One word BOMB! I've been hearing about this place for awhile now... " omg it's so good!" " you have to try it " " your missing out !" I figured oh gosh here's another place being blown out of proportion... But NO this spot is AMAZING!!!! Like seriously I've NEVER had anything like it ! I've been around the world and some! I've tried plenty but this creation was delicious! I would have never thought to place this into a pizza ! The meat was super tender, juicy and flavorful! Like awh! Everything was *kisses fingertips * The portion is definitely hefty to share ! You would NEVER expect this simple truck to deliver this over the top flavor this is a MUST try ! ****** CASH ONLY LOCATION !!!! *****

I saw this food truck all over facebook and had to try it. They post their hours weekly on Instagram, but still check before you go to see that something hasn't come up making them close. They typically are open late in the day, which is after our usual dinner time so we started getting hangry waiting for our food to be ready. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, I realized they were cash only. Luckily, my husband had brought cash or it would have been a waste of time. I had searched before going to see if they took card, but couldn't find anything. The food was delicious! We got the birria pizza and some asada tacos. The pizza was perfect! It was huge and just had the perfect ratio of meat and cheese. They really have it figured out. The asada tacos ended up being too spicy for me, but my husband really enjoyed them! Since everything is made fresh, expect to be waiting for a while. We ended up waiting around half an hour for our food and it was a cold day so it wasn't great to be waiting outside. If you park close enough, you can hear them call out numbers from your car though if your window is down so that was good! Overall, the food was worth the wait! I do wish there was more pricing information on their social media as well as something stating that they only take cash since most people don't carry cash.

Waited in line for approximately 25 minutes. It took about 20 minutes for our food to be ready after we ordered it. Food was well packaged to go. The birria portions we're generous on each item ordered. The birria was tender and flavorful. Highly recommend you try the birria ramen which had a lot of birria in it. I would have liked more lime however they included 5 lime wedges. The rice and beans were okay, your basic rice and beans w cheese. I wouldn't order the rice and beans.

If you want authentic food that is full of flavor, you need to try this food truck. I heard about this place from a family member and I knew I had to try it. This place opens at 5pm and closes when they sell out. When we arrived at 510pm on Sunday the line was long, but we did not have to wait long it moved along pretty quick. We order four Quesotaco two of them were Asada and the other were Al Pastor, one Vampiro de Asada, a Mulita de Asada, Quesadilla de Al Pastor and two taco rojos with Birria de Res and we added a Consome which is a dipping sauce. The food was amazing, full of flavor prepared con Amor. Eventhough all the meat was wonderful I suggest getting the Birria. If you are watching your calories this place is not for you.

The service was pretty bad, I ordered the guacamole, chicharon and birria tacos. I spoke English to the woman making the food. SHE was a kinda rude to me, maybe not intentionally, but i can tell she might be irritated by me not speaking Spanish. She didn't give me instruction on where to pay or how long to wait or anything! So, I just waited there for 15 mins as she ignored me. I asked for my chicharon because they forgot to give it to me. SHE gave me a bag of cold hard chicharon that was put on the side of the condiments. Couldn't even give me the warm batch. Once I got my food, it was not flavorful, very greasy, bland, and the birria was very fatty. They gave us 4 napkins so I went to ask for more but this time In Spanish. That's when they started being a bit nicer to me. This place is definitely small with 3 tables and gives hole in the wall vibes which I usually love because the food is always fire. However, this place I would not recommend.

It is rainy season so it is very muddy towards the entrance, so be careful when trying to make the drive onto the property. I ordered the asada fries minus cabbage and onion, while my order came out with cabbage the first time it was no fault of either of us because the Jets(bonus entertainment!) were flying overhead very loudly and I spoke as loud as I could. They kindly amended my order in no time and I set off. This is the second time I've ordered asada fries from them and both times it was absolutely delicious. The fries are thick and served hot, the asada was so delicious it was seasoned perfectly and definitely flavorful. The cheese sauce doesn't taste like your average nacho sauce, it is a little peppery(I don't want to say spicy) and I don't think it's made with jalapeño because that's one of my gripes with most nacho sauces. All topped with a drizzle of salsa and crema, with cilantro plus onion and cabbage. They definitely have generous servings. I'm extremely picky and this is one of my favorite dishes that I find is never made right, especially with the prepping of meat because I hate when I bite into chewy or hard to chew pieces so they definitely did a great job with their prep work! Overall, I thought this place was delicious, the service is great, the area could use work of the property owner could lay down gravel for the wet season(though I won't hold it against them because I did fine in my AWD) 10/10 recommend. My pictures are from my last visit right before they moved to the new location listed on this page. But the food, truck, and menu remain the same. I had dug into the fries before I took pictures because I was HUNGRY!!!

I had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of yummy coleslaw. The sandwich came with several single serving size containers of bbq sauce. The pulled pork was very tender, moist and smoked deliciously. Soft hoagie roll. The bbq sauce was very flavorful and not spicy which is how I like it. I loved the coleslaw because it wasn't too mayonnaisey, more of a subtle vinegar flavor. My son ordered the brisket with collard greens which he says, you can't truly be a bbq restaurant without collard greens. He loved them and the brisket was tender and lean. His husband ordered a tri tip sandwich with the Mac n cheese along with a made to order Blackberry Lemonade. They both loved their meals. We all agreed we'd return for another meal. Tge desserts looks delicious! Bread pudding, peach cobbler and a couple other choices. Like I said, another day to indulge in dessert. It is outdoor seating only on picnic tables. You could see the owner and his assistant working hard to prepare the meals. They had a steady stream of guests. Good location with parking very close by.

I love brisket, the last 3 times, brisket was dried and probably days old. Brisket in suppose to be tender and juicy. This was not. Service is ok, food truck style, they had the indoors open for a little bit, not sure what's happened.
