Reasonably priced fun amid our economic downfall. If you are looking for a fun place to have happy hour, search no more. We were able to play pool for 2 hours for only $10 ($5, per hour) before 7pm and a pitcher of beer for $20. It's a family-friendly establishment before 9 pm. We were able to bring our teenage children, who had a great time playing pool. Good fun, good service, and will be back again. read more

Great food and atmosphere we enjoyed on multiple occasions until my dinner was interrupted by a disrespectful security guard. While actively eating dinner with my girlfriend, a member of the security staff approached our table and asked to see our ID's due to the fact that the restaurant was transitioning to a nightclub. I felt this was bizarre, especially since I was drinking a beer, but we obliged. He then requested I stand up from my dinner and allow him to pat me down. This is an absurd request which I did not allow. We planned to hang out longer and this would not have been an issue if he approached with this request after my dinner. They need to get the ego of the security staff under control. I have little faith in their ability to actually keep order in the nightclub and instead feel as if they will escalate situations due to their arrogance. I will not return. read more

This place is always so packed and filled with good amazing food with so many different selections! I love an Asian place and this is so hip n chill.... If you're looking for a good time, head here, they even have a pool table! read more

It gives the ambience of a rundown bar/nightclub, the bathrooms were really dirty. The service was some of the worst I'd ever experienced. The waitress took forever to take our order, she forgot half of it and some our table never even got their food and some of the order was wrong and when a replacement was brought out it was burnt. Half our table was done eating before the other half even got their food! The food was just not good and definitely do not recommend the sushi at all I spent the next day on the toilet!! read more

I had a great time at this location, the waitresses were friendly but to be completely honest, the food was not very good. And since I Put a lot of weight into the quality of food in my readings, unfortunately this restaurant gets a three out of five The only Food item I thought it was good, was the Heart attack roll. Ed actually had a sushi roll of spicy tuna and shrimp tempura underneath, with deep fried jalapeño that stuff on top. It was very good 5/5 However, we also had the wings, they were very dry, and felt like they might have been freezer burned or dried out by something. More like chicken wing jerky than wings. -2/5 The Pizza was not bad, the dough on the pizza was fresh. However, we asked for chicken on 1/2 of the pizza, and it seemed like it spread out throughout even to the vegetarian side. 3/5 = 4/5 -1 star for wrong order The spicy crab roll was also okay. Pretty plain roll just some imitation crab with some spacing mayo. Three out of five Spicy garlic edamame $6 was good, but too spicy for my friend to finish. I thought it tasted good but maybe you should come with a warning that is very spicy 4/5 read more

So we bounced this is not a real sports bar unless you know them apparently Would not recommend to anyone from out of town !! Btw...$$$$$$$ In my opinion, one star is too nice read more

The spicy tuna sushi roll was decent at best for bar food. Large restaurant area with a good selection of beverages on tap. The men's restroom had no soap, no water on one of the two faucets and no paper towels, and this was at lunch time. I would greatly come here with friends to drink, eat and play pool. Very large area for much elbow room. read more

Slow service, bad food, and tons of GI distress. I'm trying to figure out how this place stays in business. Must be the pool tables and booze. The sushi rolls are bland. The $15 carne asada nachos are extremely small for the price. The hamburger is flavorless. The only decent things were the fries and the soft drinks. read more

The 5th Quarter is definitely unique when compared to the other restaurants and nightlife venues in Tulare County. It is located directly between the Bowlero Bowling Alley & Tokyo Gardens teppanyaki. It is visible from the Applebee's parking lot, on Fairway & Orchard. In the daytime you can expect a family-friendly restaurant environment, with everything from Pizza to sushi to burgers and salads. When night time comes, especially on Wednesday Friday Saturday and Sunday, they always host events of some type which usually cost anywhere from $10 to $20 for live entertainment. There are DJs, Groupos, Drag Shows, Banda, local artists, networking events for local business people. During any of these special events there will be a security team who will ensure there are no firearms or knives on the premises. They have a room with multiple pool tables, air hockey, a basketball game, Pac-Man, and more. During Night club hours on the days I specified earlier, they sell some of the best tacos, quesadillas, and tortas in the area on the back porch, available only to guests. You should definitely consider stopping by this establishment! It's a safe place as long as you are not looking for trouble.... You're going to have a good time guaranteed! read more

The 5th Quarter - This is a special type of keto friendly sushi called the aloha roll or the cucumber roll. No rice, less carbs. - American Near Me - Visalia, California

