Ive come here a few times,, at random times during the day, usually during busy hours and the workers are always polite and friendly . the line doesn't bother me because I know they're trying their best with how busy they are. I think both times I was attended by Selena , and she's great, I hope management recognizes that. I drive thru Jacks today. Hadn't eaten there in at least 10 years. I asked for extra crispy fries. I live less than a mile from the store. My fries were soggy and cold. My food thermometer said the fries were 88*. It was hotter than that outside! My chicken strips were 120*. Does the Health Department know what temperature this place is serving it's food at? I ordered bbq sauce and got ranch. And my soda had drips running down the cup. Apparently no one in that restaurant cares about what they're serving. read more

The app said ready in five minutes but I have a family of six so we showed up about 20 minutes after placing the order and it was still hot and ready. Got the Snoop Box and a variety of cheeseburgers and tacos. The staff was friendly and helpful, this place usually has a line but it's fast food what more can someone expect? Absolutely the worst Jacks food I have ever received!! Couldn't even eat... if I didn't live 6 miles away, I would take it back! Ordered 2 tacos, chicken pita, onion rings. Tacos cold and hard as had been sitting... chicken in the pita was rubbery, couldn't chew it, my dog wouldn't eat it either! Onion rings cold and dry. No way had this food been cooked when I ordered it. It was food they just stuffed in the bag, not caring how it was. Ordered food tonight from the drive-through, and they made us pull around front, which is fine, but then it took 15 minutes to get our food. When we got home, we were missing half the order went back, and they gave us what was missing. Then we get home and open the salad and realize they gave us the wrong dressing. I am quite impressed with my visit to Jack-in-the-box. They have a new two for three Breakfast Jack sandwich which is quite good. Not to mention the order I had, which was the Spicy Sriracha burger. That burger is messy, spicy, and delicious! Most definitely got my highest recommendation. Only downfall is the process are a bit high. But Jack doesn't disappoint! read more

The new loaded tiny tacos are decent nice flavor but could be crunchier, we also tried the chicken sandwich which is just a regular chicken sandwich it's bland and there's no flavor to it. The jr bacon cheeseburger doesn't have as many toppings and the meat doesn't look as appealing. The bacon cheeseburger looks smashed like it went through a machine. Both of the buns look buttery. I give the review a two star for effort could be better and needs improvement. read more

OK I wanted a quick bite on the way home. So I figured that I could go through the drive through. I had my children in the car and wanted to grab and go home. I ordered a #21 which is supposed to be a breakfast sandwich bacon sausage eggs and cheese with hash brown, however I don't like eggs so I said NOT EGGS. Then I got a #13 for my son chicken strips with curly fries. For my daughter I got her a kids chicken nugget meal. Well I got my order got home and handed out all the food. My daughter was happy, son was happy. I sat down to eat my food and guess what. I had the #21 with breakfast sandwich with a big fat egg on it. So I about puked as I said NO EGG. I had to toss my sandwich and only got a hash brown and Ice-T. I was pissed as I seen the screen pop up at drive thru as NO-Egg and I got a sandwich with egg. So I am not going to get to this place again. I can't stand going some where that don't listen to you. The only way I will go back to this Jack in the Box is if the Manager delievers my sandwich the right way to my door step seeing I went to their door step and just wasted $5.62 on something I couldn't eat. Also the little girls that are working there need hearing checked along with their attitudes. I am sorry I don't look like Brad Pit and have a sports car. I am married with two kids and IDGAF what you think about how I should look I am a paying customer. SO in the end I am unhappy and the ONLY way this would get fixed is if the manager comes to my door step with the right sandwich. I absolutely love the customer service provided at the Jack in the Box in Lemoore, CA. I think a lot of other fast food chain restaurants can learn from them about what good customer service really is. I am always greeted pleasantly and never feeled rushed when placing my order. I always order a Caramel Iced Coffee and it always taste fresh. I've had some pretty terrible iced coffees that taste like burnt coffee seeds. On 5/7/21 I placed a $32.75 order at the Lemoore location which was definitely not worth the money or service. When I arrived to work, I was missing a sandwich and one was done incorrectly.
