First time trying Wingstop and to say the least my boyfriend and I were HIGHLY disappointed. We are avid returners of Buffalo Wild Wings... we had high hopes and were let down. I'm not sure if our experience was just bad because of the specific location or if they are all like this. Our fries were old and tasted like they had sugar on them. My boyfriend ordered the mild sauce and it was oily instead of being a wing sauce. I had the garlic Parmesan and it seemed if my boneless wings were just tossed in Parmesan cheese. We might return to a different location perhaps in Fresno but will not be returning to the one in Hanford. read more

I have gone to this location 3 times and 2 out of those three I was not happy with how my food came out. Wingstop is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm out and about. Today Tuesday Nov 15th I placed my order online as I usually do, took me 10 minute to get there. As I got there I was helped and paid for my 8pc combo half lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. My two favorite flavors. I had asked the young lady how much longer until my order was ready and she said coming up next about 2 minutes. So I went to the drink station and got my drink and sat down on the bench in front of the registers. I waited about another 20 minutes. Getting pretty irritated. Seems as if they didn't start my order until I got there. Which is pretty upsetting, the fact I ordered online so that my food would be done or I wouldn't have to wait long. But that didn't happen. What's the point of ordering online or over the phone if they haven't even started cooking my order. So now that I have waited 20 minutes in the restaurant plus the 10 minutes it took for me to get there after I placed my order. I get my food and open it up. And my fires are completely over cooked, not tasty at all as they should be and my wings not coated enough to get the wonderful flavors I love. We were really excited to try the new Wing Stop but it was very dissapointing. I get they are still trying to work out kinks. We had to wait 27 minutes for a 30 pack of wings and then the soda machine didn't work. When the wings arrived they were the smallest chicken wings I had ever seen. We tried three different sauces ; Garlic parmesean; mild and honey bbq. The garlic parmesean were all parmesean...it was overwhelming. The other two were just ok. We had to send back our fries that were so salty they were inedible. They also have a different texture...kind of mushy. The layout is pretty cramped and we had to stand up to let the people behind us out of their seats. It was also very noisy. Also they have a large window so you can see into the kitchen were the cooks are making the food. All I could concentrate on was the big sauce bowls they just keep using over and over again with flies landing on them. read more

My first time going into this location I was looking over a menu and noticed one of the young male employees hop up and sit on top of the counter and keep talking to his coworker... just sitting there, on the counter in front of everyone where they put out the food orders. The employees continued talking and laughing amongst each other while another continued taking orders. I put down the menu and walked out. Haven't been back since. This is the second time I've been here at wingstop and the first time was worse. The classic wings are by far the better choice, less salty and a lot more hot (fresh) the boneless wings that we tried were bbq and mild, they were way to salty and the fries are as well. We had to rub the salt off as we ate. The ice tea should have been considered water, geezer$1.99 for that, what a huge disappointment. So if you give this place a chance get water, and stick with Classic wings. read more

I am completely IN LOVE with wing stop. One of my favorite places to eat in the world but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was straight up ignored 5 times until I had to basically yell to get one of the workers who was standing five feet away from me to respond to me. The atmosphere of this place was so inviting. It was bright and clean. I didn't notice that it was new under management. Nonetheless, the new manager Michael is definitely doing a great job keeping up with the store. They greeted us with smiles and gave us great customer service. Given this place at least 8 chances because I LOVE the rolls! I had a great experience when they first opened but ever since It has gotten worse and worse. Between long wait times after already waiting 60 min for an online order, to losing orders, to giving the wrong food, it has hit a low. Just placed an order online for a 30 piece drums only which is an additional $3.00 mind you, Plus fries and the heavenly rolls. The online system said it would take about 20 min, I custom timed it to 7pm (adding an extra 15 min because it's never ready on time) and when I arrived at 6:59 I could tell there were no items ready though the restaurant was basically empty besides one or two customers. When the cashier read back our order she said "we're out of rolls today, is that ok?" No, it's not ok. First off, why on earth knowing that you are out of rolls when you see the order come in not call the phone number provided to let the customer know. Honestly chicken shack is far superior in customer service and quality anyway I only go to wingstop because of those delicious rolls. Second, these people want $15 an hour? What's up wingstop help turn your Hanford store around. Also, as soon as we walked in I could tell they were dropping our wings in the fryer, the loss of food and money could have been prevented just by simply hiring decent employees. read more

I was expecting this to be a sports bar. Yes they are showing football games but instrumental music will put you to SLEEP. C'mon it's a Saturday night!!!! Wing are soooo greasy. I would like a little bit of wings to go with my grease and parmesean cheese please (sarcasm ).
