Our toilet backed up. Ephraim quickly reamed out the toilet and got it flushing. He checked the other bathroom to make certain that there wasn't a problem there too. He is very efficient, friendly, and reliable. read more

Efren was good at fixing it. Not great with listening, didn't properly state prices either. Guesses at where the issue is coming from. If he guesses right they will fix it. But overall it was $600 for half the issue resolved. read more

We recently called Drain Pros Plumbing to run a camera through our drains, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Efren was fantastic from start to finish. He's extremely knowledgeable and such a nice, genuine guy.He arrived on time, got right to work, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He recommended jetting the lines, which we agreed to, and that completely solved the issue. What I appreciated most is that he didn't try to upsell or push any unnecessary services -- he was honest and straightforward, which is rare these days and a huge relief for homeowners.Because of Efren's professionalism and integrity, Drain Pros Plumbing is now the only plumber we will ever call again. Thank you! read more

Efren at Drain Pros Plumbing was great as always! We will use Drain Pros Plumbing everytime!

Fabulous company to work with !! Honest, straight-forward and reasonably priced. My new go-to business for plumbing.

We had a blocked/clogged kitchen sink drain and had one company come out and tell us we had to dig up our basement to the main line cos they couldn't see where the blockage was. Efron came out and cleared the blockage without digging up the basement. He had the right equipment and was very knowledgeable about the problem and was able to clear the blockage. That was last year and we haven't had a problem since. He was very efficient and courteous and the company was able to fit us in quickly. We recently had a problem with our outside faucet and he was able to come out and quickly fixed it and gave my husband advice about it. Definitely would recommend this company and Efron. read more

Efren and Geo (sp?) arrived at my house within the specified time window. Efren quickly assessed my situation and presented possible pitfalls with the repair attempt. He tried the easiest and simplest solution first and was successful. During the repair, Efren gave me tips about future issues I may have and was very personable while also very professional and efficient. All around, a 5-start experience from beginning to end. I will absolutely use this business again for any future plumbing needs I may have. read more

Efren was fantastic to work with. He did a hyrdo-jet service on a clogged kitchen/laundry line that was backing up. It's clear he is super knowledgeable and he goes out of his way to explain in detail what is going on and how to prevent it from happening again. It's been a while since I've come across someone this honest, and it was refreshing. No upselling here. The guy clearly has his customers' best interest as his number one priority. I will definitely be using him for any other plumbing needs and highly recommend his services! read more

Simply the best! Efren conquered another new problem in my 70 y/o house quickly and efficiently. When I asked if I should also have my bathtub and sink snaked (both just running a little sluggish, not clogged), he actually advised against it for the foreseeable future...wow, right? Honest, great work and nice guy. He remains my go-to pro. read more

Creative about finding solutions to difficult plumbing problems. Honest, fast and reliable.

Efren came out to our home. I scheduled over the weekend and he was super quick to reply to me and was able to squeeze me in that Tuesday. He was on time during the scheduled window, he and his colleague were super polite and helpful. They did a nice job cleaning out our drain and gave it extra special care doing several passes with the hydro jet. He explained everything to me afterward and did a nice job of cleaning up. Love supporting a Marine Corp veteran. I will plan on using them again. read more

Efren was prompt, kind, and super knowledgeable! He was able to get us a good consult on what was going on and even proposed a diy solution we could handle as a remedy. Everything was free of charge so it was incredibly nice of him to come out and take a look and share his expertise. Thanks Efren! read more

Efren is a master plumber and it shows. He is very knowledgeable, especially about drain issues. We had an issue with the kitchen sink causing flooding in the basement. Efren immediately diagnosed the problem as accumulated gunk in the belly of the drain. He gave us two option to fix it, less expensive but possibly shorter term and more expensive (but still reasonably priced) and longer term. The plumbers the previous owners hadn't fixed this issue and they told us that had drain issues. Efren figured out what lesser plumbers missed. I am already planning to hire him for more work. read more

I requested a service from this company and unfortunately did not receive a response back. I reviewed their website and was convinced that there services that I was in need of where going to be a good value and also, based on previous reviews, I expected a timely response as well as fair pricing. Unfortunately that is not what I received. In fact I didn't receive any feedback at all because they did not contact me back. read more

Fast and knowledgeable. Fixed our clogged sewer line in under an hour at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

We had an old cast iron drain pipe break after another pluming company (not to be named) came put and hydro-jetted our backup drain (which they probably should not have done). We received a quote from Drain Pro's that was less than half of what the other company quoted us at. Efren came out and educated us along the way as far as what to expect during the repair process, when the job may cost more (so that there were no surprises once the work started), what caused the break and how to prevent future issues. The demolition, and repair was completed all in the same day. These guys are highly recommended. read more

I used Drain Pros Plumbing to rework my pipes and rough in the shower fixtures for a tub-to-shower bathroom remodel I was doing myself. Efren was amazing. He was prompt to respond, came out quickly for a FREE estimate, then came back in two days on MY preferred schedule to do the job. He was very professional and his work was top notch. He respected my home and cleaned up after himself. The communication about his arrival times and during the job was excellent. After I tiled the shower I realized that my backer board and tile was thicker than the standard 1/2" setting and my shower wand feature would not reach the pipe (my issue, not Efren's). I called Efren and he came right over the next day, figured out the solution, and fixed it for me on the spot. He did not charge for his time, materials, or the service call. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely use Efren and Drain Pros Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs for my home and rental properties. read more
