Efren is a master plumber and it shows. He is very knowledgeable, especially about drain issues. We had an issue with the kitchen sink causing flooding in the basement. Efren immediately diagnosed the problem as accumulated gunk in the belly of the drain. He gave us two option to fix it, less expensive but possibly shorter term and more expensive (but still reasonably priced) and longer term. The plumbers the previous owners hadn't fixed this issue and they told us that had drain issues. Efren figured out what lesser plumbers missed. I used Drain Pros Plumbing to rework my pipes and rough in the shower fixtures for a tub-to-shower bathroom remodel I was doing myself. Efren was amazing. He was prompt to respond, came out quickly for a FREE estimate, then came back in two days on MY preferred schedule to do the job. He was very professional and his work was top notch. He respected my home and cleaned up after himself. The communication about his arrival times and during the job was excellent. After I tiled the shower I realized that my backer board and tile was thicker than the standard 1/2" setting and my shower wand feature would not reach the pipe (my issue, not Efren's). I called Efren and he came right over the next day, figured out the solution, and fixed it for me on the spot. He did not charge for his time, materials, or the service call. We had an old cast iron drain pipe break after another pluming company (not to be named) came put and hydro-jetted our backup drain (which they probably should not have done). We received a quote from Drain Pro's that was less than half of what the other company quoted us at. Efren came out and educated us along the way as far as what to expect during the repair process, when the job may cost more (so that there were no surprises once the work started), what caused the break and how to prevent future issues.
