I tried the Talisman, which is the N.A. draft cocktail but added gin on the bartender's recommendation for $5 more. After the 20% discount, tip and the "liquor by the drink tax" (is that a Tennessee thing?) two drinks ended up being $15 each. The salmon was cooked to my liking, the potatoes were soft and fluffy and the fried Brussels sprouts were absolutely divine and perfect. The remoulade was a little salty but it may have been just been my taste. The potatoes helped with that so it was not a deal breaker.
