Like always we had a great time at wingstop. My son Carlos always wants to go and have these wings for his birthday. The food was amazing, great customer service, and I forgot to ask the wonderful lady for her name but I think she is the manager. She made my son's birthday extra special by giving him a brownie with a candle and sang happy birthday. Thank you so much!! read more

Wingstop - Another year at wingstop for Carlos's birthday. He always wants to go. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hanford, California

I, in the past, have wondered why ratings for Wing Stop were so low as I have previously really enjoyed their wings, which, by the way, were all I had eaten from WS. Today, I had a hankering for wings, so back to WS I went. I now understand previous reviewers ratings. The wings were edible, but poorly cooked and seemed to come from older chickens. A bit tough. Skin was rubbery with no crispness at all. My wife had some tenders and they weren't. Cooked and sat around for awhile? Now, the French fries were excellent! If I just wanted fries to eat I would go to Wing Stop and buy theirs. We had decided to eat in to make our outing a bit more fun than a take out order would provide. We somewhat regret that decision. The place obviously had no heat and was cold. Additionally, some employees were non stop yakking in the prep area and one lady had a loud shrill never ending commentary to whatever the conversation was. Halfway through our meal, realizing it was causing communication problems la with my wife, I walked to the counter and asked that they hold the loud talking down. The lady told me "okay". A few minutes later loud acid rock started blaring out from the food prep area. Loudly so. We hurriedly finished our meal and departed. I feel certain that was their intent. Except maybe a take out order of fries, I won't be back. read more

The service is terrible compared to other wingstops ive been to, these workers seem like they hate their job and every customer that walks in i cant even trust them making my food anymore. And another thing is when i ordered for pickup the dasher said they only handed him 2 bags when theres supposed to be 3 so we contacted wingstop and never ever got our refund. EVERY SINGLE TIME i walk into hanford wingstop the cashier is always so grumpy and over stimulated. read more

Food was amazing. But service was terrible. The lady taking our order named braya had a terrible attitude. We saw her cussing out the cooks in the back. And calling the customers "bitchy". When she was taking our order she made it extremely hard and tried to pick the flavors for us because we were "taking to long". Overall she was just extremely rude to us and the cooks in the back. read more

The reason for the one start is not because of food or service, food is always on point ! And on time ! Everyone in there is always great But the last couple of visits they been shorting me the RANCH !!!! My usual order is over 100 wings and I'm getting 1 small dip for the entire order !!! Who calculates how much RANCH to put in the orders ? Corporate if you reading this fix your ordering app or site and send memo to stores to make sure RANCH is giving accord to size of order please !!!!!!! Don't short people on ranch everyone hates that !!!! And I shouldn't have to ask for extra ranch and get charge eater !! read more

Came here for takeout at 11 am on a Wednesday. Ordered the 5 piece tender combo with hot honey rub. It took 15 minutes for it to be ready. The flavor was good and it was medium spicy. The fries were seasoned and were decent. The ranch is a bit runny. Nice soda machine with many flavors. Ok ambiance for eating in. Average prices. Got some Wingstop for takeout, we ordered 30 pcs when we opened the boxes kid you not, there were ONLY DRUMS.. like where the WINGS AT? Didn't know I was at Drumstop!!! Not a single wing! This is absurd. Let the customers know before selling only drums. This is the worst Wingstop I've ever had... Drums were not hot. Definitely will not be returning. We couldn't be more upset. 12/21: *UPDATE* Received an entire new order so I am grateful for that buttt it was still wrong. . Well.. I tried. Won't revisit again. 12/20: Alyssa and cooks - I am so disappointed. Soooo I was taught by Alyssa that the LRB and Cajun was the same - the only thing that differs one from the other is sauce .. interesting right ? So Alyssa decided that she was going to hook me up with a flavor that was going to wow me.. and let me tell you .. she definitely did. Upon me driving home I discovered a bag full of NAKED wings.. no sauce .. no seasoning just bare .. it appears someone was more concerned with clocking out or going on break vs making sure the order was done correctly or someone can't follow cooking instructions .. Funny that she had no problem mentioning for me to give her a review and mentioning her so she can get credit . And honey you will get ALL of the credit - Trust! So I ended up calling and was told that I could come back tomorrow to get a refund or some wings - Manager approved. All Alyssa could say was.. My bad. Sooo yeh - thank you Evelyn and Management .. read more

