The casino floor is massive and impressive, but the dining experience falls short. The menu is surprisingly limited, offering almost no variety to choose from, and the food quality simply doesn't match the grand scale of the property. I had the Wagu Bacon Cheeseburger it was mid. It was lunch time which was not busy at all. And our order took a really long time to get served. When the food came my fries were cool and the burger was warm. I'm huge on ranch and to my surprise it had No Flavor at all Such a disappointment... I expected way more from a Casino because the food is usually the best!! But I'll have to pass on by next time and stick with the local Casinos in Fresno....

Had dinner here on Sunday, May 25. The Coyote Grille is located inside the Tachi Palace Casino. After having some fun at the casino with my parents, we ended up having dinner here. We ordered the clam chowder, the shrimp Louie salad, and the Seabass and shrimp ceviche. All of the food was fresh and delicious. The clam chowder was amazing... and just as delicious as the one I had in Georgetown on the East Coast. The chowder was loaded with clams and potatoes, and was very creamy, silky, and smooth. The bread service was great, the rolls were fresh, and the butter was delicious. The shrimp Louie salad was share a bowl and included fresh greens as well as giant prawns that were tasty and fresh. The dressing was not the traditional thousand island dressing, the restaurant added a little bit of horseradish to theirs. I did not really care for it so next time I order this, I will ask for regular thousand island dressing. We also ordered fried mushrooms, and they were delicious. They came on a bed of a small micro salad with a little bit of the horseradish sauce on top. I will definitely order those again. The ambience and service was great. The restaurant is right next to one of the main entrances and the bar so there is a lot of movement and things going on around you. The wait staff and hostess were great. Their menu consists of other things such as various cuts of steaks, chicken, fish, and pasta. I'm looking forward to trying other things when I return. Enjoy!

I absolutely love the upgrades! This is now a true steakhouse. My husband and I enjoyed a New York steak and Chicken Jerusalem. Everything was so delicious. We also had a side of creamed spinach which was very tasty and cheesy. The service was great and the ambiance was romantic. I can't wait to come back in November for my birthday.

Service and food was excellent. We had the Eggs Benedict and potato hash. Very good. Would definitely get this again.

We tried the new brunch today. They are open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday til 2. It was really good! I got the pancakes with berries and my husband ordered bacon eggs and toast. It's a little pricy since everything is a la carte but delicious.

Saturday, 3/11/2023 - Tried Coyote Grille at Tachi Palace Casino Resort. Address is 17225 Jersey Ave, Lemoore, CA 93245. When we arrived, I saw there was still construction going on. Parking was a little further away. But it wasn't a far walk. It was a nice, sunny and warm day. This review is ONLY for the restaurant and not the casino. Pros: 1) water tasted great. No metal, funky, or weird taste. 2) our server was very nice. 3) bathroom is outside the restaurant in the casino. So if you need the bathroom, you gotta walk out of the restaurant. Which is normal at lots of casinos. 4) all of our food dishes were delicious. Salmon cooked perfect. Not dry at all. Flavor were good on all the dishes. Even the calamari was perfectly cooked, but a little on the salty side. Sushi was delicious. 5) they provided a complimentary ice cream for birthdays. So sweet. Cons: 1) we arrived at 6pm. It was an hour-ish wait. 2) Our server didn't really check up on us. 3) we were celebrating a birthday. Our server brought out ice cream and one spoon. I guess she forgot that the rest of us was still there. We had to ask for more spoons so we can share the ice cream. 4) after our server brought our tab to us, she disappeared. We waited for a while for her to come get the tab from us. Only to find out on our own, we had to go to the front to pay. Would have been nice if our server told us. Conclusion: I liked this restaurant. It wasn't bad. The foods were good. Our server was very nice. She just needed to communicate with us and let us know we needed to go pay at the front. We thought it was like other restaurants where the server would bring you the tab and pick up the tab. Now we know.

Once we were seated we ordered right away when we were asked for the drinks. They have the app where when we were waiting to be seated we were checking the menu. That was very convenient It made it faster for us to eat. The waiter was very attentive. He brought us everything we asked for and kept on asking if we were ok. He was very good and helpful. Great service. I ordered the crab salad roll with avocado and jalapeños on top. It was really good!! The waited brought me soy sauce and siracha! It was Really good. My Mother in Law ordered the chicken fried steak It came with very creamy mashed potatoes and green beans. She said that her steak was not dried and juice. The potatoes were very creamy like I mention before and the green beans had yummy flavor. We were very satisfied with the service and the food.

    Bourbon Pecan Pie

We came for a late night snack. I had bourbon pecan pie and a side of ice cream. My friend had Mexicali Role. Both items were delicious! The ice cream tasted perfect with the pie and the beautifully plated sushi was just enough for two. It was topped with string crab, jalapeño, and siracha which gave it a lil' kick. This was perfect for a late night snack but can very well be good for lunch as well.

