We stopped here during our ghost walk. I ordered on of their mocktails. They had a menu with CBD drinks, and that Could be problematic for people who have to drug test. Luckily I caught what it was but it wasn't super obvious. We hung out upstairs for the story telling after we got our drinks.

The last time I've been here was years ago. I came here with a friend for brunch, we sat outside on the patio and I ordered an avocado toast. It was good and we had a nice time. I would come back to try their other brunch foods. Recently I came with a large group of friends for some late night food on a Saturday night. There was a bunch of seating inside for all of us. I ordered the Black Bean Noods and added ground beef to my bowl. Wait time wasn't bad. After a few moments, a server came by and said that they forgot to add my hard-boiled egg lol. Service was good. I was looking forward to trying what I ordered, especially since I love black bean noodles. And maybe I was a little too excited or had high standards, but my black bean noodles didn't taste like the ones I've had in the past. I was pretty disappointed by it. I liked the pickles in my bowl, I liked the sauce and the consistency of the noodles was chewy just how I like it to be. The pickles added a nice acidity to the overall savory flavor profile. The ground beef was flavorful and added to the overall dish. It was a savory bowl but it lacked umami. When I tasted it, I knew it was missing something flavor-wise as a whole. My bowl was okay, just not spectacular to me. I think I would've been better off ordering the K-pop fries because my friend really liked it and it also had all the ingredients I'd like. For what I ordered, I felt like the price didn't correlate to the quality and taste of the dish. I wouldn't pay that much for what I ordered again. We still had a good time but I wouldn't order this again.

Cozy, cool, and moody, this place is a ~vibe~ for any night out! Service is friendly, drinks come out fast, and I didn't try the food, but it looked good from what I could see. I highly recommend the dirty chai w/ oat milk. I was happily sipping on this drink under the colorful lights for about an hour. I'll be back!

Random gem!! Went to Ruby Falls and were looking for good drinks after and found the Bitter Alibi. Loved it It was super chill. It's a couple levels but we stayed on the area where the bar was Food was surprisingly good for being late at night. Drinks were also super good. Would definitely come again and again!!

Went here on a whim late on a Saturday night. When you walk in, you have to go down a spiral staircase to order food/drinks. Service As soon as we made it downstairs, the bartender let us know it was last call for the kitchen in 2 minutes. We quickly glanced through the menu and ordered the Verde Chicken Tacos, Bulgogi Philly, and fries. Though the kitchen was about to close, they still took the time to ensure all the food was cooked to perfection and came out piping hot. Bartenders were friendly and very patient. Food I was surprised to see Bulgogi beef in a bar, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great it tasted. Had a mild spice but a good depth of flavor as it was presented as a Philly cheesesteak, which made sense in this type of setting. From the melted Swiss cheese to the crunch of the bell peppers, the sautéed onions, and the tender beef, you can't go wrong with this option! The Verde Chicken Tacos had plenty of fresh toppings that added to a well put together taco. On the Spicy Piña Margarita, it was not as well balanced as I'm used to, so I would try a different cocktail when I go back. Ambiance We were already greeted by some patrons leaving, and they wished us a good time as we walked into the establishment. The vibe was chill and relaxed. Spiral staircase to go up, one to go down to the basement, and an outdoor seating area that allowed dogs make this a place where everyone feels welcome.

This place is one of the best places to eat in Chattanooga! Bar staff is super friendly, food is AMAZING!, and the general vibe is so cozy and communal. We came back here several times throughout our stay in Chatt, and each time were so satisfied with what we ordered.

Every one of the sides looks so good and fresh that I wanted to get each one of them just to try it! The fish was cooked perfectly and was nice and tender. The added little muffin I didn't expect was a nice touch and delicious. The collard greens were SO GOOD. I'd get them again. So flavorful and cooked well. The beets were fresh and the goat cheese carried so much flavor. For the desserts, we got the carrot cake with pecans and chocolate cheesecake. Both were soooo good. I would get both of them again, especially the carrot cake which was so warm and moist. And the candied pecans were such a nice complement to the cake - not too sweet at all. The ambience is super nice and fresh, and our server was so sweet and engaging. The hostess as well. Everybody there was so nice and welcoming. We had a reservation that was taken promptly, our service was convenient but I wouldn't say pleasant. We ordered the veggie pizza (great flavor, slimy texture from too many mushrooms etc 4/5) the ceasar salad (started with some finesse 4/5) and the jerk cauliflower(5/5). The only item we were disappointed in was the wings (1/5). Now let me explain. Wooden city reads as a smart modern, quality of food type of location. The wings were great values finest: and thus were huuuuge and unappetizing. Yall pull up, just don't get the wings lol

This restaurant is located in the Chatanooga Choo Choo train station building. The entrance is in the front, altough you might be able to enter from inside the station. I have been in the area numerous times and this is the first time I had dinner in this area. This was a late dinner, so we focused on sharing a few plates over a full meal. I did not write down the type of oysters on the menu that day, but got one of each of the rotating oysters. The poke was the star. Very nicely prepared with a wide variety of vegetables to complement the fish and rice. The kale was my least favorite, but the way they prepared it added to the poke. After trying different things individually, we mixed it into the biggest mess. She had the elderflower sour, which was a nice blend of sweet and sour, with cucumbers to offset some of the sweet. I usually get a old fashioned, but decided to get the Road Less Traveled, which was similar to my norm, but with a blackberry twist. I would definitely visit again, given the chance. Solid restaurant.
