Finally made it to the Castle Grille after hearing good talk about it from friends and reading reviews on Yelp. My wife and I stopped for a brunch time meal and we were amazed by the scope of offerings. My wife selected a burger with Ortega chilis and added avacado and cheese as well. It also came with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. A really yummy sandwich. We mentioned we planned to split it, so they cut in half nicely. I ordered the Small order of Asada fries, which also came with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, as well as the well prepared carne asada Two forks were sticking up in the tray of this. Tasty dish for us to split that also. Service was fast as well as pleasingly polite, by the young couple who were working hard for customer satisfaction with smiles and suggestions. The inside is decorated like a 1950s diner evoking pleasant memories from our youth. Also, the place was spotlessly clean. I think there are a lot of folks around the Hanford area who have yet to experience the Castle Grille, and my suggestion would be to do so at one's earliest convenience. Prices also were very fair for this economy and economy and well appreciated. A beautifully printed take out menu was given to us to be able to remember to come back and what we would be coming back for. The take call in orders for pick up an Al's gave delivery available. I absolutely love the atmosphere when I walk into Wingstop. Every visit feels welcoming and energetic, which adds to my overall experience. I often find myself stopping by just to grab their ranch dressing, which I can say is the best I've ever tasted. It has the perfect balance of creaminess and flavor, making it perfect for my dinners at home. One of the standout features of this location is the manager, Kathee. She truly has excellent customer service! I've noticed that she's always on the floor, actively working and interacting with customers, which is awesome. It's not often you see a manager so dedicated to ensuring everyone feels valued and attended to during their visit. Kathee has an incredible ability to engage with everyone, making small talk or offering helpful suggestions as I place my order, which really is the overall dining experience. I reside in Lemoore, but I make the trip to Hanford specifically for their delicious food and, of course, that irresistible ranch. It would be fantastic if they had a location closer to home, but I believe the drive is absolutely worth it for the quality of their offerings. I always leave satisfied and looking forward to my next meal! read more
