Japanese umbrellas

The service was good. For the most part the Korean ribs were good. I had a few pieces with a lot of fat on them. The fried rice was good. The ambiance here is nicely decorated with Japanese umbrellas and butterflies and origami.

Ordered for takeout. 1. Fried swai fish appetizer: super big pieces & portion! 5 pieces. Nice a crispy! With quite a decent amount of fish meat. Came with tartar sauce. Very yummy! 2. Grilled salmon with fried rice & egg drop soup: salmon pieces are a bit thin & had skin on still. Just wish the pieces were thicker. Plus mine might have been slightly over cooked, but overall satisfied with the dish! Fried rice was cooked perfectly. Broccoli was nice to have in the combo to balance everything out. Soup was simple but hit the spot. Very satisfied with the food from here! :)

Combination Ramen.

I absolutely love their combination ramen! It hits the spot every time! The staff is very polite and attentive! They even bring you a little coffee dessert after your meal. It's always very clean and delicious.

#19 Chicken Noodle Pho, Thai Tea

1st timer! How have I not tried this place yet? I was greeted right when I walked in. The kids up front taking orders are so sweet, I could pinch their cheeks. I got takeout and my order came out quickly! Food was still boiling hot when I got home, and was delicious as expected. Thai tea is flavorful and sweet. 10/10 spot!

#1 Beef Pho

I stopped by for lunch while working in the area. The service was okay. It's what I would expect from an Asian restaurant. The #16 Beef Pho was good. The broth was light but had enough flavor. The protein/meats in the broth was okay. I liked that the tendon was soft and melts in your mouth and they had tripe. I didn't like that I only get 1 meatball that was cut into 4 pieces and there was not that much meat for a large pho. I give this place a 4 star because the price of the dishes was cheap. Can't find decent pho at these prices in Central Valley anymore. I come he

My husband and I have been so curious to try this place and finally made the decision to visit today. So happy we did! After living in the Bay Area and relocating to Hanford, we were definitely missing a pho spot to go to. We both got the beef brisket pho and it was delicious! The broth is very rich and after adding our favorite toppings, it just warmed up our bellies and gave us the taste we've been craving. We also ordered lychee and tarp boba milk teas which tastes just as great as when you go to a boba shop. We will be back for sure and we can't wait to try other dishes from the menu! *The coffee cake was a great touch and wasn't too sweet or overwhelming.

Stopped here from the delay of train to bus and had lunch. Tasty, but not enough time to eat. Walking there, 99¢ store (long lines), ordered, walked back and bus already there. Glad I chose them. Great sweet tea.

So let me start off with saying I am originally from SoCal so I know good pho. Now happy eats isn't the best pho in california but it is the best pho I have had in Hanford hands down, which is extra impressive because I am pretty sure this is a Chinese run restaurant. We order the #16 beef pho and salt and pepper chicken! This establishment earned a 5 star review for multiple reasons 1. They have EXCELLENT service. Honestly, the service was so good it made the food taste better. My partner and I came in really close to closing time but were too hungry to order to go. They were extremely attentive and kind to us and made sure we got our food fast and hot! 2. We had the salt and pepper chicken which was DELICIOUS. Extremely hot, fresh crispy, and perfectly seasoned. My partner and I wanted to inhale it all while it was fresh but had to restrain ourselves since we also ordered the pho. 3. The pho broth was quite soothing and had a good amount of beefyness! There wasn't a ton of meat but was a good amount for the bowl and had excellent variety. 4. Last we had a piece of cake! So this is truly an asian style tiramisu cake. It was light and not too sweet which I really liked! It isn't the best cake but it reminded me of the cakes you can get from a bakery in 99 ranch and it made me a teeny bit home sick! Overall a solid location! This is probably my GO TO PHO and fried chicken place from now on! We will definitely be back!

The only thing that it concerned me was that the sesame balls were too small. I have had these at another place and they are bigger than these. It kind of disappointed me. Maybe for the price was ok but I wouldn't mind paying a little bit more as long as they were bigger.

The place is pretty small, so it definitely gets busy at night. Going during lunch was the move. I got seated super fast with no wait. It took a little time to order, but once I did, the food came out pretty quickly. I tried the wonton soup and it was good, the broth had really nice flavor. I also got the beef chow mein and really liked it. The beef pieces were a good size and tasted really good. I also tried the pork soup dumplings and those were really good. They come with a little sauce to put inside, but I didn't really care for it and honestly didn't need it. The dumplings had great flavor on their own. I also tried the house spicy chicken and loved it. It wasn't spicy in my opinion, but I liked that the chicken was a little crunchy. I think it's fried and then tossed in their sauce, which was really good. I got white rice to go with it, best decision. Overall, the food was really good and I'm glad I finally tried this place. If you're around during lunchtime, I definitely recommend it. They'll get you in and out pretty quickly.

Outstanding Service & Delicious Food!…read more I had such a great experience at Maui Pho, and I have to give a special shoutout to Amy for her amazing customer service! From the moment we walked in, Amy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She made us feel comfortable right away and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She checked in at just the right times, gave great menu recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. On top of that, the food was incredible--fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. You can really tell they care about both the quality of their food and the experience they give their customers. Amy truly made our visit memorable. If you're coming here, definitely ask for her--you won't be disappointed! Can't wait to come back!

The menu is an interesting mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, and local Hawaiian dishes. The service was really friendly and the food was delicious. We were a little concerned as we've found in the past when restaurants mix different cuisines they tend to do each poorly or not as good as places that focus on the individual types.
