But after she inspected it, she just extracted it while she was clearing my white heads and said the pus had became superficial since I had been using her acne solution so no injection needed. For real, she would never force anything on you or rip you off. She's so caring to keep asking for my feelings during the treatments. I will come back to her for another session of treatments to maintain in the coming winter.

Jenny (the nurse) was efficient, kind and explained everything thoroughly. Her IV skills are also excellent which is SO important in an infusion nurse! The IV bag was custom-prepared for me under a sterile hood (!!) which I found damn impressive and very reassuring. The cleanliness all around is superior and the fact that they even use tegaderm to secure the IV site (instead of leaving it open to air or poorly covered with random tape) further demonstrates their commitment to patient safety and comfort. Both Dr. Anvekar and Jenny were super responsive and attentive to my individual infusion needs throughout the process. By the way, I highly recommend the glutathione (aka super antioxidant!) IV push as it seemed to definitely help me with my aches and fatigue. At my last appointment in September of 2025, I was told that she will begin charging $400 every month for her services, and justifying it by saying it will allow her to provide better patient care. A dedicated doctor would not need to charge a $400 monthly concierge fee to provide excellent patient care. When I first saw her, she was working three days a week; now she's only working two. She is not dedicated to her patients; she is dedicated to making money. There is a card on the desk where patients check out that advertises 10% off her services if you give her a five star review on Yelp. That tells you everything you need to know about her.
