I got the mild wings and he got the cajun wings and the voodoo fries. The wings were pretty good. The voodoo fries were smothered in nacho cheese, ranch, and cajun. Disgustingly oily, i almost got sick out of how much the chicken absorbed. Every bite was juicy but not in a good way. The food not only tastes like trash but a few friends worked there and it not a good work environment for people of color. The management is terrible to the workers. I will never eat here again. Don't waste your time here on the weekends. No exaggeration, we have been waiting 45 minutes for wings. Got the food and the fries were COLD. What in the bajeebees was the long wait for? If I wanted sub par cold fries I'd be eating in 5 minutes at McDonalds. When I asked front of house staff for their manager's business card and told them the time was a bit ridiculous for not being a sit down restaurant (even Applebees serves food in under 20 min), the female at the front retorted with "well you shouldn't have come during our prime business hours". I rolled my eyes so hard they still hurt. Michael Durso (manager) you need to train your Friday night staff better or not leave them incapable and understaffed so they are not able to perform their job. This will be our last time here. I always come here because the wings are good ! But it never fails I have to come right back to fix my order. I can say twice on two different visits my wings sauce is falling out into the bag and when I get home it seems like I order plain wings. They always seem to forget one set of flavored wings. Every time I go there l, they are usually Goofing off in the kitchen on their phones with no gloves on. I've been to many wing stops before but this one is terrible... I ordered traditional garlic Parmesan and mild and both wings were wayyy over cooked! They were so hard to bite into! On top of that the garlic Parmesan was sitting a puddle of oil. It had no flavor what so ever! There was a few Parmesan pieces on wings but other than that there was no garlic flavor at all. Ordered through door dash after a long drive home. They missed one of our bags that had the plain strips for the kids. When I called back they said they couldn't deliver themselves and I'd have to order through door dash again if I wanted the rest delivered. Not wanting to go through that again we went to pick it up. We had lunch there today. The staff was very kind and professional. The restaurant was clean, which is refreshing considering it's a fast food place. Didn't take long to get our food. While waiting for my order an elderly woman came in to pick up four full bags of food. The manager Mike (or Tony, I forget) wasn't having it and insisted helping her and carried all of her food to her car. I was severely impressed. I'm not sure if our experience was just bad because of the specific location or if they are all like this. Our fries were old and tasted like they had sugar on them.
