I, in the past, have wondered why ratings for Wing Stop were so low as I have previously really enjoyed their wings, which, by the way, were all I had eaten from WS. Today, I had a hankering for wings, so back to WS I went. I now understand previous reviewers ratings. The wings were edible, but poorly cooked and seemed to come from older chickens. A bit tough. Skin was rubbery with no crispness at all. My wife had some tenders and they weren't. Cooked and sat around for awhile? Now, the French fries were excellent! If I just wanted fries to eat I would go to Wing Stop and buy theirs. We had decided to eat in to make our outing a bit more fun than a take out order would provide. We somewhat regret that decision. The place obviously had no heat and was cold. Additionally, some employees were non stop yakking in the prep area and one lady had a loud shrill never ending commentary to whatever the conversation was. Halfway through our meal, realizing it was causing communication problems la with my wife, I walked to the counter and asked that they hold the loud talking down. The lady told me "okay". Came in to get food as a group, the girl "helping" us on registered named Brea immediately came off as rude and aggressive. Since we were in a big group, we were all struggling on ordering multiple things, eventually it was time to pay but our group decided to delete the order before paying and decided to get a package instead, to make things easier. When we asked Brea if we could change the order she turned to a coworker and kept yelling "Don't make their order, THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE THEIR MIND LAST MINUET". She yelled this in front of us, very sarcastically. We didn't say anything. Then when we were figuring out the flavors for our wings (mind you there are a lot of wings so there will be a lot of flavors to pick) she kept rushing us. We paid and waited for our food. When we went to pick it up, she looked at us and sarcastically said "have a good day." At this point me and my group laughed it off because we did nothing to justify her behavior towards us. I've been to several wing stops all over the US and this is the worst one I've been to. I order mild bone-in wings with corn. Corn was so dry that is should have been cattle food and the mild wings was tasteless. Where was the sauce.? The boneless wings had so much grease in the bottom of the container that I could have fried more wings. This was my first and only time I will order from this wingstop. Had a huge football party this evening and stopped at Wingstop to get some wings. They let me pick 5 different flavors on my 75 wings! Ordered 75 bone in wings with all the fixins. Was told wait would be 30 minutes so I paid and went to Walmart to pick up sodas and ice. I came back 23 minutes later and my wings were done! I peeled back the corner of the aluminum box and it smelled delicious! The lady who handed me the bag advised me to hold the bag horizontal and that it was very hot to be careful. They also offered me a boneless wing with your new maple flavor, I will definitely get that flavor next visit. At home i'm the hero because your delicious wings are being eaten fast, chips and dips are getting boring. Thank you for serving delicious wings, it was a pretty big order and no hassle.
