Even after announcing this visit was our first time at a Five Guy's, no explanations of their differences were made to us. Like build you burger with whatever you want, etc. but The food was good although the prices were a bit high. The ambiance was poor, especially because it looked too much like we were eating in a stockroom with all the peanuts and peanut oil stacked in the dining room. Other than their prices , the burgers here are pretty good . I like five guys burgers and Cajun fries . They're usually known for adding in extra fries in the bag but I was so disappointed last time we went cause the cup wasn't even filled and no extras and I even ordered an extra small side of fries for a friend and that cup was so little and again no extras . So I felt bad not getting her a bigger size when all she wanted was fries . And that was like five bucks just for her small cup of fries . I would say comparison could be close to a child's fries at McDonald's . Other than that issue , their burgers and shake was five guys standard . Another great location to the Hanford/Lemoore area. I had a great experience eating here. A great tip is to order a grilled cheese and order meat and all the toppings. The only bad thing I have to say is that when we ordered the food I had to foot the bill and one guy didn't pay me back. It's not the restaurant's fault but I felt that I needed to let that out. What a load of junk! These over priced burgers aren't worth the money. For two unimpressive burgers, fries and drinks we spent $43.00! I could have gotten better quality and flavor down the street at Rally's and my moneys worth across the street at Farmer Boys. I've always wanted to eat here and I finally checked out the new location in Hanford. When you walk in you see boxes of oil in the middle of the restaurant.. not sure if this is supposed to be there or not, seemed to overcrowd the place. They have boxes of peanuts you can scoop and eat while you wait for your food which I thought was cool. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, since it was our first time they explained their menu and how to order. It was Veterans Day so it was kind of busy inside, just like Pieology not much seating inside. My boyfriend said the building used to be a mattress store and they split it into 2 establishments so that's why its small inside. But they do have a outdoor seating as well so that's nice. They have one of those cool soda machines where you can pick different flavors. The burgers for 3 people and a large fry and two drinks came out to around $35.00 which I thought was a little pricey. The burgers were just ok, nothing special, it kind of reminded me of Foster Freeze. I think this place is a little over hyped, nothing to write home about. I did really enjoy their fries, I love fries with the skin still on them so that was a plus! We will probably be back but just not often. read more

Went last week (4-6-23 at 12:59pm.) and the staff (Payton H. and others) was very helpful as I have my left arm in a cast (am also left-handed) and asked if they could put my food (which was excellent and nicely made) into a bag so I could carry it as I also walk with a cane. They were so nice that they fixed the wrapping paper around my double bacon cheeseburger and fries(can I say YUMMY! ) so it would be easy for me to eat it and put my food into a paper bag that had handles. Loved my meal and ate it all when I got home The store was clean and the staff were very friendly and made me feel special. Just got home from trying out this new eating place. It was clean, and staff was super friendly. Girl who was working register could slow it up a little. repeating things so fast hard to understand. We got our table and in 10 mins our order was ready. Fries were good & hot, better than I expected. We both got the little cheeseburger ( 1 patty) the meat was good and juicy, and condiments were just as I had ordered. The grilled mushrooms are great. What I didn't like was the bun. It was kinda gummy and dry. Overall it was a nice experience. The manager was in corner chewing out one of the staff, which I could of done without, but oh well. Amazing burger! Maybe I'm late to the show because this is the first time I've had a burger here. At home they are next to a Jimmy Johns and I would get the fries here and a gargantuan at JJs. We were on our way to try out the In n Out because they are all the rage in California. But decided to stop at Five Guys instead. I got the full cheese burger with everything. It's a foil wrapped package about five by five inches of perfect flavor. The way they construct it and nicely compress the 20 or so flavors and textures into a single unit is made perfect by using foil to keep the shape. It was like Mozart, Robin Williams, Oscar Wilde, and Carol King were having a conversation on my palate! Wowzer I didn't try the bathroom but the fries were hot and the staff discovered this was my first burger and enthusiastically walked me through the menu like a boss. I will go back. I'll try the In n Out, but they are going to have to be epically amazing to match my experience at Five Guys. I'm here to eat a juicy, tasty burger with french fries and a large soda! They deliver the goods... you would be hard pressed to find a better chain-restaurant burger. I'd never been before, but I heard they make a great burger in a bowl (the pics I have seen others get, if you chop the burger its like a salad, super fresh looking) so I ordered a little bacon burger bowl on the app and picked it up. I have been to many Five Guys. This one is my favorite. I like the location, it's clean, and the Staff is friendly. The manager Audre is the best. I was greeted by name on the third visit. I thought that was very good since I only get out this way every couple of months. She greets her customers with a warm and welcoming smile and checks on each one to see if they need anything. The food is perfect every time. I get the little burger and small fry. Nothing little about the burger or the fries. If you want a hand pressed burger with fresh local produce, this is the place.
