There's always more in Lemoore and today I'm getting that big French Toast breakfast with three sausage & two eggs. No powder sugar on the toast & I like them well done. The eggs I'm went with over medium this time. I was promptly greeted, seated, and given a beverage. No wait time at 12:30pm. That's nice especially when this place is full and busy. The ambiance is super casual with a dash of Love Shack today as it's pre-Valentines Day. The entrance has a cute place for social media photos and the bar has hanging roses and flowers from the ceiling. I feel a little dehydrated today so I'm just drinking a huge water with lemon because as they say in Hawaii--Water is Life. Pics of breakfast coming along. Second time I've been here first time food was really good. They have honey butter, pancakes, that are exceptional.. today I came in. Waited about 20 minutes. Asked for a refresh on my coffee. Did not get it. We had another 20 minutes. Still no meal. Was waiting about an hour before I decided to leave very poor service. I always give a restaurant a second even a 3rd chance but today it was the 3rd and last for sure we waited to get seated 20 minutes and it was not even busy the server passed by and didn't even acknowledge us or say will be right with you after 20 minutes. I met up with a family member for the holidays here. The restaurant was cold and the prices were high, but everywhere is expensive nowadays so that's nothing new. The reason why I'm leaving a review is because the food and service was amazing! I got the hamburger steak. My husband got the spaghetti, and my aunt got the chicken fried steak. We all thought we'd save half for another meal but it was so good that all three of us cleaned our plates! Our food took over an hour to get and the waitress would not even look at us when she walked by When I finally confronted her, she said oh a big party came in and we had already sent half of our staff home... We visited from out of town and we wanted some French toast and pancakes. I generally try to look for a place to eat where I haven't been to before. So we found The Vineyard. When you first walk in, it looks like it could be a buffet style restaurant because they have some kind of counter that looks like a food bar but it's empty. We were seated within five minutes. The place is pretty big and have lots of seating. The atmosphere is a bit gloomy. The ceiling was grey and they had old tiled floors. They need to do a little update in their interior decorating. They serve classic American food. We ordered French toast and Pancakes just like we wanted. The food tasted great, but nothing really special it's what I would expect for classic American food. Don't judge me, I am a fan of potatoes they have to be cooked and seasoned a certain way. With that said, I loved their home fries. They're diced potatoes cooked golden brown, with green bell peppers, seasoned with salt and pepper, crispy on the outside and soft inside. So when you bite into it, it has that crispy sound. It was perfect. I'd say the amount of food is a lot for the price you pay. The service was fast! Our server took our order within 5 minutes and food came right away. Great service we had the buffet which was a very popular choice and they had a hard time keeping up with plates, utensils and food in the warming pans. The prime rib was awesome!! We didn't get to try the wings, Tri-tip or the macaroni and cheese as we arrived at noon and it was already gone and not replaced when we left at 1:30. Outstanding! An older restaurant, but very clean inside. Older decor, but has a charm to it. Service was fast and friendly. Since we were from out of town and pretty worried about being in a sketchy part of the state, we were comforted to see 3 sheriff's deputies eating there. We know they vouched for the food and a level of safety inherent in having 3 armed deputies on deck. Food was VERY GOOD! Eggs, sausages were excellent. Coffee was great. So the first time I came here was specifically for the cinnamon roll because I had heard it was huge and amazing. This baby came in a CAKE BOX! It had so much meat and flavor to it I was reluctant to share when my husband asked. Even the salad impressed me. A lot if side salads come with sad wilted lettuce, but all the vegetables tasted fresh and were crisp and the ranch was amazing! I have since returned for the Turkey bacon sandwich and I'm honestly drooling thinking about it. I took off the sprouts and onion (because I'm not a fan) and added avocado and the bread they use is just perfect with the flavor. Covid-19 Phase: They are officially open as of today! I called in and a worker took my order. I ordered the cinnamon roll and turkey avocado sandwich with no mayo and to add jalapeños. She said I could pick a side of fries, curly fries or a side salad. I picked a side salad with Italian on the side. She said my order will be ready shortly. I went to pick it up. The worker was extremely nice and welcoming! Very kind and easy to talk to. I paid and took the order home. They do have open seating to eat at the restaurant now. Social distancing is practiced and all of the workers have masks on. The salad was fresh and delicious! It had tomato and croutons in it! The sandwich was definitely the best! Amazingly good! The side room where the bar is has several big screen TVs and it's a perfect large group area to have a party, which we have and they have attentive and friendly staff!
