I was so excited to eat my pho until I saw a hair in my food. I'm so sad I to say I will not be going there anymore

So let me start off with saying I am originally from SoCal so I know good pho. Now happy eats isn't the best pho in california but it is the best pho I have had in Hanford hands down, which is extra impressive because I am pretty sure this is a Chinese run restaurant. We order the #16 beef pho and salt and pepper chicken! This establishment earned a 5 star review for multiple reasons 1. They have EXCELLENT service. Honestly, the service was so good it made the food taste better. My partner and I came in really close to closing time but were too hungry to order to go. They were extremely attentive and kind to us and made sure we got our food fast and hot! 2. We had the salt and pepper chicken which was DELICIOUS. Extremely hot, fresh crispy, and perfectly seasoned. My partner and I wanted to inhale it all while it was fresh but had to restrain ourselves since we also ordered the pho. 3. The pho broth was quite soothing and had a good amount of beefyness! There wasn't a ton of meat but was a good amount for the bowl and had excellent variety. 4. Last we had a piece of cake! So this is truly an asian style tiramisu cake. It was light and not too sweet which I really liked! It isn't the best cake but it reminded me of the cakes you can get from a bakery in 99 ranch and it made me a teeny bit home sick! Overall a solid location! I have been eating here since they opened and very rarely had any issues. Well today I ordered the lunch size broccoli and beef with a side of steamed rice. While I was walking my merry way back into work, my broccoli & beef fell to the ground. The box they put the food in was weak, all of the juice seeped out and drenched the brown paper bag they used. I stood there in shock ready to cry lol. I didn't even take a picture because I was so upset. Anyway, I decided to reorder and informed them of why I was calling in the same order. So I been looking for a place to get pho for this cold weather. I know there's some in Visalia, but I don't want to have to drive there all the time. So the wife and I finally tried Happy Eats because I saw they had pho. We ordered the brisket pho, salt and pepper squid appetizer, taro boba milk tea, and lychee boba milk tea. All I gotta say is the food was great. The pho was amazing. The brisket was tender and the soup had lots of flavor. The squid was crunchy and really good too. The milk teas were just as great. Usually I only get Taro Milk Tea from Quickly's because their's is the best out of every boba spot I have tried from local boba spots to chains. The lychee was different in a good way. I think the star of the show was the salt & pepper squid aka calamari. I order calamari often and this was way better than any I've had with a great combo of spices.
