Great outside seating area

It's grand opening week and based on the activity when I've driven by, as well as the two times I stopped, they are off to a roaring start. Nice place, very family friendly with customers of all age groups. The food is really good, not your typical tacos, lots of exciting fresh ingredients and flavors, and they're not even offering their full menu yet. Would like to see them offer some more exciting drinks, as an example, the margarita is boringly average. Looking forward to when they start brewing some of their own beer. A couple other observations to offer: 1. Open up that second POS position so you can serve people more effectively. 2. Put some trash receptacles outside 3. Give the bar the ability to serve the frozen margaritas so people don't have to go back through that long food line. I believe they have a winner here, particularly as they work through the grand opening bugs and expand to their full menu. I fully expect their ratings to improve.

Measley little salad shrimp is all you get with a sauce that would kill a goat

To start with I truly despise restaurants trying to be trendy, but having trash food. Tried their Bangkok shrimp taco and their Thai chicken taco have had these at other restaurants that know what they are doing, and it can be a very wonderful mixture, but the white duck taco company managed to fubar this beyond anything resembling food using salad shrimp for the damn shrimp taco is a big mistake when the taco is six dollars rather than using anything resembling a decent Thai sauce they are using the cheapest peanut sauce available for their chicken tacos you could not pay me to go back to this restaurant for a second round. I will most likely be stopping by later today to demand a refund because $12 for two tacos that taste like shit is something I am not willing to do. I would recommend going anywhere besides this place for a taco Taco Bell comes to mind.

Big orange thyme (right) and hot tropic (left). Perfect summer cocktails

Great ambiance with room to grow. They plan to add a brewery soon. Tons of seating both inside and out. They have separate lines for cocktails vs. food, but you can purchase a few pre-made drinks in the food line like the frozen Coconut lime margarita. It would be nice if you could have 1 cohesive tab vs closing out x2, but it's not a deal breaker! Other cocktails pictured: Big Orange Thyme and the Hot Tropic. The Orange Thyme was crisp and the Hot Tropic had the perfect touch of heat. Food pictured: the salsa sampler and the cheese dip. The tomatillo salsa was my favorite. Tacos not pictured: Crispy chicken BLT, Bangkok shrimp, and the Korean beef bulgogi . Loved the crispy chicken and it was filling/good value. The Bangkok shrimp was tasty, but the shrimp to cucumber ratio needs work. I'd pass on the Korean beef next time and opt for something else! Happy to have them in Chattanooga

tofu taco yummmmm

Ambiance is fun hip vibe very open and conducive for a large group. This is our second visit, our first visit is when it first opened and they were still working out kinks. Tacos arrived piping hot. Tried the Tofu taco and it was delicious (this one's a cold taco) steak taco was also delish. We did the chip trio which we enjoyed! Would we come back, sure would and would recommend for a fun casual date night!

Top plate: BLT crispy chicken & bangkok shrimp Bottom plate: Grilled fish & BBQ carnitas

Sooooo good! They have indoor & outdoor seating + indoor bar. They also play movies outside on a projection screen. My fiance and I went back to order another round of tacos. I really recommend coming here 10/10!!!

sorry ass chicken

kindly rolled over to the white duck taco shop looking for some good queso to scratch the itch. i ordered acp but the server said they had no rice. that was okay with me as she said there is still queso an chicken. so, i happily paid $11 for what i figured would be acp. the waitress approached me with sorry ass tyson frozen grilled chicken tender that was microwaved and a side of queso.

Crispy Chicken BLT & a Spicy Buffalo Chicken.

Food, service, ambiance. All three were great. Great twist on tacos. If you haven't been here yet, head on down!!!

had two tacos each, and only two were worth noting. falafel and beef taco were quite good, but the banh mi and shrimp taco were just a step below mediocre. drinks were flavorful but had such a small amount of alcohol. they were also served in considerably small glasses. i'd prefer to have a drink that either contains more alcohol or has more content for $9.

We parked and before even going inside we went out front to take some the sun started to set too much. The mirror is done by a professional artist known for her beautiful wing designs. On the patio that we walked past to get to the inside was a live band playing, and there were a ton of cute dogs all over with their owners enjoying the music. It was the cutest sight. Inside there are 2 sections of the brewery, but they had the front closed so we couldn't use the back smaller part. I liked the small part to be honest with you. It wasn't super small, but it was much more quaint looking. Service was super friendly, offering us a samples of anything that we would like to try, but of course, we ultimately got a flight. Luckily for me , they also had the Lions game on so I was able to see the end of the game and our victory. They do have food on their menus, and I can definitely see us returning it to this location when we're in Chattanooga again.

Only the back part of the brewery was open, with an indoor and outdoor area, a couple TVs, and eclectic decor. They were running a promo: $3 for a 10 oz beer or $3 for a 16oz beer if you buy food. We got the Bird Watcher Kellerbier and Sunblaze American IPA -- both were fine. We also got the Mission-style burrito with al pastor ($11), as a Super Burrito ($2 upcharge for sour cream and avocado). This was the worst burrito I've had in a long time. Al pastor should be a balance of sweet and spicy; this was overpoweringly sweet. The side salsas had no heat, either. Mission-style burritos are known for their size, but this was a normal burrito, smaller than I would get at Chipotle. It took about 20 minutes to get the burrito which was too long.

They have a beautiful patio to enjoy the weather or two floors inside for if the weather isn't quite what you're looking for. There's plenty of parking nearby so you don't have to walk far. This neat beer bar reminds me of the crowler shops that you used to find around Atlanta, with around 30 taps containing about a thrid local beer, so you can sample several local breweries without visiting each one (they're mostly not too near each other so this is very convenient). The taproom "beertender" seemed to be fairly knowledgeable regarding the various offerings - there's also a convenient list highlighting the different beers with style notes. We sat at the bar and were able to bring in some food from the nearby restaurants (I grabbed some wings at the nearby Marthie Ann's which were excellent). To drink I tried Hoptown's own Orange Mango Wheat - a somewhat basic wheat beer with hings of sweet tangerine and mango - nothing special. I had a Maine Brewing "Lunch" with the wings which is always a winner - it's an exceptional New England IPA. Service was great - I can see myself hitting Ooltewah just to come by for a break in driving.

It was a little chilly, but not quite "Ohio" chilly so we sat ourselves outside with a couple of hazy IPA aka Juice Bombs from Sloop Brewery. This brew pub is sandwiched between brick buildings: Stacks, a burger pub, on the right and another commercial building on the left. Across the street is the Police, so be warned, and don't get too funky. We asked if they had food and said no but it was ok to get some take out and eat it at their table or order from Stacks (what we did) and they bring it to your table from next door. Even better. Stacks' mushroom burger and stack cheese burger were very good too. We washed those down with another set of local IPAs called Southeast by Tailgate Brewery in Nashville, TN, also very good. Some of the tables have heating lamps which would have been nice as it got chillier. Not ours. But no sweat. This place does occasionally make their own beer as well but it's primarily a brew pub which sells other beer and canned beer from all over. I'm glad we had a chance to come. Now for the drive home. Thankfully we are less than 2 hours away. Atlanta here we come!
