Third time is a charm, I will drive to Hanford to get food from now on. Lemoore restaurant is a joke, the service is so slow that the food is cold by the time you get it! Owner's step up and hire a few more people because right now it's a fail!!!! read more

Adriana was rude and rushing us through our already very short order. We asked for a munchie meal and because she was rushing, she didn't put our order in right. Do better dude, or get a different job that you can do correctly. read more

Ive come here a few times,, at random times during the day, usually during busy hours and the workers are always polite and friendly . the line doesn't bother me because I know they're trying their best with how busy they are. I think both times I was attended by Selena , and she's great, I hope management recognizes that. I appreciate the great customer service , and attitude given the fact that they have lines both inside and in the drive thru. the food is always good as well . Great job! appreciate you selena ! read more

Food always cold and always mess up order o. Roof if it they still make you wait out in front and take along time nothings never prepared manger rude fries always cold or burnt charcoal taste to expensive to not be at full potential read more

The lady working at 2:54am on 9/30 was rude. I said "Hello after a few minutes" and she said, 'Could you please give me a minute?" with attitude. Instead of checking if a person is in the drive-thru, then saying I'll be there in just a moment like most fast food places do, she should have given a proper greeting. read more

Always forgets the tiny taco sauce, buttermilk ranch, and burgers always have hard bread. Sometimes the patties taste like cardboard

What is the point of a Mobile App if I'm still going to get parked. This location is notorious for parking people just to meet their drive thru time. read more

I drive thru Jacks today. Hadn't eaten there in at least 10 years. I asked for extra crispy fries. I live less than a mile from the store. My fries were soggy and cold. My food thermometer said the fries were 88*. It was hotter than that outside! My chicken strips were 120*. Does the Health Department know what temperature this place is serving it's food at? I ordered bbq sauce and got ranch. And my soda had drips running down the cup. Apparently no one in that restaurant cares about what they're serving. read more

Ordered online and the food was ready when we got there. The app said ready in five minutes but I have a family of six so we showed up about 20 minutes after placing the order and it was still hot and ready. Got the Snoop Box and a variety of cheeseburgers and tacos. The staff was friendly and helpful, this place usually has a line but it's fast food what more can someone expect? Great for a quick food run! No mistakes were made on the order. The personnel who work here are doing a great job! read more

Absolutely the worst Jacks food I have ever received!! Couldn't even eat... if I didn't live 6 miles away, I would take it back! Ordered 2 tacos, chicken pita, onion rings. Tacos cold and hard as had been sitting... chicken in the pita was rubbery, couldn't chew it, my dog wouldn't eat it either! Onion rings cold and dry. No way had this food been cooked when I ordered it. It was food they just stuffed in the bag, not caring how it was. This is not the 1st time I've gotten crappy food at this location, actually 2 wks ago I tried to eat here, and it was sub par. But I was hoping to give benefit of the doubt. We'll never again, won't return to this location. Seems like lack of management, lack of competent employees or lack of both. Very sad hope I don't get sick from the few bites I ate. read more

Ordered food tonight from the drive-through, and they made us pull around front, which is fine, but then it took 15 minutes to get our food. When we got home, we were missing half the order went back, and they gave us what was missing. Then we get home and open the salad and realize they gave us the wrong dressing. I'm not sure what's going on, but the service has gone downhill. read more

The worse ever. I ordered my food, and 11 cars done already got there food and left in drive through. Sat and waited, and a guy came in and made a order and was out in 2 minutes. mind you my order was not being made. WORSE CUSTOMER CARE EVER. WILL NOT BE SEEING ME THERE. I HAD TO FIGHT FOR A SPOT AT A TABLE CAUSE IT IS INFESTED WITH FLYS. read more

I am quite impressed with my visit to Jack-in-the-box. They have a new two for three Breakfast Jack sandwich which is quite good. Not to mention the order I had, which was the Spicy Sriracha burger. That burger is messy, spicy, and delicious! Most definitely got my highest recommendation. Only downfall is the process are a bit high. But Jack doesn't disappoint! read more

The service at this Jack in the Box is terrible, I placed an online order and it still took like 20 minutes, and the girl helping us apparently hated her job. I love Jack in the Box but they need to step up their customer care. read more

This Jack in the box was the worst I had in my life. I ordered 2 orders of tacos and a large fries. Something sooo simple, one of the tacos had extra uncooked cheese, 3 tacos had nothing but meat in them. The fries were soggy and with extra salt. TERRIBLE. read more

Very good and clean place to eat always friendly staff. Recommend for late night snack when your hungry.

