But I have hormonal issues... sorry guys,(could be useful if you have a girl that suffers the same as I), but they have this mensural therapy that has vitamin b6, b12, vitamin d, gaba, you can add anything else that you need. I've never done the IV hydration before but this place seems very crowded and unsanitary. Got there :15 minutes early. I waited for 10 minutes (standing the whole :25min time, as there was nowhere to sit) after my appointment without any word at all from the front desk so I decided just to leave. I'm unsure if it's all places or just this one. I do have some friends that are positive experience at other places, but I think this one was dealing with some poor scheduling or management because they barely even able to say hello when I walked in the door. Again I never got any service so I can't vouch for it but it was a waste of effort in my case. Regarding sanitizing, I did notice a couple things that would make me wonder if their practices are clean. I wasn't looking for a methadone clinic , just wanted to get hydration boost and some B12. I did also notice some adverse event red flags in the paperwork like a checkbox for PCN vs spelling out the allergy name in full. I only know this as I've studied this compliance and do have that specific allergy. My advice to first time shoppers is to avoid this place. However, my standards. Keep in mind you're walking to place they're going to stick with a needle and I would expect it to be very clean, orderly, and not make you stand while waiting for :25 minutes. read more

I was feeling under the weather and was trying to get ahead of it before it got worse, so I found Hydration Room and booked appointment. Very easy to do online and on the phone. They have a variety of mixes offered in an injection form or IV. The injection form is obviously quicker, but they say just as effective. The IV goes directly into your vein and provides hydration. The nurse helped me decide based on my symptoms and goals. I decided on the Cold & Flu IV drip because I had a bunch of cold symptoms and was feeling dehydrated and a lack of energy. I felt better within the hour! Since then, I've returned for the Myers when I felt like something was coming but didn't have any symptoms yet. It's not cheap (about $200 each time) so I won't be going as frequently as I would like (weekly lol), but it's nice to know it's there when I need it. read more

I have to say this place is fantastic. the staff is so attentive and kind - they answered every question I had about the IV therapy, I was very skeptical about it from the start, I had a huge hike camping trip planned and wanted to try it out prior to going. I have to say this did the trick, I felt so good going into the hike and throughout the week long hike/ experience. I recovered faster daily after hiking approx 11 miles a day with a 44 lb pack in higher altitudes was a cinch. The week prior I experienced some altitude related sickness.. but this can happen to anyone at any time. I do attribute my dealing with it better due to the IV I had prior. i had slight pain in my right Knee and this IV therapy cleared that up as well. I love this place I will be back for more!! top notch care and professionalism !! oh and the people there sticking you with the needles - they are such pros!! Glad this place exists for IV hydration outside of an ER! I'm used to how IV medications are given in a hospital (fluids & medication vials scanned in front of you) but here they prepare bags/medications in a different room. Too many bad things to say about this place to be believed. 1. High dose vitamin C at 25cc for $250?? Clinics charge that at 100 cc. This is robbery 2. Money grabbing place this is, theres no proper medically trained staff to explain anything about their ambiguous menu and or a procedural call that's safely conducted. Its just selling IV fast food style 3. A simple question of how much Vit C in their High Dose C and or how much Glutathione you're getting in that injection, it's all "we cant tell you that" by an incompetent nurse. 4. Same as 3, they will not tell you what's in the IV as it's illegal to tell you that. Honestly I think its illegal that they dont tell you what they're putting in your blood 5. Just received a much needed Wellness Drip. The facility is very comfortable and immaculately clean. Upon arrival, I was led to a private examine room to discuss my needs. Nurse Kim was so sweet and personal! She was very gentle when securing the needle. She made sure to add a free b12 boost to my treatment, since it was my first visit. I also decided to add additional Glutathione ($35) to my drip. She then moved me back to the main "lounge" where I could relax and zone out on the beautiful nature scenery playing on the tv. I've come here a couple times and have had Kim do my IV's, she's fantastic. Recently I had their nurse Alisha and had a terrible experience. For background information: I get IV's about 2x / month, and I've been doing various IV therapies for about 5 years now for autoimmune issues, I'm VERY familiar with the process. First, she was having issues with my vein and went in completely sideways. It was EXTREMELY painful and my arm was black and blue the next day. During my doctors appointment the next day they were extremely confused why she did it that way. Second, I've had dozens of nurses and doctors explain to me that glutathione needs to be added to the IV bag at the end or administered as a push, because it does not mix well with other vitamins / supplements, and will not remain stable / be absorbed. Alisha added it in the beginning, and when I asked her about it at the end she was rude and did not know it should not be mixed. Third, I talked to the front desk about it- because it's expensive to add on glutathione which I now hadn't absorbed. She said the manager would contact me and I still haven't heard back after about a month. If you're looking for a quality IV / service I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Went two days in a row trying fight my food poisoning. I've had this issue before so I really didn't want to spend a day waiting in the er for something the hydration team could help me with. Both nurses did an amazing job at putting in my iv. I used to being picked and poked and blown veins. But seriously went by like a breeze. Last week i went to hydration to get half a bag of IV with some B12 to relieve some fatigue symptoms and was doing fine. Today, i go back for a 500 ml with Magnesium. ERICA WAS THE NURSE. My drip was over in 10 mins. As soon as I get up, i feel pain on my chest and as if i was drowning. I choked on my breaths I STRONGLY BELIEVE THE DRIP WAS TOO FAST AND SHOCKED MY ORGANS WITH TOO MUCH LIQUID IN SUCH A SHORT TIME. HYDRATION ROOM does not have a consistant staff, no doctor and no guide line/ time for the nurses to follow. Each nurse does their own thing. First of all let me begin by saying my nurse and the check in was awesome. Netflix playing, the nurse was very informative and me and my niece appreciated that. We had the engery/biotin and hydration bag. I honestly have to say that we didnt feel anything different. We felt a little tired but I guess I would encourage everyone to maybe try something for the first time. However I didnt particularly appreciate the bait and switch with the prices. You book online and when you get there you are presented with different numbers. My BF bought me a gift certificate to this place almost a year ago and I never really thought I needed to go. Recently I haven't been feeling myself, sluggish, tired stressed and so forth. He convinced me to stop by on our way home the other day and just get "hydrated" check the place out. I was lucky they had an opening for me since I didn't make an appointment. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I let the nurse guide me in picking which Vitamin therapy I should go with. I felt great the next day! I have anemia and I do get iron infusions from time to time. I was in direct contact with the CEO/founder Dr. Florie in regards to the iron treatment they offer. After he reviewed my labs he said I was a candidate for the iron infusion therapy so I made my 2nd appointment (today) online it was very quick & easy to do. It was a different staff equally as nice and helpful, the nurse had already spoke with the Dr. and was ready to set up my iron therapy. I added some extra hydration and then just laid back closed my eyes & took a lil cat nap. You can catch up on your emails, read a magazine or clean out your phone or listen to music etc. . This was a great experience. I had a horrible stomach bug and really didn't want to go to quick care and be around a bunch of other sick people. I came in in the morning and was taken care of right away. I usually have difficult veins and they got my iv in the first time. It's pricey but for me it was worth it because I walked out of there immediately feeling better than I walked in. By that night I felt 100%.
