They added it with their signature canes sauce, which is good, but as a big time ranch lover, it does hurt a little since they don't have ranch. But that's not a deal breaker for me. My review prompt asked, "What went well? I can only answer,…read more"everything!" Many thousands of words have described experiences at In-N-Out, most being quite positive. After eating at Hanford's In-N-Out many many times, I have only good things to say that have been reported over and over in previous reviews by others. But I've been asked by the In-N-Out app to review, so I will report on my most recent visit to Hanford In-N-Out. As my wife and I walked in for lunch, we were immediately greeted by a young lady at the counter with a big smile, a happy face and a cheerful attitude, asking how she could help. We ordered after asking and receiving good answers to a few questions, and took a seat to await our order. My wife had ordered a single with cheese and I ordered a double double lettuce wrapped or as they call it protein style. The food came quickly, and as I moved one sandwich off the tray to place in front of my wife I bumped the straw on my water glass and knocked the whole thing over soaking the table and floor and a little on us. Before we knew it, the same young lady that waited on us at the counter, came with tools to clean up the mess. Although I apologized for making more work for her, she continued cleaning with her smiling, happy attitude and took care of the spill very efficiently. The young lady's name was Penelope. She deserves a raise, but everyone there probably does also because all staff we have ever had contact with were friendly and helpful. That alone is worth mentioning. The food was good. My double double lettuce wrap had a lot of lettuce on it and wrapped better than at any other place I have ever ordered one. I had asked for extra vegetables which they managed to tuck in there as well without losing continuity of the wrap. As we sat in very pleasant surroundings, noticing the cleanliness and brightness of the restaurant, we enjoyed our meal and left with a good feeling that In & Out remains a five star experience.

Cashier was pleasant & quick with the line. I got my drink & next was to find a clean table as it was super busy & I found one with some crumbs I could wipe off. Note to self: pack handi-wipes purse size for instances like this. I pack them for the train, but never think I have to wipe down at In-N-Out Got my burger & I noticed it started to fall apart. The bun was stated to flake off in big pieces. I immediately thought, "Do they freeze & defrost their buns? Next was the meat. Yah, it's all FAT probably the 70% lean type of meat. This place wasn't very busy, but they have two self service kiosks for ordering menu items. They also have a large shelf in the back for pick-up using Grub-hub or Uber eats. I ordered off the Kiosk thinking it would be quicker. There was a wait, I saw patrons who ordered after me at the counter get their food before mine. I didn't make a big deal as the manager asked if I had the Santa Barbara burger and she assured me the cook was making it fresh. I ordered the Santa Barbara with Avocado and added bacon. I opted for fries. They carry Pepsi products which I was glad to see, but I gave up drinking soda so I opted for the Cucumer lime refresher they have. Oh that tasted so good. My burger arrived hot and fresh. It had plenty of avocado. I didn't realize how big this burger sandwich was. Did my stomach shrinK? I was only able to eat half. The lettuce was shredded so it was hard to keep that in tact with every bite. The onions were carmelized and the sourdough bread had plenty of mayo on it. This sandwich was made perfectly. I have zero complaints. My fries were cooked perfectly and I ate them with mustard and ketchup you can get at the condiment bar. The last time I had a habit burger, I had a Turkey burger. While ordering through the kiosk, I didn't see a Turkey burger as an option. Did it get removed? They restrooms were clean and you're able to wash your hands only without someone locking you out. Great job and kudos to the manager for keeping this place well maintained and operating. Parking: I came at 4pm right when all the high schoolers got out of school so this area was busy and the parking lot was full. I had to park in the parking meant for the tire shop. I guess Friday night is Hamburger night. See you some more on Yelp 2026.

The tartar sauce definitely brought out the best in the fish and the fries were nice and crispy and held their crunch the entire meal. The chicken avocado sandwich was ok. While I enjoyed the garlic bread seasoned type flavor on the outside of the bread, the combo of the avocado and flat piece of thin chicken, was just not coming together enough, for me personally. We learned we could get variably spiced chicken tender sandwiches so we elected to stay and eat. The food was good; the service was good, the decor was good, the price was okay. This is probably the most mediocre pizza place i've ever been to. The service is alright and this one server named like Alyssa or something I don't know maybe Alexa? but she was alright I asked for a pizza pie and she made fun of me so i did cry in the bathroom a little bit. She gave me a water cup for free that so was super generous and nice. She reminded me of one of the uncles from Full House which I loved a lot since I grew up watching that show and I love to get reminded of it. There was this one gay named Bart and he was also decent he did put the right toppings on my pizza so way to go Bart !! . Anyways the pizza is good i guess and the service is also good i guess. the water could be colder. 10/10 am coming back again soon. -Ciao, Jase Lemons read more

The cheese was melted nicely and I know they say you should get "two Pattie's" with a smash burger, I really didn't need it , it was a decent size burger. Fries were no good. Seasoned, yet tasted like nothing. Pass on the fries. Plus the combo doesn't come with a drink. I'd just opt out of the fries and see if I could get a drink instead. Cost came to $10.99 for a single combo and $12.99 for a double. They do have a jalapeño Smash burger for $13.99 but first time here so went basic. Pizza was "ok". First bite reminded me of Domino's to be honest. Flavor, cheese, texture. It was very reminiscent, even the crust tasted pretty spot on. But as I kept eating, I can tell the flavors started to taste like their own. The crust had a chew but a nice airiness in the center. The sauce was just ok, the pepperonis were good. It's the kind of pizza I'd enjoy if someone brought it home I'd grab a slice or two, but again, not something I'd drive to Tulare for to be honest. My Dad had the first hand experience of the customer service and said everyone here was super nice and friendly, very attentive which is a plus.