We went because the menu looked varied and they had outdoor seating. Our waiter was very nice, helpful and professional. I ordered the bacon bbq burger ( not sure that's the name on the menu) and it was so delicious with a really soft bun and the burger cooked medium well as requested. Tasty fries . We started with the garlic and regular edamame, really yummy. Along with the steak over fries and a tasty sauce drizzled on top, (Again, not sure of the name on the menu) The rest of us ordered a beautifully presented sushi roll and a yummy teriyaki bowl with perfectly cooked veggies on top . It was a great afternoon, we went on a Saturday about 4pm to avoid the crowds. We all wore masks but not everyone was, so I'm glad we had a lot of space outside. Great prices and nice portions and nice read more

5th Quarter had been on our radar for a while and we finally got there. So, this place is a sport bar, meets music venue, meets pool hall, meets sushi joint. The bbq burger was phenomenal. I couldn't ask for more. The beer and cocktail selection was also legit. We finished the evening with some dessert that wasnt too bad, but not life changing. The disappointment was the service time. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, so we just found a random table and hoped for the best. It took about 10 minutes for someone to grab our drink order. There was a larger party there also, so that was overlooked. However, it took 35 minutes to be served a cookie with ice cream. The large party was gone and there was only a couple others in the place. That dessert should've taken 10 minutes max. That being said, we will absolutely be going back to try again. Gotta try some of those specialty rolls that looked and smelled so good! read more

It looks like they've changed some decor since the last time I was in. Seems a bit more upscale. The menu was different also and more limited than before. Sandra G was our server and she made the experience amazing. She catered to our needs and made great suggestions for our group. We ordered sushi and asked for it to be cucumber wrapped instead of rice and they did a great job. Overall great experience! read more

Avoid this place ! Food sucked and staff had no consideration for our needs . Way overpriced too!

I went outside came back owners daughter literally told me this is her table. Mind you it's a first come first serve on the table and half of our friends were sitting down watching our drinks and personal belongings. I'm sorry but we had the table first and you want to act like I didn't pay for these buckets. Yet you your guy friend pushed a girl friend of ours to move from the table and he is a guy. We were asked to leave because the guy was her friend. That's bad service for your business enabling your friends to think it's okay to get away with stuff. No apologies or refunds were issued to us. read more

Beth is an incredible waitress. The place is very spacious, and I love the setup. There were TVs all over the place with every Sunday afternoon football game you can think of. The food was very good, and although I am not much of a drinker, they had a huge variety of drink choices. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual place to catch a sports game and not be rushed out of the place while you're watching. Bartenders were rude as hell. Love coming to 5th especially for bottle service bar tender always friendly I highly recommend this place especially for birthdays!

Service was awful! Ordered our drinks and about 15 minutes later a large group walked up to the bar. They were all served, and we sat and waited an additional 10 or so minutes without receiving our beer that we had ordered. Then our appetizer was brought to our table and we had no silverware to eat it with. It's been years since I've been here and it will be years before I ever come back. read more

Always satisfied after dining in at this establishment. You can tell they've put a lot of hard work into their food as well as the decor of the restaurant/bar. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I always usually start off with the 5th quarter fries, they are booming with flavor! Crisp fries piled with carne asada, cheese, bacon, a chipotle sauce and sour cream with chives! Definitely order it, your tastebuds will thank you. Also, the garlic edamame is hands down the best in town. I usually opt for a sushi roll, my go to is the 007 roll and it is the best crunch roll you'll ever try. I'm actually addicted, it's so good. I always add cucumber to my roll and get some extra sauces on the side. Also, highly recommended the burgers! Juicy thick patties with great flavor, alongside crispy lightly beer battered fries. All in all, this place is a gem to dine at. Don't let anybody tell you different. read more

It is my wife and I 1month wedding anniversary and I wanted to take my wife out to dinner tonight. We chose 5th Quarter so she could have some good sushi. We were greeted upon entrance, we told him we're we wanted to be seated so he guided us to a 2 seater table we're we would have to sit across from each other. We always sit by each other when we eat out. There were tons of open 4 seater tables. We asked if we could have one of those so we could sit by each other. We were promptly told "no. I am sorry. I am saving those tables for larger parties." We went to pull the chairs together to make due with the situation. But than we promptly decided to just leave after being made to feel uncomfortable and unwanted there. So poor hostess service lost them money and a good tip because my wife and I always tip decent when we eat out. Especially if we have a good waiter/waitress. read more

Super welcoming. The bouncer Ant in the front was chill. Let me know what to expect and what the theme was for the night. Highlight of the night however, was my bartender with the rad name, Trinity . All the drinks I had that night were off her recommendations and I was impressed. You could see it was more than just a job for her and it shows though her passion. Definitely keep an eye out for her and make sure to tip. read more
