Had a huge football party this evening and stopped at Wingstop to get some wings. They let me pick 5 different flavors on my 75 wings! Ordered 75 bone in wings with all the fixins. Was told wait would be 30 minutes so I paid and went to Walmart to pick up sodas and ice. I came back 23 minutes later and my wings were done! I peeled back the corner of the aluminum box and it smelled delicious! The lady who handed me the bag advised me to hold the bag horizontal and that it was very hot to be careful. They also offered me a boneless wing with your new maple flavor, I will definitely get that flavor next visit. At home i'm the hero because your delicious wings are being eaten fast, chips and dips are getting boring. Thank you for serving delicious wings, it was a pretty big order and no hassle. Don't waste your time here on the weekends. No exaggeration, we have been waiting 45 minutes for wings. Got the food and the fries were COLD. What in the bajeebees was the long wait for? If I wanted sub par cold fries I'd be eating in 5 minutes at McDonalds. When I asked front of house staff for their manager's business card and told them the time was a bit ridiculous for not being a sit down restaurant (even Applebees serves food in under 20 min), the female at the front retorted with "well you shouldn't have come during our prime business hours". I rolled my eyes so hard they still hurt. Michael Durso (manager) you need to train your Friday night staff better or not leave them incapable and understaffed so they are not able to perform their job. This will be our last time here. This Wingstop has the worst service ever and EXTREMELY slow. I can get a whole family dinner from Applebee's way faster than a 6 piece meal here. Super disappointed and the workers are never welcoming and have bad attitudes. I can say twice on two different visits my wings sauce is falling out into the bag and when I get home it seems like I order plain wings. They always seem to forget one set of flavored wings. We got a family meal of 30 boneless wings, veggie sticks, dipping sauces, and an order of large fries all for under $30. Next time I will just order online ahead of time and then pick up my food.
