Bartender Randal took absolutely forever on our drinks. Sat around and chatted with the waitress and didn't even worry about the tables drinks. I promise we listened to the entire conversation because we were waiting on drinks that were put in roughly 25-30 minutes earlier. Not only our own, but every table. Food came out decent just took slightly longer than normal. Server JAX was delightfully a literally ball of joy, even had to go behind the bar to fix another tables drinks which is absolutely obscured. Place wasn't too busy but it took about 10mins to get our drink and food order in. After about 45mins place was pretty full and still not enough servers for all the customers. I ordered one beer, an order of cheese curds and a six piece boneless wings. All for the grand total of $29. Seems rather steep for one person and supposedly during happy hour. Don't think I got the happy hour special. Was nice hanging out with my friends. Place was a little loud but understandable with all the people there. We ordered drinks and before I can order any alcohol she walked away. So I had to wait for her to return. When she finally came back we were able to order food and my beer. 5 mins later one of the meals arrived which she throws in front of me and walks away, we didn't even know who's food it was, since we all ordered similar items. 10 mins later the rest of the food arrived. At the end we got one bill, and when I asked for her to split the bill she rolled her eyes and retuned with 2 bills. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. read more

Very disappointed, I ordered some wings, mozzarella sticks, and tater totes on 11/24/25. I was told to go pick them up in 20-25 minutes. The wings were burn and cold like if they were sitting for a while, mozzarella sticks were cold and hard and totes were cold. I feel like Management don't really care about business and customers. My wife's wings arrived in record time. I was like wow that's cool. However my wings took probably 20 minutes later to arrive. The young man at the bar checked on my order and said they would be ready in 5 minutes. Well 15 minutes later they arrived. By that time my wife was done eating. Now I'm not going to blame the staff. On 01/17/2026 we had Melissa as a server. She was fairly attentive to her section in which was pretty tight fitting not much space your surrounded with tvs blaring the game which made it a little exciting but also was extremely loud not a horrible thing but made it difficult to converse amongst each other. . In passing of what seemed clearing a table my son asked Melissa for a side of ranch, she then gave my son the ranch off the tray from which she was clearing the table from to us it seemed like it was used before we can ask for a different one she was gone and we did not see her to ask for ranch or refills to our drinks another server came by and refilled our drinks and gave us the ranch Mean while the family next to us was still waiting on an order Melissa came by spoke with them and seemed to get everything straightened out. Turns out she never did the manager came out and spoke of getting the order out promptly. Again never did. They comped the order to which the family did not have to pay for it. Today on August 23rd so there's no confusion is the last day I will be paying money to eat here. We waited an hr for our food after people who sat down within 10mins were being served food and drinks. Our server did not come to check on us or our order until I finally asked about it 40mins in .After asking we clearly saw him go to the pos to what we assume place an order he forgot. At no time did anyone even the manager Andrew take responsibility for their mess up. I work in the food industry in the managerial space and I know exactly how to handle these situations. I've been coming here for years. Normally sit down at the bar... Today it was my birthday, we had a table for 6 and waited close to 2 hours for a table. They continued to sit smaller tables 2 and 4 top and kept pushing us and another table of 8 to the side and even refused us both to split parties to side by side tables saying it wouldn't benefit them. Their words not mine. We finally got seated, watched our 1:25 games and left. I returned later to watch the Sunday night football with a friend and sat at the bar. Very hit or miss. Last week our order was great and the wings had plenty of sauce. This week two of the three fries orders was missing and the wings literally had FEATHERS FRIED INTO THEM! WHERE is my REFUND for the food I purchased and never received? On Friday 7/31/20, I placed a pickup order. It was due to be ready in an hour. We were in the parking lot when the website alerted me that my order was ready. My husband went inside to pick it up. The staff was scrambling and struggling all over the place. He patiently waited while they addressed multiple issues with other customers over and over. Every now and then an employee would go check for our order in the back, with no luck of finding it. An hour after our order was marked ready for pickup, my husband finally asked to cancel the order. The manager came out making excuses, apologies, gave my husband a free appetizer coupon, and said he had to go back to his office to cancel it. He disappeared for about 10 minutes, then returned stating it would be refunded in a few days. It has been 6 days. The $53 payment was processed from my credit card, so he did not cancel it. There is no pending credit transactions to my account. I have called multiple times to reach out, and no one answers the phone at this location. If my food wasn't ever made, why did the website alert me it was ready? Feels like the staff is fudging numbers to meet quota and make bonus. Today, a couple of co-workers and I went to have lunch at this establishment, and we received the worst treatment ever by the waitress (Dezirae). She was so rude and unprofessional and kept rolling her eyes the entire time while we were trying to order or lunch. She even appeared upset when I asked for another waitress to take our order. I personally feel that if you do not enjoy working with the public, you need to find another job. When I am paying for a service, I expect the person helping me be courteous and professional and not act like she is doing me a favor. I realize that we are all entitled to a bad day, but rolling your eyes and being argumentative with the client is totally unacceptable.
