We visit Tachi a lot but usual stick to eating in the food court upstairs! The Tritip sandwich is amazing up there (Will post another review and photo of that one later)! Anyway, decided to stop in here because the hubby wanted to try the smash burger. He was impressed! It didn't come with any sauce though so he had to ask for ketchup and mustard. The pickles on it gave it a nice dill flavor and fresh crunch. The steak fries were amazing and I would personally ask for extra pico on it next time around. I also got the garlic Parmesan wings and they were pretty good. If they had a little more sweetness like some honey or something, I think they would have been better! Overall though the service was quick and friendly and the ambience is of course going to be noisy because it's in the middle of the open casino, so to each their own! read more

12-wings + fries for $30 is a bit of a stretch. The wings are crispier if you get sauce on the side. Buffalo seems to be where it's at and bbq is just bbq. Disappointed in the fries, they weren't fresh which I can't seem to justify the $30. The overall service was good and it's your typical sports bar setting. read more

I love this sports bar. The food is fantastic and the service is always wonderful. There are plenty of tvs to catch sports. My husband and I split a house salad, blackened chicken pasta, and chips with salsa. It was all wonderful. We topped our meal off with some drinks and cheesecake. Lovely sports bar inside Tachi Palace Casino. The steak salad is awesome and filling with a generous portion of thinly sliced steak done medium well. Although the chicken Caesar salad is not plated as nicely as the steak salad, it is equally delicious. It also boasts generous portions of chicken. The service is fast on non busy nights. If you have a large group and plan coming on a weekend then highly recommend you make a reservation. The servers are lovely and attentive. Great casual dining experience with friends or a date night. read more

My food was absolutely perfect. Got this Ribeye Quesadilla and it was awesome. Flavor and ingredients were very good. There were a few things on the menu that sounded really good but I went with this and I don't regret it at all. I recommend looking at their menu before if ur wandering to go to this place. Usually bar food is cheap but the way they present each dish you wouldn't mind the price. Prices are reasonable. You don't have to pay taxes so that's a plus! I would come back here again! read more

Man oh man is this place amazing! I saw a segment on the local news about Sunset Sports Bar and we knew we needed to try this place. I have not been to the Tachi Palace in a long time. So I really didn't know where it was as we walked inside. But we found it and got very excited to see what goodies we could enjoy. We were fortunate enough to talk to one of the young ladies that was actually in the news segment. She was very pleasant. Being that we were early there was plenty of seating and we were seated immediately and given menus. We gave the menu a long look and settled on the bbq ribs, with fries and the jalapeño mac and cheese with crumbled hot Cheetos. We also got waffle fries. I also have to say our server was awesome. Very attentive and friendly. As we waited for our food. We took in the spacious area of the Sunset Sports Bar. They have plenty of tvs to watch sports. The bar looks like they make some pretty good drinks. In fact my wife ordered a cucumber jalapeño margarita. Which she really liked. I opted for a Modelo. Our food arrived and boy did it look amazing. It even tasted better. Those ribs were so tender and tasty. But man that jalapeño mac and cheese omg was off the hook. I mean everything down to the fries and waffle fries was so good. I honestly don't know what I liked best. Because it was all so good. We ordered a full rack of ribs. Knowing we wouldn't eat all of it and have some leftovers for later. Yum! I honestly can't say enough about this place. But know we will be back! read more

My friend always frequents this spot and she said Tachi has tons of restaurants this just had a fun view of the casino to people watch as they play lol. This was a great girls day to have lunch at. We sat on the " patio" and had the carne asada fries and the buffalo wings. Pretty good food the wings needed a bit more sauce but all in all it was a good meal. The waitresses were nice. But the checkout service was terrible. We went up to pay and waited forever so long we were able to Just walk away honestly. The person that was up there was on the phone and then just left the podium. Other than that this was a good place to eat and would come back. read more

We mentioned the occasion and asked for a slice of cake. But I couldn't believe that they would charge $12 for a single freaking small slice of cake on a BIRTHDAY!! Our local news did a segment on this place so my cousin & I decided to try it. We were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly & attentive. I ordered the smash burger & my cousin got their nacho. She said they were the best nachos she's ever had. Mine was lacking seasoning. Steak fries were good. Would I come again? Ive always loved the food here but the customer service "sucks". It's lunch time, lots of empty but dirty tables, 2 cashiers just standing but no tables available. We had brunch and dinner and both times we stopped by the food was really good. The brunch chimichanga brisket burrito was absolutely huge and delicious. The tequila sunrise they sell here could use a little more tequila, could hardly taste it. Our food was unseasoned the buns were soggy, meat for our hamburger broke apart as soon as we got them. They hardly came to check on us either I had to ask other servers for help with my food. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Our server Annelle was the absolute worst! She had a bad attitude, ignored our table, got upset when we requested items like fresh coffee, creamer and sugar! Food took about an hour to be delivered. She then brought us a (cold) rubbery steak sandwich with wilted arugula. The cheese on the Nachos was congealed and the meat was mostly inedible fatty bits . She never even brought us a check, I had to go find someone else to help me check out. I shared my experience with her coworker who checked me out and she didn't say a word, she just didn't care. This place don't know a thing about customer service. They"ll take your money, serve you cold shitty food with a side FU attitude. The management here is slacking. read more
