The cheese sauce doesn't taste like your average nacho sauce, it is a little peppery(I don't want to say spicy) and I don't think it's made with jalapeño because that's one of my gripes with most nacho sauces. All topped with a drizzle of salsa and crema, with cilantro plus onion and cabbage. They definitely have generous servings. I'm extremely picky and this is one of my favorite dishes that I find is never made right, especially with the prepping of meat because I hate when I bite into chewy or hard to chew pieces so they definitely did a great job with their prep work! Overall, I thought this place was delicious, the service is great, the area could use work of the property owner could lay down gravel for the wet season(though I won't hold it against them because I did fine in my AWD) 10/10 recommend. Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't really busy yet, so our food came out fairly quick in about 15 minutes. Both the sliders and tacos were very good! The filet on the tacos was cooked nicely and had wonderful flavor. Even though the tacos were yummy, my favorite was the sliders. It was loaded with pulled pork, a fried egg (drool), bacon, and grilled jalapeños. All of the flavors on this slider just complimented each other so beautifully. We had a really great experience with The Gastro Grill. Some patrons will look at the price of their food and think it's overpriced, but this is a case of you get what you pay for.