Came in to get food as a group, the girl "helping" us on registered named Brea immediately came off as rude and aggressive. Since we were in a big group, we were all struggling on ordering multiple things, eventually it was time to pay but our group decided to delete the order before paying and decided to get a package instead, to make things easier. When we asked Brea if we could change the order she turned to a coworker and kept yelling "Don't make their order, THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE THEIR MIND LAST MINUET". She yelled this in front of us, very sarcastically. We didn't say anything. Then when we were figuring out the flavors for our wings (mind you there are a lot of wings so there will be a lot of flavors to pick) she kept rushing us. We paid and waited for our food. When we went to pick it up, she looked at us and sarcastically said "have a good day." At this point me and my group laughed it off because we did nothing to justify her behavior towards us. As we walked out the door she said "I swear to god if I get another b!tchy customer...". That is when we went back to the location and asked for her name. While we were waiting she was also being rude to her coworkers saying "don't talk to me unless..." it was all in a super rude and disrespectful tone and manner. Considering the fact we were just trying to get food, paid for it, and did nothing to her, being called a "b!tchy customer" and being treated with horrible courtesy from the beginning is unacceptable. All because we decided to change our order? This isn't okay read more

I'm not one to complain much about food. I'm not sure if they were in a rush because I ordered close to when they were about to stop doing pick up but my wings were ridiculously oil. Wings didn't have any flavor just oil read more

I've been to several wing stops all over the US and this is the worst one I've been to. I order mild bone-in wings with corn. Corn was so dry that is should have been cattle food and the mild wings was tasteless. Where was the sauce.? The boneless wings had so much grease in the bottom of the container that I could have fried more wings. This was my first and only time I will order from this wingstop. I've tasted better wings at the local pizza place. read more

Food was cold when received after waiting an additional 30 minutes to the 20 mins estimated time. Lady at the front counter was very aggressive and rude while yelling at me for my name she still was acting incoherent, then proceeded to act aggressive towards other customers. Service was uncomfortable and store was quiet frankly a chaotic mess. Seemed to have this experience multiple times... Hopefully management takes care of the issues that make the dining in unpleasant. read more

Wingstop is absolute garbage. I ordered boneless wings in Cajun and Hickory BBQ. One of the "wings" was literally hard as a rock and inedible. The rest tasted and looked like dried up cat poo covered with goo. The "cooks" also take forever and a day to cook the food. Never again! read more

Don't waste your time. Order wrong EVERY time, and the fries are mush. Today half the wings were plain, and fun fact, they don't bother seasoning with at least salt and pepper. Hickory barbecue sauce had a FUNKY aftertaste but the sauce itself was BLAND. Management is a joke, too. Tried to call them before, absolutely useless.. everything about this place is a waste of time. read more

It was Friday afternoon and it was very busy. The wait was longer than expected. There was one person in there who was the super star in all that location who was holding it down and nonstop helping everyone while still doing her job. Jamie was great, and she made the wait not feel as long as she kept checking and updating everyone on their order and acknowledging every new customer that came in. The rest of the team was working very hard as well. Thank you, Jamie and your team, for working hard to get my families order done correct and as soon as possible. read more

Dude, this place SUCKS. I honestly appreciate wing stop, but this ones terrible. I'm visiting my family in the area and before heading to their home, we wanted to grab wing stop. Smart thinking, I decided to place the order online. It was pretty basic , nothing crazy. 5 mild wings and 15 lemon pepper. Added 2 regular dressings and veggie sticks. Well that's not what I got. We got 5 regular wings, 15 lemon pepper , veggie sticks and NO ranch. Yes. We should have looked but really? Y'all forget hella stuff. Paid $22 for some forgetful people . Definitely would not come back to this location. Having dinner after a long drive with missing parts of the meal is whack. BYE FELICIA. read more

I would give this location less than 1 Star if I could. At 4pm I scheduled an order for pickup at 6pm. Just to get there and not get my order until over a half hour later. On top of that part of my order was missing. Food was oily and not seasoned properly. Then the staff had the nerve to act irritated when you ask about you left late order. Positives: quick, attentive service. Got a boneless chicken wing bundle...I think one day I'll try the $30 boneless bundle, I am a huge fan of boneless food...I dread working with a bone. I'm sure the chain created the boneless options for people like me, haha! This location is also located in a large plaza with plenty of parking. Negatives: a piece of chicken was on the floor at the table I was eating at...not very inviting. Also, they seemed to have only 2 or 3 workers on a Thursday afternoon and they were busy so I understand that, but it wasn't pleasant seeing tables and floors being piled with trash. read more
