I decide to order one quesa birria taco just to hold me off til I make it home. I swear I almost kissed the lady behind the kitchen. I went back for 4 more!!!!!! As I was eating 3 guys come in and order burritos. I figured maybe this was fresh and I got lucky. But they also were unbelievably happy with they burritos and order more stuff to go. I swear I don't want to over sell this but it was almost comical how well everyone around reacted to the food here. TEN OUT OF TEN would recommend! If I could I'd give it 100! Too bad I live so far otherwise I swear I'd eat here daily

The portions here are big, the flavor is solid, and the red salsa is always on point. I like it so much I'll occasionally take a 16oz container home ($7.59) just to use around the house. This place has been consistent--good food, plenty to eat, and that salsa alone keeps me coming back.

It is rainy season so it is very muddy towards the entrance, so be careful when trying to make the drive onto the property. I ordered the asada fries minus cabbage and onion, while my order came out with cabbage the first time it was no fault of either of us because the Jets(bonus entertainment!) were flying overhead very loudly and I spoke as loud as I could. They kindly amended my order in no time and I set off. This is the second time I've ordered asada fries from them and both times it was absolutely delicious. The fries are thick and served hot, the asada was so delicious it was seasoned perfectly and definitely flavorful. The cheese sauce doesn't taste like your average nacho sauce, it is a little peppery(I don't want to say spicy) and I don't think it's made with jalapeño because that's one of my gripes with most nacho sauces. All topped with a drizzle of salsa and crema, with cilantro plus onion and cabbage. They definitely have generous servings. I'm extremely picky and this is one of my favorite dishes that I find is never made right, especially with the prepping of meat because I hate when I bite into chewy or hard to chew pieces so they definitely did a great job with their prep work! Overall, I thought this place was delicious, the service is great, the area could use work of the property owner could lay down gravel for the wet season(though I won't hold it against them because I did fine in my AWD) 10/10 recommend. My pictures are from my last visit right before they moved to the new location listed on this page. But the food, truck, and menu remain the same. I had dug into the fries before I took pictures because I was HUNGRY!!!

The service was pretty bad, I ordered the guacamole, chicharon and birria tacos. I spoke English to the woman making the food. SHE was a kinda rude to me, maybe not intentionally, but i can tell she might be irritated by me not speaking Spanish. She didn't give me instruction on where to pay or how long to wait or anything! So, I just waited there for 15 mins as she ignored me. I asked for my chicharon because they forgot to give it to me. SHE gave me a bag of cold hard chicharon that was put on the side of the condiments. Couldn't even give me the warm batch. Once I got my food, it was not flavorful, very greasy, bland, and the birria was very fatty. They gave us 4 napkins so I went to ask for more but this time In Spanish. That's when they started being a bit nicer to me. This place is definitely small with 3 tables and gives hole in the wall vibes which I usually love because the food is always fire. However, this place I would not recommend.
