Was just at Hurts Donuts. They were out of long johns so the girl offered to fill a long donut for me. Got home - she only filled half of it!! What a waste of money!! read more

Yes! Went there and the donuts were good, fun, new! Fresh daily. Too sweet though and pricey! $30 for a dozen.

Let it continue to be said "your get what you pay for". Certainly true at HURTS DONUT. While they are expensive compared to other donut shops, the donuts are original and top notch quality. They are also open 24 hours and amazingly at 1:30am on a Saturday they were completely stocked up. We've got a lot left and can't wait to have room to eat more. Also they have really cool dining area. read more

Excellent tasting, fresh donuts, with high prices. Service was excellent. Will likely return for special treat occasionally, but too pricey to be a daily stop. read more

I visited Hurt's Donuts for the third time today, giving them the benefit of startup jitters on the two previous occasions. All times, coffee, and service were exemplary! During the first and second weeks of the visit, we were met with very long lines, only to find out many choices were sold out. We left with a donut each, but nothing over the top. On the second visit, two weeks ago, business was much slower, and the cases were full of signature choices. We got a dozen of very expensive donuts. They are large, so be prepared to eat just one. Unfortunately, many flavors were one note for flavor, mostly overwhelmingly sweet. I blamed it on the mix of too many frosted varieties. Today, a second over-priced dozen donut run, being careful to broaden the selection and grabbing a few knives for sharing. After trying ET, Andes, Fruity Pebbles, Almond Joy, Rasberry Filled, and Maple Frosted. I decided that these are combinations of mostly flavorful toppings masking, just okay donuts. We have better donuts in the Cincy area for more reasonable prices at Krispy Kreme or Holtman's which can be equally over the top. read more

Donuts are amazing. The fact that it is 24/7 is amazing. They have huge variety of donuts. Best place ever so far.

The donuts here are the best I've ever tasted. I stopped here for the first time in March of 2024. The selection of donuts was almost overwhelming, and the quality is second to none. Incredible donuts!!! read more

Really cool decor. The line was long which I took as a good sign we were in for a good experience. I ordered the Apple fritter, two cotton candy, and one fruity pebble. Total of $15 before tip. Not sure if they messed up and gave me a different donut but it definitely wasn't my definition of an Apple fritter. More like a very bland cinnamon bread donut. The fruity pebble donut seemed stale. The kids liked the cotton candy donut, but I wasn't impressed with it. read more

You need to visit this place. There is a large selection. I have been there 3-4 times and chose something new each time. Choose wisely. read more

Love their donuts!! Fresh and great flavor. Not just another donut. Many options and they're a huge!! The line moves much faster. I know the place was packed when they first opened but they've also got their flow down and that helps. Everyone so far has been friendly and very helpful. read more

My husband and I attempted a visit to Hurts donuts on a Saturday afternoon. After hearing it would be about a 45 minute wait we decided to leave as we had other places to go. My daughter and I went back today (almost two weeks later) we arrived on a Wednesday around 9 am and had no wait. It seemed to be an off time for them and even so there was a huge selection of donuts. We got one each of glazed, lemon pie, strawberry cheesecake, snickers, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and peanut butter oreo. Rave reviews for each and every one. The donuts are HUGE! fresh and fabulous! read more

Bring back Bonnie Lynn's. Poor experience. Neat concept but bad customer service. Don't think I will be back.

These donuts are ridiculous in a great way! Stumbled in here on accident and felt like Bob Ross Happy little accidents are the best kind....its such a neat spot, cool decor, Simpsons "style"donuts, these crazy cool swing suites read more

Their donuts and service has a lot to be desired! Waayyy overpriced, almost $32 per dozen!!!!! The place is cute and the only donut I like is the plain glazed donut, it is really good! I have went in at 3am and they keep a stash of donuts for the 5 am rush, they wouldn't sell me 1 glazed donut unless I came back at 5am! Like how is their money better than mine! They have kids running the place most of the time so don't expect much! read more

customer service was terrible. Four people behind counter, one waiting on customers. when I didn't leave a 25% tip, my box of donuts were shoved toward me. That's what happens when you let children run your business. Won't return. read more

Amazing experience at Hurts, need 4 dozen for a small wedding and the owners were phenomenal to work with ensuring we had the selections we wanted and were ready on time. Top quality product with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend. read more

Went there with my son on a Saturday morning after a haircut. We bought a half dozen donuts. These are gourmet and very imaginative. Many different ideas for donuts/pastries. They have a few of the traditional favorites. All are of excellent quality and well-made. The staff was very attentive. They have coffee and a few other drinks. It's a fairly small storefront in Deerfield Town Center. Not really eat in. I don't know if I would make them my weekly donut purchase but an occasional treat or special occasions, definitely. Try it! read more

Outstanding and decadent. Totally crazy and delicious combos. Have an ice cold glass of milk nearby

My favorite donut place finally comes to Mason! If you are gluten free, this is BY FAR the best place for donuts. Many options, too! Hurts, please please please keep making the GF ones every day! read more

bought 2 donuts Jan 16, 2024 , $6.05 for TWO donuts Can that be correct?? wonderful variety for sure but that comes to $36 for a dozen..again, can that be correct?? read more

Way over priced. Donuts dry and not fresh. You can purchase more reasonable and better tasting donuts in local grocery stores.

