My new go to place on the weekdays for an affordable and delicious pizza. Don't let the idea of a take and bake at home pizza deter you. They actually come out fresh, hot and delicious out of your oven at home. My new favorite is the bacon bacon bacon pizza. It has three types of bacon and pepper to make a most wonderful explosion of flavor in every bite. I hope they either keep this one or are able to make it after the promotion is over. My second favorite is the artichoke chicken delight and this one is on their regular menu and my go to when I'm in a rush and trying to watch my waist line. A couple of suggestions, order by phone and then pick your pie up. It will save you on sitting waiting for it and it's not going to get cold so why not. Secondly there seem to be days when the lines are long and it always people who forgot their wallets in the car, or credit cards denied or want to pass off some bogus coupon or any number of reasons to delay the ordering/paying process. Not the places fault, just the particular cliental they cater to so again, order ahead of time and save yourself some of the heartache of being in there longer than you have to. Lastly, 20% military discount. Been coming here for years and if it wasn't for the cashier looking at my wallet this past week I would never have known. Was told over the phone that is was a 25-30 minute wait. Showed up 40+ minutes later and it wasn't ready. Told them that never have I ever seen so few pepperoni's on a one topping pizza. Had another customer with the same complaint reinforcing the fact that they normally do put significantly more pepperoni. Staff refused and said if I wanted more pepperoni, I would need to pay extra for extra toppings as they are privately owned and were told by the owner to only put the above pictured amount. The local Navy base provided us a pizza and it was delicious!! Never been there but I will take the family.

I understand with COVID times are hard on business but RUDENESS to customers are not how to reflect a business and its reflection to their customers. for example, today I came in to the Hanford CA location to place a walk in order. I ordered two different pizzas. I observed that the price for the pizzas were higher than I saw on the phone app. When I questioned this, the employee stated with a loud sigh that we do not honnor the apps prices. ok no problem there, I and just adjusted my order. one pizza was a large chicken bacon artichoke. It rang up as $15 when outside there was a sign on the window saying that they're 11. I mentioned that to the employee and with another loud sigh she said that we don't honor that. I've been questioned why do they have the sign on the window and she said with a rude sigh "fine whatever". She then adjusted the price and I paid for my order and waited for my pizzas to be made. while waiting another customer came in to pick up a phone order. I guess she was unhappy with the amount of pepperoni on her Pizza, and requested if she could pay to get some extra pepperoni placed on it. That same employee said with a loud sigh with rude remarks why didn't you say that over the phone we can't take apart the pizza wrap just to put more pepperoni on. the coustmer had to consistently apologize for what she wanted addition to her Pizza all while the employee stated that "I have worked here for months and we do not change orders once they're made". I received my order and left the store so I did not observe the rest of the conversation. this is definitely not a positive reflection of business ethics training to Warrant a shift lead to be in charge of a corporate establishment. Again I understand covid-19 hurt businesses and the training to their employees, however I think that this location may need somebody to audit their training model to their leads and managers. I did receive a phone call from the owner after my complaint to the corporate website. Went in a couple of days ago, to get their cowboy special pizza deal. Had good experiences in past, but today was not that. Not too busy in store. 2 people making pizza's. Younger male employee, said nothing, female employee, I assume manager was short with responses and on verge of being rude. I noticed she was on the heavier side and as she was reaching for ingredients to place on pizza she would lean her stomach into pizza..and her apron wasn't the most clean looking...yuck. I really love papa Murphy's but this location really disappointed me. For one, the lady was extremely rude when I called. I said I wanted cheesy bread and half cheese half chicken garlic. Pizza. As you can clearly see from the picture they didn't even try to make my pizza. It was extremely half assed. When I arrive they say they're out of cheesy bread ? I literally called and ordered the cheesy bread. They were too concerned about the fact that they were working on Christmas Eve I guess. They were complaining the whole time I was there. Pizza is great for the price. There's always coupons available from the website. I ordered a large de-lite with mushrooms artichoke and...get this...the onions and garlic are free! They don't consider those items as toppings so I got a 4 topping pizza for the price of a two topping! YEAH! Every time I call in an order or walk in, the employees have been very nice and helpful. A++ for that! I just went to Papa Murphy's again tonight(11/23/10). The staff were super nice and they even have free pizza boxes in case you need to transport your pizzas to work or where ever. I can't compliment the employees enough. everyone greets you as you walk in the door. Thats rare these days. Kudos to the management for hiring top notch people. Made a online order at 5:10pm.Confirmation stated ready for pick up at 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:30 pm opened their business door walked in cleaned my feet on their welcome mat inside and was hit in the left eye by water. Looked up and their ceiling has a leak 3 feet into the business passed the door. I let this go but was very upset about it I saw no leaks near the food prep area. I approached to pay at the counter and was told it was not ready. I paid and waited an additional 10 minutes to receive my pizza. I would like to know if the leak will be fixed as it a health concern with mold and mildew growth. I will forward my complaint to corporate about the health issue I fell this should be addressed in the coming week. Given it had not rained in about a two-week period maybe the leak just started but needs to be repaired. read more

This place is a joke. Just ruined Valentine's Day. Called in 2 heart shaped pizzas this morning- 2 vegetarian with no onions or tomatoes. Asked to have them ready at 530. Got there and they weren't ready. Waited in a line out the door. Got home and there are more onions and tomatoes than anything else on the pizza. Called them and the could care less. They suggested we drive all the way back from Lemoore to return them and get the correct ones. No one has time for that. $28 and they just got thrown in the trash and now we will be grabbing fast food. read more

I never had Papa Murphy's take-and-bake pizza before, but my girlfriend's little girl wanted to try something new. (My girlfriend had visited the store (different location) when she was in high school with her mom) We went to Papa Murphy's and couldn't be happier. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We thought what a good idea it was to have a pizza business that requires no oven inside the store. We ordered a family size, the price was reasonable. There was a lady who ordered 6 of the family size just before we arrived, she must have been there before. When we came home, it didn't take long to turn on our electric oven and not too long afterward, we enjoyed an excellent pizza. It is not Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is way unhealthier compared to Papa Murphy's. This place brings an at home feeling to take out food. The pizza tastes great anytime i get one. I could go here and not know what i want to eat. Within 5 minutes of standing in the restaurant and looking at the menu, it is impossible to be indecisive still. I'm sorry to say this place is going down hill. Especially after I found something in my pizza that wasnt supposed to be there. They gave me a complimentary item to make up for the growse experience. So, after not going there for a while after that, we decided to give it another try. Then this time there was a mop head connected to a wet mop bucket almost touching the dough they had put out.... and no one was using plastic gloves while making the food. This is a great Papa Murphy's. We ordered a lot of pizzas from them for our high school football concessions, and everything was great. The pizza always tasted great, and you could tell that the ingredients were very fresh. The customer service was also out of this world. The owner was great to work with, and he always checked to make sure that everything was up to our expectations. The manager, Robin, was awesome too, and made sure that we had a great experience every time. The pizza was so good, that my co-worker and I bought a pizza for ourselves on several occasions.
