B-Dubs had a special on GrubHub for a 20 piece boneless wings, large fries and it came with the celery/carrot combo with (2) sauces i.e. ranch and blue cheese for $20. Not bad at all! Especially when Wingstop was almost $30 and didn't include anything extra with the wings. I'm going to say "service" was for the overall quality of the food and it was "ok". Minus the fries being cold and stale at the same time. The wings were good, not great. They coated them quite nicely, but the overall quality of the wings themselves were lacking. The sauces I chose were Brown Sugar Heat , Original Buffalo, Golden Fire (GO Exclusive) and Mango Habanero. If I had to rate 1-4, 1 being absolutely best, 4 I would never eat again, it would go; Buffalo, Mango Habanero, Golden Fire and then Brown Sugar Heat. I will always love Buffalo over any flavor and They definitely don't disappoint. The Brown Sugar heat really didn't bring anything other than brown sugar lol. It was disappointing and wasn't very appetizing. Overall the experience was good, not great. I would've been happy with just a 10 piece and as a matter of fact, after 10 wings I called it quits and shared the rest with the family. We hadn't been here in a while, and and we were trying to decide in regards to Ramen or wings so we decided to have wings anyways we tried the Mongol we tried buffalo we had the lemon pepper, and we have the Thai anyways they were all delicious. All of them were delicious we had strawberry lemonade, which was great. The only thing I don't like is that they charge if you need a refill, which I think is ridiculous but anyways, it was delicious. We had ordered a three-piece chicken strips. The chicken strips seem kind of overcooked, but you know the kid ate them as what matters she's probably hungry The other thing that I noticed is that they have gave a salary and carrots, and it seemed like if somebody had bitten of my carrot I don't know if somebody did or didn't. I know this is chain and you should expect chain-type service which normally is super consistent. For the last 5 years or so, the service at the BWW in Visalia is unnecessarily slow no matter what time of day. The new look without the wall from the bar to restaurant area is nice. The food is not worth the wait. The fried pickles took forever and plated poorly. The sandwiches are sloppy. The wings should be the hero here but unfortunately you can get better wings at other chain restaurants in town. It's a decent place to drink and watch sports but a dining experience it is not. Abrianna was our server. 3/5/26 around 6:30 to 7:30 pm. She was not attentive AT ALL. Not ONE refill for our drinks. My children fell asleep at the table waiting on drinks with their food. It was busy but that was expected since it's Veteran's Day. Our server was awesome. She had an a great smile and was very attentive. She made us feel like we were her only table but was not at all the case. The food came out nice and hot. Taste was great. They have so many TVs covering every and all sports. Customer service was excellent throughout the whole restaurant. The parking lot is not fun to get through at lunch time. You might need to plan on walking a short distance. I placed an order through UberEats with BWW. When it arrived, the receipt showed exactly what I ordered; however, the ACTUAL order was nothing close to what we ordered. Basically, what what put in our bag by the BWW staff was a snack, not dinner. I placed a Large Order. It should have been really obvious this wasn't our order. I called and spoke with their manager. His response was the problem was with Uber Eats, not them. He told me to call my driver to straighten the problem out. Our experience was quite pleasant. My fiance and I brought the family to Buffalo Wild Wings this weekend to watch the TexTech and Florida game. Our server myra was prompt and quick in taking our drink and food order. We waited about an hour before being seated so this was appreciated. We requested dessert which was the cherry on top of this overall good experience. I highly recommend their chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. What a terrible experience. There were 4 people in my group total. When we first arrived, the hostess told us that the bar area we could choose where we wanted to sit but if you wanted to eat at the dinning area we had to wait. So we thought no problem, and we found a table in the bar area. When we first sat down, we decided didn't get an actual menu until 15 minutes of us sitting down. There was no one to offer us drinks or even check up on us. Keep in mind there were no menus or anything on the table for us to atleast decide. Now to be clear, I realized they were extremely understaffed quickly. There were only two waitresses attending the bar area and I'm not sure how many in the dining, but the bar area was full and dining area was cut off in pieces I'm assuming because of them being understaffed. We were helped by a younger, light toned African American lady. To be fair, she was nice. Unfortunately that's as much as it goes. She was very inattentive, and we only spoke to her a couple of times through our meal. We waited 15 minutes for menus, another 20 minutes to get our drinks and order taken (yes we waited 20 minutes for drinks so we had enough time to order everything at once), another 35 minutes for food to arrive incomplete. I guess my burger was slow. As I said, there were only two people managing our area, when the First Lady didn't bring my brother's Diet Coke we asked the other waitress who was as attending (she was an older, dark toned, African American woman) she said okay and presumably went to get my brother's drink. Didn't happen. The drink came out 10 minutes after we had already gotten our food. Since I hadn't gotten my meal yet, and it had been a while (10 minutes after everyone else had gotten their food) my sister (17) years old tells the older waitress "Hi I just wanted to let you know that we're still waiting on one entree" The lady stops and very aggressively says "You have to understand that it's only two of us, we'll get your order out when we get your order out". It really made me upset the way she talked to especially since we hadn't been aggressive nor being a pest to anybody. She didn't seem remorseful nor sympathetic to the fact that I hadn't got my meal almost 10 minutes after everyone else, nor the fact that she's talking to a 17 year old kid who has wasn't even being aggressive or standoff ish to her. I got up and went to go speak to the manager. Atleast I tried to. While my group finished their food I waited to speak to the manager. After 30 minutes, they boxed up my food while I was still waiting in the front to speak to a manager. Not once did I speak to someone in 30 minutes of standing there. No way to run a business, I'm extremely disappointed and upset at the way that they treated us. I'm upset at the fact that the waitress felt like it was okay to let out her stress on us when we have nothing to do with it. We ate at BWW again this week. Although the food was great, and we love the new Sampler option on the menu, it is the service we go back for. Our waitress, Marquita, has been stellar every time. Whether it is remembering our favorite menu items, providing a fan when the AC is less than ideal, or making a connection with a shy 5 year old, she is a treasure. When we arrive they have outside dining it was nice day and sunny but there's no inside dining. We got seated right away and the host told us use our phone and point the bar code and the menu pops out. We look at the menu and decided to order my wife order the Buffalo wrap and her cousin order the Buffalo burger and myself I got the Buffalo Cobb salad and a bud light for $3 not bad good deal. The waitess brought us our meals it looks so good we couldn't wait to take a bite. I took a bite of my Cobb salad very taste flavors in these salad I really enjoy it very it have so much flavor like the blue cheese,bacon,avocado and especially the eggs it like devil egg to me and the beer to company with. Food was very cold, we even had to walk to the bar to get our drinks since she was taking her sweet time, never offered any refills or anything. Embarassingly terrible visit. Entered the restaraunt at 9 PM and watched people that entered before us get seated immediately. Once we got the attention of a server, we were then seated at 9:10 and got our drinks. After we ordered our food, one came out 5 minutes after but the other one didn't end up coming until an hour later, conveniently when we had just asked to get it to go instead. The food was obviously not fresh, and my food was cold from waiting for the other order. Every time we would ask about the status of the other order, we would get attitude. This place has been a hit or miss but man it has really taken a nosedive. Went in there today for some wings and these are takeaways: Dirty men's bathrooms. There was buildup in the urinal and I even saw two dead roaches there -_- The wings were subpar at best. The wings were crunchy (not in a good way) and the sauces tasted different.
