The ambiance is so cute. It was still decorated for Halloween and they went all out. The wait staff was super cool and friendly. The beer I tried was delicious and called the Day Bloom. I also tried their spooky margarita and it was an amazing margarita which I wasn't sure if I could expect from a brewery. I tried their burger and it was pretty good! it wasn't the best burger I've ever had but it was sizable for sure. Their French fries were incredible and so amazing. Literally everyone at my table was eating them

Loved the ambiance of this place and their merch. Although we weren't with our kids, I could see a lot of kids here and it's definitely very family friendly.

Went here for Chattanooga Burger week so my wife could get the truffle shuffle burger. The place was packed but the staff were on top of it. Staff were friendly and food came out timely. My wife loved the burger. We also got the fish Báhn Mi. It was great. The spicy miso mayo and jalapeño crema along with the crunch of the vegetables were delish. The fish had a nice crunch as well. We got a pretzel also and it was cooked very well. It paired great with the cheese sauce and mustard. The weather was great so we sat on the patio which has a great vibe. The wildcard Belgian cherry sour was a great compliment to my meal. Highly recommend visiting Oddstory!

10 out of 10. Highly recommended going with friend so you can share and try more. The fries are excellent both the plain and elote were fantastic. (I think they are missing a huge opportunity with cheese fries!) I only had a small bite, but the pretzel was good. (This cheese and the fries!) We ordered The OG Smash Burger Anomaly Smash Burger KFC Sando Chicken Asian Sando We cut them into fours and sampled! They were all delicious, but the Anomaly was my favorite- like a bougie Krystal. The outside patio was top tier! Dogs are allowed and there is special section for kids. This is self serve so the service was top notch. Tons of beers and a full bar to choose from! Enjoy.

What a utterly pleasant experience My husband and I stopped by for a quick lunch and enjoyed every minute of it! I enjoyed the Thai tacos, flavorful and delicious moist chicken with a definite kick. My husband devoured the smash burger and loved it. Cooked well with a thousand island dressing sauce. The beer was very tasty as well. Service was excellent, and they were absolutely slammed at the time. Fast and very friendly. They took time to answer questions and offer advice on our order. The place is amazing when you walk in. Large open spaces to sit with friends and family. And large glass doors open up to an incredible outdoor space. They have everything laid out so well . Picnic tables, swings, and Adirondack chairs. And best of all, a terrific area for families, a place where the kids can play! Loved it!!

Visiting from out of town and stopped here. It was SO good, we came back the next day after a long hike for amazing food and good beer! The outdoor space is so fun and the food really can't be beat! We had the KFC Sando, Harrisa chic sando and Elote fries the first time and then the Fish Bhan Mi the second.

The evolution at this brewery continues to amaze. The beer has always been a shining star, great variety, always something new and exciting to sample. This is amongst the very best microbreweries that Chattanooga has to offer. The food evolution is an absolute stunner, great variety, always fresh ingredients, new tastes. Latest trip I deviated from my favorite chicken sandwich and went with the tacos, great choice. My daughter with the pasta offering, first time I can ever recall a pasta dish being offered. It was a winner as well. The Family has really made this into a destination spot for everyone. There are families with children, couples with dogs, singles, quite the melting pot, everyone enjoying great food, great beer and good company. There's even an area for the kids to run and play. Plenty of room to relax comfortably outside, as well as a great area around the bar as well. There is a wonderful staff on hand to insure you enjoy the experience.

Pros: Really interesting and unique sours! Good price Good food/quantity Cute outdoor seating patio Fun vibe Cons: Food takes insanely long to be ready, the only reason for a 4 star review

Looove Oddstory! Oddstory had some of the best beer in the city + they have Wednesday run clubs in collab w/ Fleet Feet which is how I met a lot of people when I first moved to Chattanooga! On top of that, their food is bomb - the fries and alllll of the sauce!!! And the outdoor space is pretty much unbeatable compared to all of the other breweries and restaurants in the area. Odd Story for the win.

Go to the counter to order and you pick up at the window. The space is very large and spread out. Maybe for a group of friends or business meeting.

Ask the Community - Oddstory Brewing

I have heard rumors that kids are not allowed in breweries in Chattanooga. Is this true? Making a trip with my one-year old and I really hate to miss out on beer just because I have him with me.

Not entirely true. Some breweries opt for "no kids allowed" policies, including OddStory and Hutton & Smith. There are others that are family friendly though, like Heaven & Ale Brewing Company, Chattanooga Brewing Company, Monkey Town Brewing… Read more

Only the back part of the brewery was open, with an indoor and outdoor area, a couple TVs, and eclectic decor. They were running a promo: $3 for a 10 oz beer or $3 for a 16oz beer if you buy food. We got the Bird Watcher Kellerbier and Sunblaze American IPA -- both were fine. We also got the Mission-style burrito with al pastor ($11), as a Super Burrito ($2 upcharge for sour cream and avocado). This was the worst burrito I've had in a long time. Al pastor should be a balance of sweet and spicy; this was overpoweringly sweet. The side salsas had no heat, either. Mission-style burritos are known for their size, but this was a normal burrito, smaller than I would get at Chipotle. It took about 20 minutes to get the burrito which was too long.

There's plenty of parking nearby so you don't have to walk far. This neat beer bar reminds me of the crowler shops that you used to find around Atlanta, with around 30 taps containing about a thrid local beer, so you can sample several local breweries without visiting each one (they're mostly not too near each other so this is very convenient). The taproom "beertender" seemed to be fairly knowledgeable regarding the various offerings - there's also a convenient list highlighting the different beers with style notes. We sat at the bar and were able to bring in some food from the nearby restaurants (I grabbed some wings at the nearby Marthie Ann's which were excellent). To drink I tried Hoptown's own Orange Mango Wheat - a somewhat basic wheat beer with hings of sweet tangerine and mango - nothing special. I had a Maine Brewing "Lunch" with the wings which is always a winner - it's an exceptional New England IPA. Across the street is the Police, so be warned, and don't get too funky. We asked if they had food and said no but it was ok to get some take out and eat it at their table or order from Stacks (what we did) and they bring it to your table from next door. Even better. Stacks' mushroom burger and stack cheese burger were very good too. We washed those down with another set of local IPAs called Southeast by Tailgate Brewery in Nashville, TN, also very good. Some of the tables have heating lamps which would have been nice as it got chillier. Not ours. But no sweat. This place does occasionally make their own beer as well but it's primarily a brew pub which sells other beer and canned beer from all over. I'm glad we had a chance to come. Now for the drive home.
