The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of classic dishes like lo mein, fried rice,…read moredumplings, and egg rolls, was some items that kept things interesting. The spicy chicken was perfectly crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. Everything was fresh, hot, and constantly being refilled, which is always a big plus for a buffet. The food was freshly prepared not overly greasy or salty. the vegetables were crisp. The sushi and soup station added extra value, and the dessert options, while simple, were a nice way to end the meal. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive and friendly, and plates were cleared promptly. For the price, the variety and quality offered make this place a great choice for families, groups, or anyone craving a satisfying Chinese buffet experience. I'd definitely come back again.

We got a hot pot with two different broths and proceded to order some meats and pick out some veggies from the buffet area. The server was delightful. Overall, the hot pot was good. When we moved onto the other regular buffet dishes, things took a downward turn. I couldn't find anything that was good, other than the sushi. Every hot dish we tried was disappointing. With other hot pot options in the area, I don't know if we'd return.

Better than Amritsar!…read more Coming from Los Angeles, we weren't sure where to pick given the many Desi options, but this restaurant was an incredible find. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Sandeep Kaur. It was inspiring to see an all-female team running the show with such dedication. The food was beyond authentic. We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Tadka Dal, and rice, and every bite was remarkably fresh. The Kulcha was the star of the show--presented sizzler-style under hot tava with fumes still rising. Honestly, it tasted even better than the kulchas we had in Amritsar last year! The Tadka Dal and yellow rice were the perfect, delicious compliments to the meal. We desperately need a North Indian spot of this caliber in SoCal. We're already wishing they'd open a branch in the LA area. Thank you Sandeep kaur for your hospitality and the service.

Second visit here and food was great as before. This time we ordered Samosa Chaat and Hakka Noodles…read morethat came as the first course. Both were a little more on the spicier side than expected. I prefer the regular samosa over samosa chaat. I was missing the crispiness of it. Hakka noodles ended up being too spicy to our niece so we ordered a second one with just the tomato base which was still delicious. Since there was only one server for all the tables and pick ups, it took awhile to get our food. We had plain Roti (1 per order), Butter Naan (4 per order), Shahi Paneer, and Paneer Tikki Masala. Again both of the dishes were flavorful and creamy and had a kick of spiciness. Unlike other Indian places I've been to they do not ask you what level of spice you would like. Roti and rice were nice but I would not order the Butter Naan again. You cannot taste the butter even though it was glossy. Their food were delicious! Hopefully they get more severs for days where it's busy.

The…read moresign out front says "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" so I can't speak for the service or food under the old management but the service and food under NEW management was incredible! The staff was extremely kind and attentive throughout the entire dinner service! Now let's talk about the food! I've only ever had Indian food about three times in my life and Twisted Indian is hands-down my new favorite! I ordered the samosas appetizers. I love that they were fried but somehow not greasy! First time having samosas, and I'm a huge fan! I loved the dipping sauces for them! For main course I got the thali with butter chicken and lamb curry for my 2 dish options. The thali comes with naan, which you can substitute for garlic naan at no extra charge (I'm pretty sure since my bill was so cheap haha), cucumber salad, basmati rice, AND chana masala which is a chickpea curry! Alllll of that for $17.99! This was also my first time trying butter chicken and oooohhhhhMYYYYYGOD! Sooo freaking good! That's going to be my new favorite go to. I typically order chingri Malai curry (coconut shrimp curry) when I got to Indian resturants since coconut curry is my absolute favorite but I wanted to try something new and I'm so glad I did! Twisted Indian's butter chicken is fantastic! I don't think they have a malai option but that's okay! Next up, the lamb curry! So rich and tender! I couldn't believe it's a the option for lamb with the thali cuz it's an expensive meat but they didn't skimp on quality! Lastly, dessert. I have such a sweet tooth so if I can get dessert, I will! And they had another new thing I've never had before: Gulab juman à la mode (served with vanilla ice cream)! Think the Pancake Puppies from Denny's but 10000% better! Long story long: I HIGHLY recommend Twisted Indian and I can't wait to go back!

I get the two Naan Tacos with butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. The tables are clam. The chairs are comfortable. They play Indian music in here and the decor is pleasing.
