Driving on 101 and kiddo wanted pizza. They were a 10-mile drive out the freeway but we decided to take the detour. The plaza itself is a bit shanty and we weren't certain if we did the right thing by coming in here. The place was empty and they have a few arcade type games and a music booth. The tables were very average. I could see a room by the bathrooms which looked like it didn't meet code. Staff was ok. We ordered a half and half large pizza and some wings. Pizza was well made and tasty. The wings were good too. Overall with that expectation that we had, the food turns out to be delicious. read more

Clean. Worth the 8 mile drive off the interstate to eat fresh made to order pizza and salad for lunch In the small town of Huron. Salad was delish-large was more than enough for two people to share with ample lettuce, sliced olives, cucumbers and tomatoes. Small pizza also large enough to share. Lots of cheese. Fully cooked crust and not burnt. Decent quick lunch. Friendly service. Much better than interstate gas station exit fast food. read more

Was staying at Harris Ranch and really craving pizza - this was the closest one (10 miles away). I'm glad this place existed as it was really easy to call the order in and pick up was efficient as well. We ordered the works pizza, mozzarella sticks, spaghetti and a salad. This spot is a must if your are hungry on your drive between LA and the Bay. Called in the order and it was ready 30 minutes later when we arrived. Chicken bacon ranch was delicious and the crust was soft but crispy! The place has an old small town feel, some games work and others don't but it's worth the deviation off the highway. I love the combo pizza with jalapenos. They cook it very well and the crust is nice and crispy. I think it's a family ran restaurant so they are super nice and friendly. This is a total dive. Signage you can see pretty much doesn't exist anymore. Environment inside is dirty, flies around. Cookies listed in website, but when we arrived they said they don't serve them. No lights on in the dining area until after we were sitting down for about 10 minutes, then they turned them on. No A/C running. The food was greasy, but tasty and not too pricey. Ok so this place is not half bad. I've been coming to this place for years now. The paint and most of the furnishings are the same from years and years ago could seriously do with a touch up. If your looking for a place that is strictly family friendly this is not your place as they serve beer there and it's become a local hang out for people to drink. There are also some old arcade games for people to play while they wait. The pizza is good and inexpensive and pretty tasty. I really enjoy their tortas de pierna there. Went in for a late dinner with my boy. We had a simple pepperoni pizza (thick crust, well done). It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, I could have eaten the whole pie by myself. While the place was a bit dive-y, the quality of the food totally made up for it. Enjoyed sunday night football on their 60 inch HD TV. Great environment. Very clean establishment with helpful staff. The pizza is to die for. A must stop on the way to San Francisco for the garlic bread alone! I gave 5 stars and would definitely recommend for any pizza lover out there. read more

As long as you're ok with a slightly divey environment, this is a must visit establishment on a long road trip between SF and LA. The bbq chicken pizza is literally the best pizza I've had in California. A small local town, but super cheap and amazingly delicious. 10/10 for sure. read more

The amazing staff offered our family traditional tea and sweets completely free and treated us like family. Not only that they discounted our pizza and didn't even accept our tip. I would not give this business even one star if I had the option...We were driving on I-5 on vacation on our way to LA. and this was the closest place for miles, so we thought we would try it out. When first driving into the town I literally thought we had drove straight over the border into Mexico. (Now don't get me wrong my husband is 1/4 Spanish and I don't have one ounce of racism in my body.) I felt like we stuck out like a sore thumb and everyone was starring at us. This part of the town was very run down and I have to say I was way, way out of my comfort zone here, but my son really had to use the bathroom, so I stuffed my intuition and we went into the restaurant anyway. It was very run down, old, and just didn't feel right. Every seat had rips in them, table tops broken, and some not clean. We ordered a veggie pizza, but they were out of zucchini and other items, so we wound up with a pizza with cheese, jalapenos, and olives. Interesting...the food looked OK, but because of the feel of the restaurant I was afraid to eat it! As we were sitting there some of the local drunkards came in and I say that because I could literally smell them from across the room. I kept looking over at our vehicle to make sure it was still there. Yes that's how uncomfortable I felt. The staff seemed nice, but wow that place was the worst place I have to say I have ever been in-Hands down! The bathroom was another event. I made my husband come with us because we were in the back of this place in a pitch black hallway-yeah no thanks! Took him about 5 minutes to find the light (Behind the door next to the door jam-ok?). Lets just say that we wished we hadn't turned the light on! My son kept asking when we were leaving and that says alot coming from a 9 year old who had just been in a backseat for 5 hours! We all could not wait to get out of this place. So do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to a better town and place. Anything will be better than this place- I am shocked they are still in business! read more