Food here is good but service is horrible. Everytime I come here I end up waiting an eternity...

Just left there (8:18 pm) and the two gentlemen at the drive thru had AMAZING customer ... best I've encountered from this place and I've lived here for 4 years!!! Unfortunately I couldn't catch one of their names but Isaiah was the gentleman who took my order and he was so great I had to praise him at the window. This place needs more workers like these two. Keep it up guys:) read more

Disclaimer: I am not important nor should you let one person's opinion sway you. Enjoy. This is fast food... I don't expect much... just be friendly and don't mess up my order. This location has done a good job at being friendly with me (drive thru) and they have not messed up my order. So this location gets my standard top rating of 3 stars for fast food.. why only 3 stars.. because it is fast food..... Again take my review with a grain of salt, if you like Jack In the Box, eat there. If you don't...don't. Boom. LLAP, Mr. Harasho read more

The new loaded tiny tacos are decent nice flavor but could be crunchier, we also tried the chicken sandwich which is just a regular chicken sandwich it's bland and there's no flavor to it. The jr bacon cheeseburger doesn't have as many toppings and the meat doesn't look as appealing. The bacon cheeseburger looks smashed like it went through a machine. Both of the buns look buttery. I give the review a two star for effort could be better and needs improvement. read more

OK I wanted a quick bite on the way home. So I figured that I could go through the drive through. I had my children in the car and wanted to grab and go home. I ordered a #21 which is supposed to be a breakfast sandwich bacon sausage eggs and cheese with hash brown, however I don't like eggs so I said NOT EGGS. Then I got a #13 for my son chicken strips with curly fries. For my daughter I got her a kids chicken nugget meal. Well I got my order got home and handed out all the food. My daughter was happy, son was happy. I sat down to eat my food and guess what. I had the #21 with breakfast sandwich with a big fat egg on it. So I about puked as I said NO EGG. I had to toss my sandwich and only got a hash brown and Ice-T. I was pissed as I seen the screen pop up at drive thru as NO-Egg and I got a sandwich with egg. So I am not going to get to this place again. I can't stand going some where that don't listen to you. The only way I will go back to this Jack in the Box is if the Manager delievers my sandwich the right way to my door step seeing I went to their door step and just wasted $5.62 on something I couldn't eat. Also the little girls that are working there need hearing checked along with their attitudes. I am sorry I don't look like Brad Pit and have a sports car. I am married with two kids and IDGAF what you think about how I should look I am a paying customer. SO in the end I am unhappy and the ONLY way this would get fixed is if the manager comes to my door step with the right sandwich. Otherwise Mc Donalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Fosters are all with in the same block. This is a true story and if they manager wants to talk it over my number is 619-723-2424 and the receipt number is #126 Employee Taylor. They fixed just hope they honor the word of their manager. read more

It is what it is. Lately girls at drive thru have been talking on open mics. Heard laughing when placing an order or just talking to themselves. Very unprofessional. Seems like staff just wants to play around than doing the job. Second time I have noticed which now has become a norm. read more

I absolutely love the customer service provided at the Jack in the Box in Lemoore, CA. I think a lot of other fast food chain restaurants can learn from them about what good customer service really is. I am always greeted pleasantly and never feeled rushed when placing my order. I always order a Caramel Iced Coffee and it always taste fresh. I've had some pretty terrible iced coffees that taste like burnt coffee seeds. Jack in the Box in Lemoore is my go to not only because the iced coffee is extremely delicious but because the customer service is incredible! read more

On 5/7/21 I placed a $32.75 order at the Lemoore location which was definitely not worth the money or service. When I arrived to work, I was missing a sandwich and one was done incorrectly. To make things worse, as we started to eat our sandwiches, the eggs were overcooked and burnt. What a waste of money. Tried calling but was directed to a voicemail. Never got a call back. read more
