inspection and delivered a report, but afterwards I discovered several concerning conditions I believe were present and visible at the time of the inspection, but were not mentioned in the report These include: * Cracks in the front brick veneer * Multiple hairline drywall cracks in interior walls * A noticeably uneven front entry door/frame * Uneven crawlspace beam support posts and brackets I had a structural engineer and two foundation professionals evaluate the home. They found that many of these issues had been caused by foundation settling and their consensus was that, although the issues were not severely critical, they were still very significant and should definitely have been flagged in the inspection report. I've needed to take steps with significant financial cost to address these problems before they get worse. I contacted the company with photos and these evaluations. They did offer a refund of the inspection fee ($525), the maximum listed in their contract, but I chose not to accept it because of the additional restrictions it came with. I am very disappointed that so many important conditions were not included in the inspection report even though I feel they were easy to identify and I regret the significant financial expense that I've had to face because of this.

Jeff had this genuine confidence about his experience, his team and his company (which was really nice since my 1940s home had a lot of plumbing issues. Essentially we needed everything replaced!). On top of that, he and his team gave me an estimate that was beyond competitive. All three of the workers were also very kind and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. They even would go out of their way to show me pieces that they needed to repair, educate me on what to look out for or what pipes are which, levers, etc. Rooter Guys even found a blocked ground pipe that was so important to replace so that our basement/foundation would not die from water damage. I had so much anxiety because I was thinking "Oh great. Another expensive bill!!" But no, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME! They were efficient and clean in their work. They communicated and educated every step of the way. They were so professional and nice at the same time. They are licensed and have a warranty. I will 100% recommend to others and use them again in the future. I like them so much that they are invited to my house warming party. :) Again, Rooter Guys are the best. The end.
