The pizza's are alway good. I like to call ahead and dine in. The food is always to the same and service is good.

Took over an hour for my food to be delivered only a mile or so down the road. Was cold, the person working didn't care when I called and complained. This is the store in South Charleston. Decent pizza, but not much better than Little Caesars which costs less than half. Had the smallest pie (12"), meat lovers. Crust was good, adequate toppings, sauce was just OK. Could've used a bit more acid. Cost $22, not sure it was worth it being everything is so expensive now. Personally, would not eat here again, but my standards are fairly high. I have given Hussons 5 star reviews in the past because their pizza and sandwiches are very good. However, lately the service is so poor. The last 2 times we ordered pizza we waited an hour and called for an update. We were told on the phone, after waiting an hour, they would make the pizza and get it over to us. Hussons used to deliver consistently within 30 minutes. The last 3-4 times We ordered it was well over an hour and it took a reminder call for them to actually make the pizza. Kind of disappointing and I will rethink ordering from here next time. read more

Husson's is delicious and cheap and HUGE and the fact that I no longer have easy access to it is a crime. Don't be like me. Enjoy your hussons while you can. I LOVE Husson's and I think they're one of the best and affordable pizza places in Charleston. Definitely the best "fast food" pizza. I only get pepperoni & cheese and it's so perfect piping hot. I wish they'd use real mushrooms instead of canned mushrooms because I would throw those on there if they were fresh. Every locality that it at least moderately populated has a smallish pizza chain that blows places like Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns away, but still less expensive than a gourmet, eat-in pizza place with fancier toppings. In Charleston, that place is Husson's. The Large pizza is a massive 18" (compared to 14" for national chains). The taste is great, the toppings are generous, and you can always find a coupon in their website. Certainly worth plugging into your weekly meal plan. read more

Today my Sister, a disabled Veteran of the Military ordered a pizza from a Husson's Pizza located in Saint Albans, West Virginia, upon receiving the pizza delivery she found that her order had not been made as requested nor did the cost of the pizza match what she received. So she did what any other paying customer who did not receive her order correctly she called Hudson's and spoke with Tarah the Manager on duty. Upon hearing his my Sister had been treated by Tarah, I called the Store myself, and added my Sister to speak with the Store manager in a conference call format, and soon discovered that the person claiming to be the Store manager was unprofessional, condenscending, arrogant and she threatened to call the Police if we called the Store again. She overstepped her boundaries and was told to "please call the Police" and received a verbal lashing she had earned. My sister's PTSD kicked into overdrive and that ticked me off. Nick, I'm not going to tell you how to run your company or what to do about an employee who clearly has no customer relations skills to speak of, you hired her so I can only believe you get what you pay for, your loss. I personally have never eaten one of your pizzas and now I never will, not would I advise anyone else too. 911 is not a company complaint department for businesses who have unhappy non threatening customer complaints about a PIZZA! And this is the first time a Manager used as an excuse for not providing customers what they paid to receive, ,"they must have been heavy handed before,". Best Pizza anywhere. Real Italian Pizza. Could use some better employees however todays class of workers are poor at best. The sicilian deluxe is the best. Calzones are excellent. We have eaten at Hussons - all WV locations for over 33 years. Our absolutely favorite above all other restaurants for pizza, calzones, strombolis or antipasta salads. Our grandsons, 4 & 5 yrs, prefer this pizza. Not only is quality great but the prices with the product are the best as well. The size of the pizzas are much larger than any other company. read more

This place was garbage. Was told 45 min for delivery. Pizza showed up 1 1/2 hr later with the wrong toppings. Fiery chicken salad was a joke as well. I ended up eating two bites and tossing it. Best pizza in town, including the national brands. Husson's Pizza is a refreshing change for the better. The sauce is the most unique in The Tri-State and truly stands out from the rest. I'm 35 and get heartburn from ketchup, lol, and I still order extra sauce on the pizza and a cup on the side to dip it in... The sauce is THAT good. The crust is out of this world! I do have one complaint, I love calzones, Bridge Rd location makes the best and the calzones can get a bit pricey with all the extra toppings. I don't care because it's pretty much the best in the area and quality costs $. Domino's spent all that money recreating their recipe to end up with a pizza that sucks equally in comparison to the old recipe, they shouldve just stolen Husson's LOL. Order accuracy has always been 100% correct, quick delivery and a large pie for the money. I've had pizza in NYC, Philly and just about anywhere else you can imagine an every time I eat a pie from somewhere else I'm wishing it were a Hussons Pizza. read more