I have read these reviews - and most all say "pricey" or "over-priced". Checked online and found that a dozen of pre-selected doughnuts (no substitutions) is $24.50? I am safe in saying we will likely never visit this place! Why would I pay $24.50 for a dozen doughnuts when I can go to Bill's Doughnuts in Centerville (also open 24-7) and get really good doughnuts (and choose my own dozen) for only $10! Yes, you read that correctly. $10 for a dozen - and their Long John's have pudding in BOTH ends - not just the middle. If you're paying $24.50 for a dozen doughnuts - you've got rocks in your head. ‍ read more

Interesting selection, I will be back! Did not disappoint. The only issue is the selection is so vast, you will not know what to get!

Coming from the East Coast, I complain that there aren't enough good donut spots in the Cincinnati area. Hurts Donuts exceeded my expectation. read more

It's cute inside and staff was fine. I was surprised by the line for what my kids and I all felt were some mediocre dry donuts. They do have a few gluten free donut options, which was nice. Just not sure we will be racing back, especially given that price tag! read more

Huge donuts - had the chocolate covered chocolate cake donut. Great chocolate flavor - need to go back and try others.

Great donuts, lousy service. One person was taking orders while line out the door. Go at odd times. Line moves very slow.

A lot of the Donuts are unique and overall very good. Donuts seem to be a little bit larger than other donut shops but the price is about $25 a dozen. read more

Open 24 hours, what's not to love about that! The donuts are fresh and they have plenty of choices. I only wish they'd do a few more "classic" donuts like a powdered donut or plain cake donut with chocolate. read more

These are dangerous! Overwhelming number of choices!! The gentleman who helped me even assisted me to the car w a giant box for 6 donuts. They took up every bit of the space. Best of all, on Weds you can get a really good gluten free donut! read more

The service was wonderful and so were the donuts. The cream donuts have great amount of cream in them.

Coffee is good however I order an apple fritter and yes they are big but had no apple taste (or any taste) whatsoever. Ever apple fritter I've had had a apple filling I will probably go back and try something different, but I would not recommend the apple fritters read more

We got some donuts today, Monday, between 1 and 1:30 in the afternoon. Hubby had to wait maybe 20 minutes to get the donuts. The girl didn't know what the donuts were. Hubby asked for any cream filled. The girl said they were out. But he saw one. She says, oh, then we have one. He asked for that and then asked if she had any other cream filled besides the long john. She said banana. He tells her that banana is not white cream. It's totally different. Then he asks for some raspberry filled. She said they had the cherry topped. Which was too hard to eat and not get it everywhere. When he asks for other fruit filled, she says banana. He tells her that banana is not a berry fruit that he is looking for. She doesn't understand the donuts. The donuts were fresh but whoever iced the long johns warmed up the fondant icing too much and I had burnt, hard pieces around the edges on part of it. They were crunch and tasted burnt. Just a suggestion on the glazed blueberry. They were not glazed before the donuts cooled because the glaze broke off into tiny pieces. We used to own a donut shop and did everything by hand also. Well versed on how to do everything. I'm hoping things get better soon. read more

Expensive donuts. Good donuts, not great. The predominant base of donuts are cake and tend to be dry. Fritters are great and make up for the donuts! Worth trying, but the line was about 20 minutes... read more

The donuts were really good but honestly for the price it's not worth it. I'll stick to the donut spot in Fairfield and the Donut Dude in liberty. read more

Just okay. Large donuts with a lot of icing. If you like that you will enjoy this place.

Tried this shop last week for the first time. Love that you don't have to sleep fully clothed with one foot on the floor all night in order to get fresh made donuts before they sell out and close up shop for the day. You can sleep in and still get some any time of day at Hurts Donuts. We got a half dozen with six different flavors/toppings. Very tasty and fresh. It ran about $17 or $18. I blame inflation and supply chains for the exuberant price but whattaya gonna do? On the plus side though they are much bigger donuts than another all day chain in the area. Lots of variety to pick from. Brownies and huge cookies also available. read more
