Service was friendly and fast. Beer was cold and tasty. Food was good. The gumbo could have been a bit more spicy, but had a good taste.

We wandered in to try the blackberry sour beer only to find it wasn't really a sour, so opted for a couple of cocktails. Unfortunately, we were handed a menu of which no drinks were available. Sooo we ordered off a different menu. Quite the confusion on both sides of the bar on that one. The bartender was a definite dude-bro with only an outside voice, so we moved away from the bar to enjoy our drinks. This spot has a ton of character and potential if they get the right people behind the bar and figure out which menu they want to serve.

We came in on a Saturday morning around 11:30 and the place was dead. Probably picked a bad time to come in for atmosphere but we came for the food and beer anyway so all good. Walking in we were met with an awful odor, I thought there was a bathroom leak but it turned out we were smelling the burning jasmine incense lol. My apologies to the bartender if I offended her but it wasn't pleasant. I got a flight of beers, all good but my favorite was the Silent Voyager NEIPA. I got the ramen and wife had cheesesteak. Both solid but I'd probably get something else next time. Cool place

Really cool setting to drink really good beer. We only stopped by for one but got the Joose Caboose. Solid hazy. The ambiance is a little retro cool. Would've loved to have had the time to hang out here all night. Probably my favorite beer in Chattanooga.

Excellent beer! I recommend the Joose Caboose and Something In the Watermelon! Outside is dog friendly, inside serves a small menu of food.

The best Brewery in Chattanooga! Art, music, beer, friendly faces...what more do you need?! We were fortunate enough to be able to speak at length, one on one, with the Brewmaster/Owner while visiting and got to see first hand the passion, knowledge and personality to goes into every drop of WanderLinger brews. In a market full of craft beer options these guys really standout for their unique vibe and focus on the arts in their facility. Everything we tried was great with a standout being the "Brushworks #2"(and 18 month barrel aged sour) If you are a fan of sours, and barrel aged brews, you have to try this match made in heaven.

Beer good but yelp should list details of their happy hour times. 4-6 during week missed it by 30 minutes and wanted to leave. Yelp up your game.

Luckily their wifi worked perfectly fine so we just put the game on one of our phones. They did have a few sours for me to order and enjoy and then had plenty for Ben to order. They don't do flights per se, but they do half pours. I walked around a little bit to take in the scenery as I did notice that they had food but you do have to go outside order and pick up which is no problem because it's literally right outside the door to their back patio area. The back area was full of families and furry friends. Our servers were attentive to our needs and fun to talk to. You could see that they all enjoyed each other's company as well which I believe is very important in the service industry.

Everyone is super friendly and love on my pup when I bring her in. Sit outside when the weather is nice, otherwise head on indoors to keep warm/cool/dry. We ended up at Pax Breu Ruim twice in one weekend a couple years back and didn't regret it for a second. I loved the draft espresso martini and winter sangria they had and the Paloma tasted like it should - like a fresh Paloma cocktail. We stopped in on a Tuesday night last month, which happened to be 20% off draft cocktails night. I tried the Talisman, which is the N.A. draft cocktail but added gin on the bartender's recommendation for $5 more. After the 20% discount, tip and the "liquor by the drink tax" (is that a Tennessee thing?) two drinks ended up being $15 each. Not bad at all, but I can't imagine how much it would have been without the discount... Even so, the cocktails were super interesting, not just basic options, so I was definitely intrigued and always excited to see what they come up with next. Definitely my go-to dog friendly spot to grab drinks and BYOFood that isn't just a brewery!

Walking in , you could see a long bar that you could sit at or just order food at in a designated area and seat yourself around the place. We chose to set up the bar, of course. It kind of ended up being a bad idea because people had no idea about personal boundaries and being in other people's face while they're enjoying their beers and they are standing around ordering food and reaching over you. Ben and I even switch seats, because he is worried about his personal space then I am. Most of the food that was on the menu was barbecue driven but since I had just had poke, I was not hungry. The servers were very friendly when we were ordering and checked in on us often I just wish that they would have kept the line in a more orderly fashion since there was a designated area for ordering specifically.

So, as I was told by the staff, the restaurant portion has been spun off and sold from the brewery itself, so this is my first visit for food, since that has transpired. It is now known as "BUDS & BREWS CHATTANOOGA", part of a larger group out of Nashville, I was told. The bar/brewery looks the same, there is the same helpful staff, but in all honesty, the food just isn't as good. The pulled pork, was okay at best, the fried onion rings, just too greasy, and the chicken wings, just too dry. When first opened NR was the first microbrewery to prepare and offer their own food, and the bbq was stellar, but I cannot make that same statement today. Brews are still good, but if need a good microbrewery in Chattanooga that can offer you good food to go along with that cold one, my recommendation is either Oddstory or Five Wits. I'll continue to come to NR for a beer, as their Moonpie Stout is absolutely one of the best beers you can find in Chattanooga, but like I said if I am hungry too, this will no longer be one of my primary spots to consider.
