Once you dip it in the sauce that comes with it, things improve, but we both felt the empanadas should be able to stand on their own. The last tapas item we got was the costillas al ajillo, these were both disappointing AND awful. They are advertised as "fall off the bone fried rib tips, garlic infused olive oil, crisp garlic chips" The only thing crispy about this was the meat itself, it was incredibly dry and had no flavor. There was a little bit of olive oil and some minced garlic, but not "crispy garlic chips". Credit where credits due they took if off the bill, but it was just incredibly bad. We finished with the chocolate flan which was quite good, no complaints there. All in all it was disappointing and I don't know that we would come back.
