I am not a "real" beer person. I don't like IPAs and I am WAY more a wine person, but I really like a great place and sitting in the sun? outside? Oh yeah! But - and what truly made this 5 star for me was Carmela - she was a wonderful server and asked me what kind of beer I like -they had flights and I asked her to "just suggest' based on what I liked. It was amazing. We didn't have too much to eat - but what we had (chips and all the dips) was amazing. Frankly, I'm sorry we don't live here!

Food: Yummy, well thought out, and fresh Service: Very attentive and friendly Ambiance: I love the vibe. It has outdoor space, cool modern eclectic decor, and versatile/diverse I came in to work for a bit while waiting on a friend. I had a Bloody Mary and the cheese bings. Both were great! I liked the poblano ranch over the Russian dressing but neither was disappointing. It was the perfect munchies food for working and eating!

Wow!! What a great find for us!!! And maybe you too We shared a fantastic hot Italian sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was perfect, toasted just right and nice and soft. The deli meat was flavorful and tender. We had a side of their shoestring fries and loved them. Nice and hot with just enough salt. We sampled two of their brews and thought they both were great! The service was excellent and very attentive. We learned the history and more from a conversation with a very nice employee, very nice talking with him. Great experience, we will definitely be back. Oh, and the interior is great! It's very large with a great music venue.

Forgot to take a pic before we started but was starving!

It is not a typical brewery, the food was amazing and the service superb, they even recommended another brewery nearby to visit. If you like Belgian Triple's this is one of the few places that has one on tap, very good! We split a cheesesteak and Parmesan fries, both were top notch. We told them we were splitting the meal and it came to us already split, most places just throw another plate at you!

On a Saturday night recently, I took my daughter to dinner here. We had a wonderful experience! Our food was delicious and looked great! Our server was attentive and was happy to complete a request we made to split a couple of entrees we wanted to share. We felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Yes. They have a covered outside patio that feels like inside. We had no issues with walking our dog inside as well.

((back home we have a brewery, called 3rd Planet, with a kid area that is sectioned off with a fence and netting for kids to run around, throw balls, and truly play and have fun while the adults enjoy a minute to relax and unwind.)) we got lucky and it happened to be bingo night! that was such a fun time with my family. it was a packed house i'm guessing because of bingo night. the swag shop has plenty of options and i got a pint glass for only $7 to remember this great vacation in chattanooga:)

Ok, but the star of this place is the soft pretzel. It's been two weeks since I visited, and I'm still thinking about it. Soft inside, but a perfect outside crust. And loved the mustard and cheese. There's also a pizza place next door that you can mobile order from. Some people in my group did, and the sauce was good. If you live here, or if just visiting, would 100% recommend WanderLinger.

We ended up at Pax Breu Ruim twice in one weekend a couple years back and didn't regret it for a second. I loved the draft espresso martini and winter sangria they had and the Paloma tasted like it should - like a fresh Paloma cocktail. We stopped in on a Tuesday night last month, which happened to be 20% off draft cocktails night. I tried the Talisman, which is the N.A. draft cocktail but added gin on the bartender's recommendation for $5 more. After the 20% discount, tip and the "liquor by the drink tax" (is that a Tennessee thing?) two drinks ended up being $15 each. Not bad at all, but I can't imagine how much it would have been without the discount... Even so, the cocktails were super interesting, not just basic options, so I was definitely intrigued and always excited to see what they come up with next. Definitely my go-to dog friendly spot to grab drinks and BYOFood that isn't just a brewery!

The bar itself is pretty cool, offering darts and boardgames, along with various seating options, including a small outside area. They allow dogs, which is nice because I can bring mine to trivia. Walking in , you could see a long bar that you could sit at or just order food at in a designated area and seat yourself around the place. We chose to set up the bar, of course. Ben and I even switch seats, because he is worried about his personal space then I am. Most of the food that was on the menu was barbecue driven but since I had just had poke, I was not hungry. So, as I was told by the staff, the restaurant portion has been spun off and sold from the brewery itself, so this is my first visit for food, since that has transpired. It is now known as "BUDS & BREWS CHATTANOOGA", part of a larger group out of Nashville, I was told. The bar/brewery looks the same, there is the same helpful staff, but in all honesty, the food just isn't as good. The pulled pork, was okay at best, the fried onion rings, just too greasy, and the chicken wings, just too dry. When first opened NR was the first microbrewery to prepare and offer their own food, and the bbq was stellar, but I cannot make that same statement today. Brews are still good, but if need a good microbrewery in Chattanooga that can offer you good food to go along with that cold one, my recommendation is either Oddstory or Five Wits. I'll continue to come to NR for a beer, as their Moonpie Stout is absolutely one of the best beers you can find in Chattanooga, but like I said if I am hungry too, this will no longer be one of my primary spots to consider.

Everything about this experience was top-notch! From being seated quickly upon entering, to explaining how the ticket validation thing worked (more info at the end), customer service was some of the best I've been shown. The ambiance is chic but casual-great for both cozy date night or fun family night. Our server was so friendly and patient as we asked questions about the menu. I ordered the grilled salmon with spicy crab remoulade and my guy ordered the smoked wings with a side of fries. I was happy that I was able to select my own sides from the ones on the menu so I opted for the fried Brussels sprouts with maple and bacon and the buttermilk whipped potatoes. After a short wait, our food was brought out. This was truly one of the best salmon dishes I have ever eaten! The salmon was cooked to my liking, the potatoes were soft and fluffy and the fried Brussels sprouts were absolutely divine and perfect. The remoulade was a little salty but it may have been just been my taste. The potatoes helped with that so it was not a deal breaker. My guy was pleased with his food as well and I could tell he enjoyed everything he ate. We agreed that we would take this trip back just to eat this meal again. It was truly a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. I highly recommend trying this gem out! Pro Tip: The restaurant validates parking. If you park in the lot across the street, do not prepay on the app or online. Ask the servers at the front to validate to save the $18 parking fee before you order and within 15 minutes after entering.