This was our first visit to Tachi Palace Casino and if it wasn't for the staff and wonderful food at Coyote Grill, we wouldn't make another trip down here. Let's start out with our first day. After mass confusion with the security team and restaurant management we finally got the ok to bring our own bottle of wine for dinner. Our waitress Xochitl was our saving grace and the best waitress ever. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. I thought we finally hit the jackpot but it wasn't over. Then came the hot bread with a garlic season. This was a perfect fit with our bottle of wine. Next came the Harris Ranch Filet. This steak was to die for. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. After the first day we could help ourselves. We had to do our second visit to make sure the first one wasn't a fluke. No surprise, it was exactly the same and perfect. We also got to meet another good waiter, Christian. This young man is an up and coming star when he gets his wine poring skills perfected. Keep it up Christian, great job! Last but not least, you have to give props to the manager Carmen. These two are under her supervision and it shows that she is doing a great job! I wanted to get a pic of the steak, but it was too good to wait for a snap shot. So here's a pic of that awesome house made bread. Enjoy folks, this is a great restaurant.

Dragon Roll, Prime Rib Dip, Chow Mein, Coyote Nachos

We have been starting to explore the restaurants at Tachi (only 2 so far) and this is our favorite! Let me start by saying our server Adam was amazing. He checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed when he was given a bigger table. He even brought us a pitcher of water so we wouldn't run out if his bigger table kept him away. We ordered dessert first to make sure we would enjoy it and got the pecan praline cheesecake. It is so good! Between the three of us we ate it in about 10 minutes trying to take our time but it was amazing. We ordered a few entrees to share and got a dragon roll, an order of chow mein (all in), and the steak dip sandwich with fries. We also ordered the coyote nachos. Everything was amazing, the prices weren't bad, and we had tons leftover. Where we sat you could kind if hear the band outside which my son loved and even though it was super crowded, it didn't feel like the tables were too close that you felt stuck. It was literally such an amazing experience. I never remember my servers so the fact that I do a week later shows he made a good impression! They also offer military discount which is always appreciated!

There's limited parking here but we've never had an issue finding one right away. Once you walk in, you're greeted with smiles and a very cozy atmosphere. Good amount of seating... we've gotten a booth all 3 times. Nice and comfy, right by the bar. First visit, we ordered the combination plate. The 3 item combo, just so we could try 3 different items at once. The 3 item choices: taco, enchilada, mini chile verde burrito. It was a toss-up between the enchilada (cheese) and the taco (shredded beef) for me for what I liked best, the burrito was in last place-- too much meat for me (which is heaven for most people I know). It wasn't the best I've ever had but the enchilada was still really good, nice flavor. What surprised me more was the taco. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. The crunchiness of the taco shell with the beef, lettuce, and cheese... good combo. Next two visits, we were informed they had Quesabirria tacos so obviously, we had to order it. The second visit was with the girls, for the special holiday cocktails. I got the Winter-Burry Margarita which was freaking yummy. The Birria tacos were delicious, and filling. The consume was really good, needed a bigger cup of that lol. One of the other girls ordered their tamales which tasted good as well. I just took a small bite so can't speak much on that. The third visit, we ordered the Birria Tacos again-- that's how much we liked it. Plus, we were in Lemoore to pick up some cake orders (shoutout to Bebe the Baker) so knocked two birds with one stone. Now, for the real winner of this joint... the chips & salsa +guac! Not to say the food wasn't yummy but man-- we loved their chips! The Classics!! They were perfection. I don't like to think of myself as an easy sell... but I kinda am sometimes lmao and yes, good chips is all it takes sometimes! Doesn't take much to make me happy. This is a family-owned business and they're doing pretty damn good for themselves. Show your support and give them a try!

The problem is when you look at Mr. beast burger's phots and food description it's supposed to be made with a fresh pressed ground beef. I don't care for the burgers from foster freeze so I don't go there. I spent $63 ordering food from Mr. beast burger through door dash, oh did I mention you can only order the food through a third-party. When the food arrived it was not the food that was advertised or pictured on Mr. beast burger, it was literally the foster freeze food with a different label slapped on it. I was very disappointed because it was not at all what I expected. Shame on Foster freeze for serving a foster freeze burger under the Mr. beast Burger franchise name. When I called foster freeze to address the issue with them they stated that Mr. beast burger corporate office has not provided them with the proper meat so they can actually make a Mr. Beast burger. I'm disappointed to see that foster freeze continuing to sell a product that they can't produce because they don't have the right ingredient and I'm disappointed that Mr. beast burger has not supplied the proper food supplies to their franchisee. I really wish I had taken a picture of the food that night but unfortunately I didn't. I can tell you this that about 70% of the food that we ordered went into the trash, it was not a good meal at all.
