And the night I walked in the bartender said I needed a break and messed up all of my orders along with my friends and still charged us a ridiculous amount for some poorly mad drinks and not monitored the people who had enough. They need to learn how to cut people off and also removing some of those old machines in that bar.

The whole menu leaned into autumn: stuffed pumpkin soup, sweet potato under the seared scallops and shrimp, and caramelized pumpkin with vanilla bean ice cream to finish. Chef Fernando clearly put real thought into it, and the room was beautifully decorated for the occasion. The hospitality was warm throughout -- unhurried, attentive, never fussy. For a restaurant in Hanford to put on something this considered is unusual, and we'd happily come back for the next one. If you've been meaning to try Fugazzi's, go when they do one of these wine dinners.

While I understand happy hour can be busy, the restaurant didn't appear overly crowded, so the wait felt excessive. Communication from the staff about the delay would have made the experience much better. The food quality was the highlight of my visit, but the long wait and slow service made the overall experience disappointing. I hope they can improve their timing because our community could really use a great local dining option.

It was a good size and had good flavor, but it was really greasy. They had 2 tables and a couple of chairs set up, so that was nice. It definitely satisfied the late-night craving though. The owner was super friendly and took some time to talk with me and share his story, which was cool. He mentioned the truck has been around for about nine years. Overall, solid late-night food and a nice experience.
