Chef's kiss!! this place is absolutely worth the drive if you don't live here in Saint Albans and if you do live in Saint Albans and haven't been, what are you waiting for?!!! An invite!? Here it is! This food is top notch, best in show, gold medal food! Especially their hummus! Only way to eat better hummus is if you make it yourself!! This is a fantastic place with tons of options for everyone! We drove an hour here because we love eating on water trying new places. So, we arrived with no wait and got seated on back outdoor seating overlooking the river. The waitress was fantastic and the food was between good and great. The steak was asked to be cook medium, but came out well done. It happens... I didn't even mention it to the waitress and continued on. It was fine. Definitely will give it another shot soon! read more

We ate here a few days ago. It was a wonderful experience. We started to eat on the patio; however, it was too cold. The dining room was perfect. My daughter and I both ordered the beef shawarma. It was very good. I did order more sauce, but my daughter didn't need any extra. We also ordered onion rings to share. Very friendly staff, clean bathroom, engaged owner or manager. Complete win is the hummus. The pitas are fresh and surprisingly thin - which was a treat. Great use of veggies with great flavor. And they don't skimp on the portions. I thought the service was outstanding. It was fast and efficient and the staff were all friendly. First time here and we were really excited to try it. We started off with the deep fried pickles as an appetizer. We ordered the Margarita pizza, the Chicken Kabobs, the Surf n' Turf Kabob and the Sicilian Roll. Everything was delicious!! Our sides were salad (homemade amazing ranch dressing and croutons), potato soup (it's more of purée instead of chunky), onion rings, and French fries (steak fries cut). We tried this restaurant while visiting from out of state on a Sunday afternoon. We chose to sit inside since it was hot July 3 and more patrons were outside on the deck overlooking the Kanawha River. Entrees and service were very good. We did not purchase drinks. Falafel Wrap was authentic with fresh ingredients. Surf &Turf kebabs were cooked correctly not tough and brought home a third. The patio was nice but if we are splitting hairs, the decor seemed like two different vibes between tables vs bar vs inside. The sampler appetizer was killer. Their signature cocktail was not good imo. Service was a touch slow. Our server disappeared for a long time after taking our entree orders. I think we would have been appeased if she would've touched base with us to let us know the kitchen was backed up a little and it was taking a bit longer. We eventually got our entrees and they were tasty. Our server did take the cold entrees off our bills which will make us give it another chance but it'll be a little bit as it's a little out of the way. Also wish they had a boat dock! read more

Options are a bit limited compared to some of my top locations, but I suspect the inventory needs to be controlled to the local palate. The items that are present are delicious. Came here for the first time tonight with my mom, who's a regular. I grew up in Scott Depot but now live in SC. First - the service. Amazing. Our server (lady) was incredible. Always on the spot magically if needed; never hovering nor too chatty. Best server in a long time. We shared the crab stuffed mushrooms which were great. She also had the Chicken Alfredo which was also fantastic. I had the Surf & Turf Kabobs which I really liked. The filet kabobs were perfectly medium rare. The Shrimp kabobs were also perfectly grilled and just slightly undercooked which is how I like them. The rice and vegetables were also perfectly cooked. My only suggestion to make this dish perfect is to cut back some on the oregano and spices. The restaurant seemed super clean and well run. All in all, a great place to eat in the Valley. read more

So happy to have a good restaurant near St Albans!! The wait time was long ( 45min) but know they are trying to get back after shutting down. The waitress was very nice and accommodating- the food was very good and served hot. Very clean outside and view was nice. We ordered - eggplant lasagna, chicken Gouda pizza, beef shawarma, hamburger, salmon for dinner. Also got fried feta and hummus- Everything was great and portions were generous!! This place serves authentic Lebanese/Mediterranean food unlike any in West Virginia. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the ingredients and preservation of middle eastern flavors that is so rare to find in this area! We visited for the first time on a busy Saturday night, and the place was packed. However, we were seated pretty quickly! The menu has a lot of options, ranging from very middle eastern dishes like shawarma and lahmeh b'ajeen to more Mediterranean dishes like eggplant lasagna and burgers. We ordered a lot of things and were delighted: 1. Veggie platter- this was absolutely delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised that the grape leaves were actually very good!! 2. Kibbeh- this was also delicious, almost like grandma's!! 3. Tabouleh & Fattoush- these were also very delicious and refreshing 4. Surf n turf kebab- my dad loved it! 5. Chicken shish- my mom loved it! 6. Eggplant lasagna- very cheesy, delicious! 7. Baked spaghetti- peak comfort food!!! 8. Custom pizza- I loved the taste of the crust and freshness of the toppings, however, I would have preferred the crust be thinner 9. Lahmeh b'ajeen- a must try for sure!!!
